We had a great time with our inflatable obstacle course. The paperwork and billing was easy and efficient with the links they use. I called the office prior to the event & the staff was able to answer all my questions. They were prompt with delivery and removal and texted prior to arrival for both. I will definitely use them again for our party needs.

The entire process was incredibly easy. Everyone I spoke to was responsive and helpful. We rented a tent, tables, and chairs for our wedding. It was great that they had everything we needed so that we were only working with one vendor. Each time I reached out leading up to and after the event, I immediately received a response. And I appreciated that they delivered outside the major Texas cities! Overall a great experience.

Being a business owner myself I am NOT the type to jump on social media and leave a bad review, but since you can t leave reviews on their business page (and I know why) I will do it here. If I could give less than 1 star I would for Jumps and Tents for Events in Abiline. We rented 10 tables and 50 chairs for our wedding last Saturday. Upon arrival we instantly noticed the tables had damage and were dented and dirty. I asked if it was too late to order linens due to the shape of the tables and was told I couldn t. No biggie, we made it work. I also ordered a wedding arch (which is on their website) and was told they no longer rented them but I could purchase the one they had there on site. I agreed and did not get one elsewhere since I was told they had one!!!THE DAY BEFORE my wedding we go to pick everything up and the arch was missing half the pieces and must have gotten thrown away so I didn t have an arch at my wedding. Again, no biggie we made it work. Upon return, my husband unloaded the tables and chairs because apparently they don t have enough employees to do anything right. We instantly get a call that we didn t return everything (we did). We were told they would have to go back and check the cameras and that we would be charged for their time doing so they then said they made a mistake and we did return everything but we damaged the tables that were ALREADY DAMAGED. I was charged $100 extra for a raggedy plastic table that was damaged to begin with. Absolutely horrible customer service and a joke of a business. TRASH

Pickup was smooth and the guys helping me load the truck were awesome. However upon unloading the chairs and tables they had to be cleaned as they had chocolate and sticky stuff on almost every chair and table. We had chairs being held together by zip-ties, and peeling cracked tables. For what we paid for them I was not expecting to receive damaged or dirty items. Return was smooth as well, I informed the gentleman of our issues and he said he would let the office know. Hoping it gets taken care of so others don t have the same problem.

They had the perfect bounce house to match our dinosaur theme and we werent expecting the inside to have so much going on but we were pleasantly surprised to find a mini obstacle course and a basketball hoop. Everyone had a great time. We didnt even get to any other activities because all the kids stayed in the bounce house the entire party. It was super helpful ordering it for the entire day to keep the kids occupied while we finished setting up the rest of the party and letting the kids finish playing on it while we cleaned up. Anahi was great at making sure to communicate clearly and often as the day approached and had everything ready to go and made it easy to handle everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! From the customer service, timeliness, and product this company is 5 star! We rented the dual water slide for our kids birthday party and the kids and adults both had so much fun. We love Jumps and Tents and will use them again in the future.

Everything was wonderful! They came and set EVERYTHING up, and when it was pick up time they called and informed us they were on their way and took everything down as well. I liked the notice because it gave the kids a little notice as well. Will definitely use jumps and tents again!

Helped us out big time with our annual kids camp event in San Angelo and in Abilene. Kids LOVED the foam machine, it was a HUGE hit. The owners were a big help with any questions or concerns we had. EXCELLENT customer service and support both from the owners and the employees. We will definitely use Jump and Tents for our future events.

Easy to rent! Quick communication. They delivered the bounce house early and we kept it over night. My kids cried when they picked it up Sunday morning because they had such a great time! It was smooth and easy from beginning to end.
