Alejando at checkout was so unhelpful when checking out. He was unable to find a barcode and shrugged and looked me in the eyes and stood there. After 2 minutes of awkward silence he mumbled for us to go get a picture of the barcode so he could manually input it. Prior to this we asked for help to get an item from the top shelf, we asked an older gentleman with an apron (he clearly worked there) for help and he literally said he did not work there but would help us find someone who could help. Maybe the night shift employees should get some customer service training or some incentives to actually do their job.

I have to say Chinsia went above and beyond for me and family. Today our AC unit went out at home very late on the day.. We have small children and this week the weather will be in high 95. Store closes at 10pm. And we have went to 4 different home depot. We arrived at 9:50 and she was able to make sure we left with a AC unit . Her Customer service was amazing to make use they would take it down for us. Thank you home depot for having her on your team...

So went to get a new chainsaw from home-depot and took for ever to get ahold of a staff member to open the gate and pull one out for me so once I get someone to help me they carried it to the front at the checkout line no big deal I get it.. Well I Purchase the chainsaw and pretty much. Went about my weight and think twice about having to check it because it was brand new in the box and got to where I need to be and open the box to use the song. Get ready so long. Since I opened the box. I couldnt believe what I all. It was a old used chainsaw. The oil in it was milk. They put the wrong oil in it or mix it with water.I dont know, but hopeone is.They sold me a used chainsaw!! I had a hard time trying to return it because they were closed by the time I got back up there and then trying to say that I had used the chainsaw and didnt want to return it . I paid cash for it and only thing that they would do is give me store credit.. So be sure to check anything u buy from Home Depot

When I went to the washing machine place today and asked three times the staff waited for at least half an hour an older man with glasses and a cane came over, and when I asked him how long it would take to deliver, He was very impatient and I said Id go somewhere else and he told me about a very good, very bad experience with a very bad staff and service and never wanted to go back

And after this horrible beryl storm phones were out .there is no consideration and I am getting a run around home depot. Love this store. Bad experience with rental equipment. An older man named John in the rental department is very unpleasant. The equipment I rented stoped working two hours into a job. He told me I rented the wrong equipment that I was returning and I should have done this or that. I am familiar with what I am doing and if you feel so strongly about it then don t rent it to me in the first place. Otherwise, everyone else is great, very friendly, and helpful.

I went to home depot for some info on doors. When I arrived to the section, I was met by a brunette women. When I asked her for help she responded, that she worked for Rigid and was an independent contractor. In response, I asked if she could kindly grab someone to help me. This girl responded that she did not work for home depot, so I could find someone myself. She then proceeded to turn her back to me and apply lip gloss. After a few minutes, she got up to leave, and I asked her if she would again find someone since she was leaving the area. Again, she told me no, I dont work for home depot. You can find someone yourself. Then, when I asked her name, she refused to answer and walked away to never be seen again. I cant make this stuff up. Home Depot, thank you for the customer service. I now know that independent contractors can treat customers like garbage because, technically, they dont work for you!!!

Home Depot knowingly sells defective gift cards and will not stand behind their faulty products, even when the customer has documented the purchase. Never buy gift cards at their stores. Gift cards should be behind lock and key and periodically inspected. Ruined our Father s Day. Will shop elsewhere and tell friends about HD s abysmal customer service and how they continue to allow unwitting customers to buy defective products.

How is this store so unorganized? The volume it must do because of the location and you can t find a pro order that was placed days ago. I had 1 star but someone actually just came up to me and asked if I needed help after the guy that was helping just walked past me without giving me an update so I had to track him down. This isn t the first problem I ve had with this place. Rude employees, stood in line at the garden center for 5 minutes just for someone to tell me the system was down then had to stay in line for another 5 minutes.

I use to work there many years ago. I did returns, cashied and helped customers no matter what. Returning area wouldnt let check out at returns. I have a bad knee so having to go to the check out was painful. No electric carts to shop. Was hard to find anyone for help. Guess time has changed. Theyll help you begrudgingly if you interrupt their conversations and wave them down. You will not be approached out of their own volition due to the palpable fact that they truly dont want to help you. Maybe one or two are good people, but overall terrible environment. If you know what you want, how to do it, and where its at, Im sure its a great place to shop. Quite literally, no one will bother you... Go to Lowes, I got what I needed in half the time.

Terrible customer service; Big disappointment when my husband tried to ask an elderly employee about a refrigerator, and he got horribly upset that we approached him. My husband asked him why he was having that attitude if he was just asking about a product. I didnt see the mans name, but I hope that the company talks to its employees that they should not treat the customer in such a grotesque way. Please train your employees, because the truth is it doesnt feel good at all to be treated that way. Our parents taught us to respect elders, but sometimes there are people who make us feel really bad.

Dissapointed with the lack of professionalism at this location. I waited for more than 30 minutes for someone to bring out the forklift to load square pavers. The girl at the register -Anabel- called 3 times for someone to come out and help and each time they said they were sending someone out. She then proceeded to say that -Taylor- one of the managers would come help himself, which he did not. They then said one of the workers would come out and help load by hand therefore I waited and again no one showed up. I had to load the pavers by himself and still no one showed up. This was a waste of time in my part and unfortunately shows that they lack in their customer service skills.

Worst customer service I saw 4 to 5 workers and never CAME and ask if we need ut help, I had to ask 3 different people that we need it help, waited for an hour for some one to help us with 4 Windows and a Doors, when we did we still had to waited for some to help us load.. Worst management at a big box store! Lumber section has Pro desk and 4 self checkouts with ONE register open and ONE lady operating it. With a line wrapping around the lumber section, a lady had the nerve to tell everyone to form a line out of everyones way...NO LADY! Been quite an ordeal just trying to buy an oven. I was there trying to get a coordinated program over an hour or just buy an an oven get it delivered. Nobody knew what they were doing. Probably found one guy that knew halfway what he was doing but we got it ordered. no one was able to figure out how to set up the labor to get it installed so I said fine just get it to my house and we ll figure it out so someone was supposed to call Well, they even screwed that up randomly out of the blue. I get a notice that someone s gonna show up at the house. No one called to schedule anything so we had to get it rescheduled. I m on hold finally had to give up. I thought I d share this with y all finally hung up at 16 minutes.. I did have one person answer it halfway through and said they had to find somebody else that knew how to reschedule a delivery so it s just more of the same but just on the phone this time I saw a lot better prices Best Buy but I had a coupon or some credits for being a contractor to knock the price down. That was the only reason I was there my God they really do suck. If you got Home Depot stock now trying to sell this is weird. I ve noticed a lot of your stores changing lately just getting very very inefficient and dysfunctional.

Customer service was the best, usually, you cant find anyone when you need to, but I got real live help. Finding the correct fasteners I needed to help lifting salt for the water to softener. Which everyone knows is heavy then all get out, right to taking to my car and putting it in there. It was a great pleasure shopping somewhere where customer service is back on track.

I bought and paid for a refrigerator to be delivered 12/26/23 and they went to the delivery address at 7 am and they did not call or text like requested. Then we rescheduled for 12/29/23 people were there and they went to the wrong address. Very frustrating rescheduled for a third time 12/30/23 Since they like to come a 7am i decided to be at the office at 7:00am to wait for them even though the time frame was 9-1 They still could not get the address or the suite number right so spending half a day at the office that is closed still no delivery of the refrigerator!! Tried everything to call the manager at Home depot and to the delivery department. Still they swear that they came to the office showed pictures. I was smart and took a picture of our office front to compare to their pictures. Their pictures showed another office complex not the address that was given to them Poor excuses, poor service and terrible customer service. They made me feel like I was lying about being at the delivery address. It is a-shame i had to prove to the manager i was there. The delivery company could not read the right address and suite number. I am writing the review to warn future customers of Home Depot. I will not recommend them nor will i buy anymore items from Home Depot

Unprofessional staff in the paint department. Don t call yourselves experts if you are not willing to assist the customer with their needs. Waited several minutes at the counter for assistance and the associate never acknowledged us. Then when he decided to acknowledge us he was curt. We asked for a particular paint color in a brand and he stated we had to look for a color that doesn t exist in the brand. Never assisted us in any manner to find the color we needed. If you are looking for an expert don t shop here.

I hate this place. :-) They always have supplies for projects and honey dos. Updated review: the only reason to shop here is if Lowes doesnt have it. Seems they want you to ring yourself out as the employees are busy on their phones or busy. It was difficult to even find an employee to ask for assistance with the plumbing department and the employees in the hardware department dont know the products that they carry (which caused me to find the air hammer elsewhere). They do offer a 10% discount for military and veterans though.

What a waste ! This location is terrible for customer service. That s if you can actually find an employee. You ask where you can find an item and they tell you Isle 16 . You go to isle 16 and there is nothing remotely resembling the item you asked about and even showed them a photo of the item. They are just there collecting a paycheck.

Home depot is good. We are usually Lowes people but when lowes does not have what I need Home Depot almost always has what I need. I also love that they carry DEWALT power tools. Im a DEWALT guy (not because I think they are the best, but they are just as good as Milwaukee and Mikita). But Home Depot and Lowes both carry DEWALT. So score.
