What a great experience I had today with Mr. Cimarron Cim Gilson. I have been exceptionally pleased with the services I received in the past when needing to establish our personal documents for wills and a family living trust. Their work is first rate and professional while being very pleasing to work with. Today I needed some personal advice regarding a situation I am torn over while considering a situation that could lead to offering personal help and support to someone in need, but with much concern over liabilities we would be accepting should things go south. Cims advice covered all of my concerns while also addressing things I had not considered. After speaking with Cim I was able to make a decision based on both legal and spiritual reasons that made the most sense to me. This was a tremendous help in getting to a place where I feel confident that I made the right decision. The Gilson Law Firm is hands down the best legal office I have used to date - I highly recommend them.

I found the law firm by googling online and reached out to get assistance with probate for my mother. They were very courteous and timely in answering my request for an appointment. I was referred to and selected Gilson Law Firm PLLC to prepare my Estate Planning Documents. I met with Mr. Gilson, explained what I hoped to accomplish and thought I knew what I needed. He could have sold me a much more expensive package but showed me how the same goals could be met for a much smaller fee. I could not be happier with the service I received. I was given my completed Estate Planning Documents in a well-organized and indexed binder. Were it possible to rate this firm higher than 5 stars, I would have done so. After moving from New Jersey to Texas, I needed my Trust updated so I used Attorney Cimarron Gilson. I was very impressed by the detail he went into with each section of the original Trust to make sure the any changes reflected what my wishes were and that they conformed to Texas guidelines. In particular, he tailored my medical power of attorney to follow my religious faith. After the final Trust was completed Mr. Gilson gave me a comprehensive list of open items I needed to take care of and a notebook that contained everything related to my estate planning. I have been back to see Mr. GiIson to have the Trust tweaked and update him on my progress with the open items I needed to complete. He is always available to ask questions and provide advise as needed. I would recommend Mr. Gilson to friends and family without hesitation.

I had several issues that I needed help with. My parents passed away and left an estate to handle and a lot of straightening out. Mr. Gilson handled everything which involved an estate from my father that my mother was not able to handle and I needed my mothers estate probated. In addition a lot of little things came up along the way that Mr. Gilson found and handled. We also have a lot of health issues which brought to mind we needed our estate nailed down. Mr. Gilson explained everything along the way and it is such a relief to have such knowledgeable help. Now almost everything has been handled. We are still waiting on some paperwork to come thru. In addition we now have an organized binder with all our estate paperwork directive to physicians and POA s in addition to all our property ownership papers that have been prepared for us. This binder is very well put together and a great idea. Rather than simply sending me individual documents to put in my files Mr.Gilson prepared and delivered this binder with organized tabs to put all future estate documents in as I received them. Now I don t have to worry that our family will have the issues that I had with my parents estate. Mr. Gilson was also able to update some of our out of date business paperwork for us for our small cabinet business such as our d/b/a that had expired and gave us advice for our business banking. Thank you Mr. Gilson and your entire staff for all your help and professionalism with all my legal issues. In addition if Mr Gilson was not able to handle anything he was very knowledgeable and fast to refer me to someone that could help me. I highly recommend Gilson Law Firm for any and all estate planning needs. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable they are also able to address any needs from a Christian perspective. I called asking how much they charge to help start an LLC. Not only did Mr. Gilson talk to me directly about costs, he explained I may not need an LLC, and explained the benefits of a sole proprietorship. For $1025.00 they provided an Estate Plan that included our Last Will and Testament, Memorandum of Personal Property, Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney & HIPAA Release, Catholic Directive to Physicians, Declaration of Guardian, and Community Property Right of Survivorship Agreement. Mr. Gilson was very responsive and met our needs in a direct and understandable manner. All questions were thoroughly answered and tailored to our Catholic perspective. I just left Gilson law firm in Cibolo, Texas. And, I have to say Atty. Gilson is TOP NOTCH!!! I only went in to have my self-made Will notarized. He took the time to look over it and carefully read it. He recommended that I make a few changes to the Will. He decided to scan it and revise it himself, along with his paralegal. He did NOT charge me for this. He is an AWESOME man first, and secondly, an AWESOME lawyer. I know that God sent me to his office and without a doubt, Ill just bet hes a Christian. Just wanted to come on this page and share my personal experience. First of all, I want to be clear that Im not someone paid or an affiliate of the organization trying to cast it in a good light. Im a regular dude that had a problem and thats why I contacted them. Disclosures aside, I spoke with Lawrence who is a paralegal within the firm. I was awestruck by his professionalism but his courteous nature was what really impressed me. Without going into too much detail he was kind, informative, and above all else he was honest. While it would be irresponsible of me to recommend this organization in matters I dont know anything about, I can definitively say that I would recommend them based off my experience alone.
