Despite the other reviews I will say I was happy with my decision to host my daughter s party here. From the moment when I booked all the staff members were so helpful. The day of the party was great and kids had fun. It was nice and clean. And I had tons of decorations and with the assistance of the staff I was able to get it to look the way I wanted while the kids were in the second play area. Everything was perfect and I would definitely book again

For the past couple weeks I ve had mixed feelings of the party We had February 10 2024. To begin with the epic fail they called us couple days before to tell us, that no adults could jump with kids. Imagine spending close to $1,000 and we couldn t celebrate it with my daughter. The front desk lady in charge very friendly and professional. The younger staff was a bit rude. We mentioned the rooms smelled terrible and they just laughed with no care. Younger staff in charge of passing food was rude and said they are not there to serve adults only kids . Not sure if that was true but if they would ve helped we were ready to tip. Both jump areas smelled terrible and they blamed it on previous party. Total of about 50 adults and 50 kids said they wouldn t go back

I emailed the feedback/suggestions almost a month ago, after my sons birthday party and have yet to hear back from anyone... -when having children get in line to go into the 1st room, allow the birthday kid to be 1st in line, same thing when moving to the next room and party room -bubble party add on was very underwhelming. I was told it would take place in the 2nd room at the end of the session, but instead a bubble machine was turned on after children ran into the first room. -when in the party room, zero focus was placed on the birthday kid, we didnt even know he was supposed to be sitting in the throne. Tables were pushed against the wall and we had to pull them out in order to be able to sit. -when I tried to grab a slice of pizza for my son (birthday boy), a hand was put up to me and I was told Maam, we have a system I responded I figured your system could start with what the birthday kid wants and was met with attitude -zero photos were taken by the staff Will NOT be having another birthday party here! The staff was rude and unprofessional, I get that they are mostly teenagers, but the attitude was very off-putting.

I will NEVER reserve another party or event with Pump it Up-Dallas, again. I had to reschedule my babys party, due to him coming down the flu the day before his party. I was told that I could reschedule for a later day, in which I did for the following weekend. That weekend just so happen to be the weekend that the temperatures were in the low digits (15°). The booking host contact me and asked if I wanted to reschedule again. In which I told her no, because at this point it was 3 weeks after my sons birthday. So, there was no need for a party. The host stated to me that she would refund my deposit, due to the weather. And indicated to me that we have no control over the weather. Well a week went by and I have yet to receive my deposit back. I called on 01/25/24 and was told by the same host that they dont do refunds due to the change of weather. I did NOT appreciate being told the wrong information, and I definitely did NOT appreciate just giving away $100. If I had the option, I wouldnt have given them a star at all!!

From the moment we walked in the older lady (manager) at the counter was rude. She didn t greet anyone just who you hear for. The staff was also rude and not welcoming all. The older lady came in and yelled at me about my child being in the basketball hoop inflatable when there was other children in there. We will never come back there EVER. If you don t like your job ma am find you another. You re working around families and we re supposed to enjoy ourselves. She had glasses and braids. The staff members were also young and I get it but they also were rude, I mean they followed in the managers footsteps and she wasn t a great example. Smh. I also Asked about water and she was also rude. I guess I interrupted her from her important text message on her phone. I work in customer service and I have never treat my customers with such disrespect because I know that without customers I have no job and won t be able to support my family. Smh. Pump it up do better and properly evaluate your staff and retrain if possible the amount of disrespect that was portrayed yesterday was not right and shouldn t be tolerated by PAYING CUSTOMERS. I would like to add that we weren t rude at all just wanted to enjoy ourselves. After going through the reviews this manager has been doing for 1 year and still no action has been taken to hold her accountable says so much for this company. Smh.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Service was terrible. No one was transitioning our party effectively or attending to us. Our inflatables were falling down and there wasnt anybody in the room to tell. Had to go to the front desk to get someone and they were eating when I got there. We didnt get set in our party room until 20 minutes after we were supposedly to because the party before us ran late. They didnt clean the room in between. It was still party favors and food on the floor from the previous party. The room attendant told us to not make a mess when we were cutting cake. They also tried to rush us out the room early even though we didnt get to the room on time because of the previous party running late. Overall a horrible experience and made my twins first birthday party unpleasant

I dont know what I was expecting. Went there for my granddaughters birthday party. But I was not really Impressed I guess I was expecting more bouncy houses a bigger section, something but she had a ball. Everything didnt work the air hockey didnt work. The item that was in the floor I guess its supposed to be some kind of computer game never really worked but I did like the fact they did the decorations for me. I took my two kids ages 8 and 6 here on a Saturday. The open play area consisted of two rooms in which they switched you from one room to another after about 15 mins. You only get to play for about an hour. The 1st room had 2 bounce houses available, and the 2nd room had 3. My older kid was bored after just 10 mins of play. She got excited when we switched rooms, but that lasted all of 5 mins, and then she was ready to go home. My 6 year old had a little more fun, but the hour went by too fast for him before we were ushered out. There were no concessions there either, so the kids got hungry. They were expecting the facilities to sell pizza or something like some of the other indoor play places. All in all, it was a bit disappointing for a concept that had so much potential. Unless they improve upon it, we will not be going again.

Now that my baby party is over and I have had a good nights rest. I can breathe. This pump it up staff is the worst. I use to work at this location back in high school, so I know the standard. Front desk worker do called manger large Black lady glasses the absolute worst. I should have known the staff would be just as bad. The carpet in the jump rooms looked the exact same from 2011. All they did was tie the ballon s to the table and put out the plates and cups. My baby s 1st birthday was amazing because my family did all the work. If you book a party be ready to DIY. Horrible customer service. Makes me wonder if the other locations are just as bad. Y all need to close for a retraining ASAP & start over !!!!

It s fine that adults are not allowed in the bounce house. There are ways to communicate as a professional adult. First, let s start with the fact that we paid 432.00 for a birthday party that wasn t even worth it. Secondly, THE STAFF ARE INCREDIBLY RUDE! The girls that work there seem to have attitudes and no sense of professionalism with the exception of the manager. We paid for the ultimate 10 package for my son s 3rd birthday party that was supposed to come with 35 minutes of private jump time in each area which ended up being 35 minutes in one room, and 10 minutes in the next giving us a total of maybe 45 minutes MAX in private jump when we paid for 70 minutes. The young girl who was monitoring our arena was extremely RUDE and unwelcoming. My brother went into a bounce house to grab my one year old niece and was shouted at by the girl stating that he can t be in there. It s fine that adults are not allowed in the bounce house however, her tone was extremely rude and unnecessary. There are ways to communicate as a professional adult and that was not it. Then after that she s walking around the arena watching my party as if we re about to steal something from them lol. The decor that is provided in the party room is extremely mediocre and cheap. Cheap paper plate and utensil products with 10 cheap balloons on a stick. Had I known that, I would ve provided my own decor. Then to top it all off, we never got our ice cream cups that were also supposed to be included in the package. After voicing our concerns to the manager, all we got was two free jump passes for if we ever return back to that awful establishment. Do NOT waste your money like we did. I m extremely disappointed in the services we received today and will never do business here again. You ve been warned.

This place is cheap compared to some other children s party locations in the area, but you get what you pay for. The inflatables had many rips, tears, and holes. The carpeted floor seems like it s not cleaned between parties, there were no paper towels in the bathrooms, and the trash cans everywhere were disgusting and rusty. The kids did not seem too concerned with these things, and seemed to enjoy the music and have a great time.

WORST birthday party ever. I payed over 300$ for my daughter s birthday party! Only to have a empty room with no one in there with them! No hosts no entertainment just a big room with 3 cheap inflatables! My 2 year old could have hosted a better party than that! I payed for an ultimate package and received NONE of my extras. Took the grandkids!! To open jump a few days ago.. I had 2 kids with me.. I had no idea how to do the waiver.. the front desk lady ashley I believe help me out with a SMILE on her face.. and it was one other girl that was very friendly and helpful as well.. the guy could have been more excited to be their.... Pros!! Very clean, the Manager is always on the floor ready to help & safety in the building too was a big thing (sock.running) WHICH WAS OK with me!! staff is very sweet to the kids and didnt even minded helping me to the car!!! CONS!!! WELL its really not a con but BE ON TIME!! NOW will tell you my grandkids didnt want to leave!! And was sleep 15 later!!!!

Ashley, the lady working the front, was not very warm, friendly, or inviting. She was very dry and unwelcoming. She seemed bothered that we were there and not enjoy her job. Anywhere you go, youre usually greeted by a Hello! Welcome to ... but not here! This was our first time visiting and this lady made sure to do what she could so we didnt return (and we wont). Ashely also gave my friend a hard time because their system failed to accept their POGO passes. A POGO rep asked her to let my friend and her kids in and theyd fix the issue next week (we went on a Friday afternoon), but Ashley still made her pay to get in and didnt give her a refund - which she said she would if everything was figured out with POGO. Ashely tried to give her passes for a future trip, which was useless because (1.) she lives an hour away, (2.) she ruined the experience and (3.) she has POGO passes to much better places anyway. It was just a huge headache dealing with her. The inside was extremely loud. Its a huge warehouse with bounce houses (not as exciting as the description leads on) so in my opinion, the music really doesnt need to be so loud, especially if there are only 5-8 kids in there, like it was when we were there. I do question how they clean and sanitize the bounce houses, because they looked awfully dirty. They also had us leave 5 minutes early, which is really not a big deal, but I noticed. We will never go there again.

Doesnt give the kids enough time to enjoy themselves plus after you eat you cant go back in to play than they start rushing you out the rooms all for 250 its not worth it at all trust me and its hot in there. Wouldnt recommend it

Terrible. Despite my name, I am very kind & gracious. I have never left a negative review. The person with whom I spoke was clearly high/drunk. Can t tell if it was a man or woman (voice was very deep), but it hung up on me when I asked if it spoke English. We used the Dallas location (Forrest Lane) previously. It (the thing on the phone) wasn t able to distinguish between the words Frankfurt & Forrest . It also didn t know how to spell Autobahn (I m from Germany & I realize that you Americans may spell differently to me. But It didn t know how to speak, much less spell). Thankfully, we are fortunate enough that we don t have to patronize unfortunate establishments. **this was the first negative experience I ve had at Pump It Up. Actually, this was the first negative experience I ve had anywhere. The Thing on the phone today was more than 2 standard deviations from the norm. I ve literally never interacted with such an inept being before. Ever. All past experiences with Pump It Up have been great. In fact, all past experiences in my entire life have been great. This Thing was truly awe-inspiring** ***Again, I asked if it speaks English bc I grew up in Germany. I speak many languages, unlike the Thing I spoke with today. As you can see, my English is good. But I even couldn t understand what It was saying. This is why I asked, It hung up on me***

Was the worst birthday party experience ppl were fighting and on top of that fighting on my guest cars. No security was there and the police didn t show at all. Plus my granddaughter gifts were STOLEN and and no cameras I wouldn t recommend it to nobody!

I m leaving 2 stars because they overcharged me over $20. I received a confirmation email with the balance that was due but once I got there it was increased by over $20. They didn t want to honor the price of my email confirmation & was told by Michelle (district manager) that if I wanted them to honor my email I would be charged more because I used a coupon, which didn t even make any since. I understand that this location almost went out of business due to COVID-19 but don t take it out by additional unexplained charges to keep your business running! I m never bringing my children back or suggest this location to anyone!!!!

I reserved a party for Dec 8 at 5pm went to this location and my party was somehow changed to Dec 15. Spoke with the lady at the desk who went through the profile and verified the confirmation email that I received dated Dec 8. She also saw the day it was changed and the name of the person who changed it. She reached out to the person and although I couldn t hear his side of the conversation I heard the lady at the desk agree to sitting next to him the day this unknown person called in and changed my reservation. They did try to accommodate me but I turned down the offer and took my party elsewhere. As a professional establishment TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR YOUR MISTAKES!!! I DID NOT CALL IN AND CHANGE MY RESERVATION NOT ONCE!! I also called on several occasions to verify the time but the number continued to go to voicemail.

First and last time I go to this place I rented it out for my daughters 4th birthday and when it was time for the food and came one of the young girls working had a stank face and was kind of rude screaming g excuse me every 2 minutes plus the party before us took a long time to change from one room to another and we didn t even get a chance to open up my daughter s gifts so we opened them outside NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE SO DISAPPOINTED!

Its always a fun time when we visit. The staff is nice and accommodating and the place is clean. I took off a star for the weathered and old bounce houses. Ive been coming to this location for years and some of the bounce structures are over 10 years old. They are torn and dont keep up as well when they are inflated. I think if they can charge the rates they do, they can invest in some new bounce structures.

Located in a warehouse area, the rooms contain things like inflatable bounce houses, inflatable slides and the like. They show a safety video before you are allowed in, listing things you shouldnt do, like go down the slide head first. These rules were ignored by the staff, who allowed kide to do things like go down the slide head first. Seating for the adults were hard metal benches along the wall. If you have a kud who likes inflatable bounce houses and the like, this would be a goid place to take them.
