This was the second time I have used Two Men & a Truck. Both times I have been extremely pleased. The men are friendly, fast and really care about your belongings. This last move was just from a storage unit back to my house after a major remodel. The guys made sure to ask where I wanted the furniture, if there was anything extra they needed to do for me, and if things were exactly where I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone needing a long or short move done.

I used Two Men and a truck before and was pleased but now they came out with a new cash grab to have a excuse to not take care of your TVs they offer boxes for your TVs and if they mess up the TVs then they are covered by the insurance well since I didn t bother to buy the boxes because it s common sense to be delicate with TVs they have no disregards for them if they aren t in boxes they broke two of my 55 and 65 inch TVs I moved countless times in my life and never broke a tv and these guys do it for a living and broke not one but two of my TVs now I am stuck without TVs and they won t refund anything so unless you want a reason to get a new tv don t buy the boxes because these guys are pros at making sure they break all of them but other then that everything else went smooth

It s our first time to use movers. I have been canvassing around which one is cheaper with good positive reviews. And two men and a truck got me. We had an amazing experience with two men and truck. Derian and his crew were very courteous, polite and friendly. They went above and beyond in making our move fast without jeopardizing our furnitures. Their price is very competitive among others. Customer service is excellent. I totally recommend Two Men and a truck for all your moves and would use them again for my future move.

In May 2023 we Hired Two Men to move a few rooms for a reno into our garage and back into the home at a later date. When we moved back in, we had some furniture damage and filed a claim. What we thought was a straight forward process. The company they used were random guys - Paul - and his son who were incapable of proper communication. Im not sure if they were even a repair company, or just individuals. I had been calling/ texting constantly for updates on when theyd show up. When Pauls son finally came out they were only able to partially repair some items and needed to come back. Months later, the Dad, Paul, was unaware of what needed to be done and had to reschedule again as he didnt have the tools needed. I never heard back. I contacted Sabrina many times and was told they were indeed having issues with Paul, their repair vendor and to find my own repair company, send her the invoice and they will submit payment for it. The only problem was these other companies charged just to inspect the furniture and then many didnt do in home repairs. Another moving cost plus repair - I did not think it was fair for me to pay upfront on a claim that was supposed to be covered by the movers already. Ive since not heard back from Sabrina. My initial claim was May 2023. Paul and his team came out 2 times which spanned from June 5th to September 7th 2023 and little to no communication in between. I finally stopped trying to get ahold of them. (One of the repairs actually worsened my nightstand scuff and is more noticeable than before.) I contacted Sabrina again throughout this time and from Oct. 2023 to Jan. 31st 2024 I have not gotten a response from her whatsoever on a resolution. At this point I do not trust them to honor their damage claims and would not recommend them to anyone.

We used two men and a truck for a move from houston to boston. We left Monday afternoon and we were sleeping in our own bed in a new apartment on Wednesday afternoon. The manger of pearland franchise was absolutely dedicated to the job and gave us all the pros and cons of a move this huge. His honestly was amazing and set a great baseline. The movers involved were all completely professional while still being very humanized. This was a cross country move that was reasonably priced and nothing was damaged. We had a 50+ inch tv that came out just fine and I even had a lego box with no padding what-so-ever that suffered no damaged. They care about the job and their reputation. This franchise in Pearland is the standard in movers. I would probably pay extra to have them come back up to Massachusetts to handle any future moves. The peace of mind is worth it, I have moved around the country 4+ times (the air force life) and I have never experienced anything better. The manger cares, the employees care, everyone cares. Never hesitate with this location, local or cross country.

If you bought a new house but wanted a fixer upper, this is the moving company for you!!! They damaged several things in our house and have now ghosted us. They were in a hurry and overloaded the truck so they did not need to make another trip and broke our bed frame. Dropped several items on the driveway due to them being in a rush with one individual walking down the ramp backwards of the truck and dropping our table. A safe was dropped into our wall, floors beat up in multiple places, bed frame cracked and walls all beat up. I have reached out 4 times for a resolution and I get nothing back.

After looking through reviews, its clear they are rough and break stuff on top of being the most expensive around. Their hourly is than an auto shop. Charge from the moment they leave their business. They want 5-10x what everyone else does at minimum. Call around first, trust me, youll be glad. These kids think they should be paid like doctors to do what children can and have no remorse for damages according to many many reviews.

It is hard to find the words adequate enough to capture our gratitude for the great work that Brian and the team did for our family. My mother in law passed away and my wife was going through the painful process of emptying the house. Things that contained a lifetime of memories for my wife. It was hard and emotional and the team from Two Men and truck were absolutely spectacular. They of course move everything with care, but they also recognize how hard this was on my life and they showed the compassion necessary to make my wife feel like everything would be ok. That was a gift and during a very emotional time for our family who would have thought the movers would help with the emotional aspects of this move and were such an important role in providing comfort. That is going above and beyond and having the where with all to understand the situation this going the extra mile! Culture makes a great company and two men and a truck put it on full display. My sister used this company to assist with relocation in the Houston area. Her things were damaged and the company refused to take accountability. Instead of calling to rectify the situation professionally, the company sent an extremely rude and unprofessional text message. The information provided in the text message was also inaccurate in terms of the services my sister received. I would not recommend this company.

Do not recommend, will never use again. I cannot stress enough to not trust this company with your move. Worst experience I have ever had moving and am a prior military spouse with over fifteen moves across the country under my belt. Six local moves in Pearland/Manvel and this was the first time I paid for professional help. Movers were unmotivated, unreliable, broke several items, literally threw boxes of my belongings in the truck, played with my childrens toys and were over time by four hours. Despite me providing lunch and drinks there was over an hour of unaccounted time. Arranging the move went well with the office, Sabrina was very kind and helpful, her supervisor David has been professional and kind in attempting to fix all the issues and damages after the fact. HOWEVER, when it comes down to it you are hiring moving help, and it is not cheap. This company did not contract professional, experienced movers for me, and I have paid the price. It will take me weeks if not months to clean up the awful mess they have left at my new home and recover the items that have been broken. I am not one to complain or post like this ever, but I would not wish this experience on anyone. DO NOT hire Two men and A Truck for your next move, it will not be helpful and will make your move a lot more stressful and difficult adding even more to your plate in a stressful time.

Moved from Texas to Colorado. Due to incorrect packing on their part despite being supplied with excess blankets and straps considerable damage occurred. The local franchise at the destination was appalled by how things were packed. They ve refused to compensate for damages despite paying the extra upgrade to cover damages. Avoid this franchise. I will update this review to include pictures of damaged property.

I would not recommend this company. My furniture was damaged during my move and they agreed to have it fixed by a vendor. Its been almost two months and the vendor is unresponsive as well as the manager of the Pearland branch. When I contacted the two men and a truck I received the response We can t do anything about it Please do not book with this company. You will be disappointed (I also purchased insurance for the move, so the damages should be covered)

I was initially happy enough with their services until I got the bill. I was billed $680 for 2 bedroom sets and a dining room table (everything was dissambled, and the home I moved to is 8 houses down and LITERALLY ON THE SAME STREET) They charged me for 4 hours when the men only worked 2.5. I called the office the next day and was assured they would reimburse me. That was a month ago. Their records showed 3 hrs of labor, yet I was billed for 4 hours, and the guys took a 30-minute break that I was billed $70 for. I called this morning and the woman on the phone told me they also billed me for the time it took the guys to drive to my home from their shop and the time it took them to get back to the shop after the job was done. Their original quote was for $415, and there was no mention I would be charged for the guys drive time to get to and from the job. The guys were slow, and both mentioned several times that they both had 5 children to feed. Initially, I felt bad for them both and gave them a $60 tip each. All in all, I paid $800 to have 2 small disassembled bedroom sets, and a dining room table moved about 1000 feet.

One mover took my daughters loft beds apart with the expectation of it being put back together and it was not. I talked to the office staff and they said they would be for extra charge after already over charging above the said price. One of the movers was not helpful and I had to move a lot of stuff in my own so that they wouldn t go over the allotted time. I had to beg for a discount since my daughters beds were not put back together and since I did a lot of unexpected labor. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! I would only recommend one of the movers, his name is Brandon.

I spoke with Danielle about how everyone near by was so high priced, she had me go into very long detail about what I would want moved and how far I was, when I gave her the answers she quoted me WAY lower than anyone else. My husband ended up wanting to move ourself just because it was barley anything. BUT Danielle was very responsive, very kind, and very helpful! Staff is very friendly and packed things I didnt do which was a plus. They were done 2 hrs sooner than what was quoted. Loved these guys, would definitely recommend They make you pay $150 for insurance in case anything gets damaged but dont actually come fix the item. So my wall has a nice long scrape in it thx to their workers. Good thing Im handy but I shouldnt have to fix it myself. Called them and told them about it yet they said they have to investigate which is fine. The mover who actually gouged a piece of my wall out took photos when he did it and said he would put in my file. Yet I never heard back after bringing this damage to their attention. I dont recommend buying the insurance if they dont even let you do a claim. In my opinion its a scam. And no they never offered to pay for anything as they never called me back. But its ok, I wont use or recommend them to any others

NEVER AGAIN! When I called for estimate and spoke to Sabrina I specifically asked when the time starts and stops. She assured me that it started when I sign them in. She assured me that as soon as they finished unloading the last item in my storage that I would sign them out. She even explained youre when I sign them out, I would be charged by 15 minute incriminates and not by the hour at that point. Then I called to complain while at the storage and was told I have to pay for the drive time from your office to the pickup location as well as three drive time back to your office from the drop off location. This was NEVER DISCLOSED TO ME UNTIL I CALLED TO COMPLAIN about damage. Had I know this I would never have hired you! Your company is extremely misleading and this is unacceptable! I also ordered 2 mattress pads because my mattress is new and they didnt bring them so my new mattress is all black now. They both insisted on Wasted ALOT OF time walking with me to find the storage unit even though I was with them the entire time. I told them no, go ahead and start unloading into the 2nd elevator while I find the unit. They said no, we have to come with you to find it! Thats unacceptable as well! They purposely parked to block a small truck knowing they would have spend time loading the ramps to move the truck for the small truck to get out of the space. Nick was the only one of the 2 who was rushing. The other guy took forever wrapping the few items of furniture that had doors on it and would take 1 item at a time to load then banged up new my headboard and dropped my inverter several times because he wasnt paying attention and broke my big clay plant pot,dropped 2 of my potted plants inside my house spilling the dirt and killed my plant because he put a smaller plant pot inside of a larger one. I asked him what he was thinking and told him hes careless! My sister and i but had to help take stuff and cut my hand. You should be grateful for Nick putting up with him as well.

The office personnel, Sebrena, was very professional and represented the company well. My request was short notice but she was was polite & accommodating. We packed our coffee maker and purchased additional insurance. Unfortunately our expensive coffee maker broke in transit and Two Men refuses to replace it. They said since we packed it, they will not replace it. If we knew our packed goods would not be replaced if broken, we wouldn t have purchased the insurance.

I have used Two Men and a Truck once again. Lately, I have been using to load my rental truck in the origin location and then in the final destination to unload the truck. I rent the moving truck (the last couple of times from Penske) and then have Two Men and a Truck load in the origin and unload in the destination. I drive the truck between the two locations, and it is a significant savings. They provide professional, quality service for the price! Saves my back and makes my life much easier! These guys rock! Highly recommend!

Mike and his crew (Jose, Trey & Alex) were friendly, professional, punctual, HARDWORKING and fast for our move from Houston to Dallas! They literally wrapped everything with film before covering with blankets and packed the truck perfectly, so everything fit in one truck! They quickly and efficiently reassembled everything that had been taken apart. Our 1,000 lb. smoker presented many challenges, and these young guys never gave up! Their relentless approach to come up with creative ideas to get the grill through our new narrow gate and slanted side yard to the backyard was inspiring on many levels! PSA Two Men and a Truck in Pearland (Rice Dryer Rd) are the absolute best! They saved the day when our original company quadrupled our price the day before our move, would not work with us, and refused to refund our very large deposit. We used this company to move to a new apartment, when they arrived they asked if I would like to purchase insurance for any damages that may occur. So I said yes and paid turns out they broke a 279 dollar monitor. After reaching out and being told I would get a replacement of equal value, I was then told a day later that insurance does not cover anything not packed by their employees, and stated we have no way of knowing if it worked in the first place. I asked for a refund on the insurance since the employee did NOT specify that information, but since then they have not returned my email. the move was fine, guys were cool, but never use this company if you have anything remotely expensive because they will just weasel out of what was said. Ive head so many good things, but Im assuming something changed management wise. Its been an absolute joke dealing with them There is a reason they pick and choose and only post positive ( and most likely fake reviews ) on their website. Two men and a woman showed up on move day and the woman was smoking marijuana outside the truck while the guys were working. As soon as the guys came in the house to start wrapping the furniture Taylor started pressuring my fiancé for a $40 cash tip, not giving my fiancé an option to say no. Talking to David, the manager. about it does not get you anywhere, because he takes his employees side, thinking they would ever say they do anything wrong. I would give it zero stars, but it wouldnt let me. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

I hate to leave this review as my first experience with this company was so good, but the next time I used them was terrible. I had a bedroom of furniture to move, some bins, 4 planters, and an upright piano. I booked them several weeks ahead of time and was told they would be arriving between 3:00 and 5:00p.m. They didn t show up until 8:15 and it was just one man and his girlfriend (who was the receptionist) instead of the three movers I had booked! The managers never contacted me or tried to help out in any way. The man who showed up was the only one with any conscience or professionalism. He could not move my piano as he was alone but he came back the next morning and moved it with another man and this time they had the right equipment to move it as well. No manager even attempted to apologize, let alone try to get me assistance. The management at this branch is beyond incompetent! The actual movers are terrific but I suspect the management is so bad that they runoff the good employees once they figure out what terrible bosses they have at this place.

Luis, Javaion,and Antonio arrived at my apartment at the scheduled time. They are hard working and let me tell you it was 90 degrees outside. I moved to a upstairs 2 bedroom 1hour 15 minutes away and they finished in 6 hours which I thought was amazing! To top it off these young men are really nice and kind. The company and their employees are very honest. This is my 2nd time using their services.

Absolutely awful customer service! David is the manager at the Pearland location and he is terrible to work with. The movers damaged 5 pieces of furniture, my wood floors, walls, and a rug. Said they would have someone out for repairs quickly after the move. Finally, two months after threatening to dispute the charge for the move, they sent someone out to do repairs. He was only able to repair walls, floors, and 3 of the 5 pieces of furniture. The rug and two other pieces of furniture are still damaged (thousands of dollars worth of furniture still damaged). He offered to send me an allowance of $75 for the furniture that couldn t be repaired. SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS! That won t even cover a fraction of the rug.. let alone the other two very expensive pieces of furniture. David told me there was no proof his guys damaged anything and he s already out the money on basically repairing your whole house so he s done all he can do. He told me his guys forgot to take pictures prior to the move that day.. so because His veteran movers forgot a crucial step in the moving process Im left with damaged furniture. He also argued with me that his guys said the home owners weren t even there during the whole move my husband and I are the homeowners and we were present the WHOLE entire time. Basically save yourself the stress and the money and hire literally ANYONE other than this company. David will just argue with you, take your money, damage your belongings, and won t repair all the damages.

I contacted Two Men and a Truck for a local move. They quoted a very fair price, quickly and easily. Luis contacted me the day of the move to let me know their arrival time. They were prompt, efficient, professional and friendly. Luis and Mike worked together tremendously as a team, and took great care with our belongings. They even finished an hour ahead of schedule! My experience with Eric and Alfredo was beyond exceptional, they came in and immediately began loading their truck. Very professional and you can tell these guys take pride in what they do. I had to move quickly and didnt have time to shop around I narrowed my search down to two companies and went with this one even though they charged more per hour I loved the reviews from Seniors like myself. And I got 2 of the greatest guys ever! They were prompt, professional and polite. Within an hour it was like we were family. They took such care with my things and my storage was in a mess but they took their time and got everything done in record time. We had a family member pass away and needed to donate her belongings to a local charity in a short turn-around time so her house could be cleaned, listed and sold. Clinton, Brian and Angel helped us get this potentially overwhelming task done in just a few hours and took great care of items that we knew could go to other families and help them out. Recently used Two Men and a Truck to move from a 1 bedroom apt to another, and they did a poor job. We had used them once before about 3 years ago and we really liked them which is why we used them again. After our move when we were unpacking and taking inventory of our items we noticed one of our dressers have been damaged. (They did send someone out to fix the dresser and they did a good job). On top of that, the movers left a black greasy handprint on the protection sheet we left on our mattress (thank goodness we had the sheet or it would have been on the mattress itself) But why were their hands greasy to begin with when moving someones items? We took the time to wrap all of our fragile items in bubble wrap and towels, but somehow our box of glass items, labeled clearly as FRAGILE and GLASS all over, was damaged on the outside and left 50% of our glasses shattered. To end, we noticed that we were missing a piece of furniture, a wooden coat rack. How does an item like that go missing? They refunded us $60 for our missing item. I give them three stars because their people were polite, and management reached out to try and remedy our recent experience.

These guys are excellent. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was not as ready to go when they arrived at our agreed upon arrival time. I missed the window of fifteen minutes to answer their call due to my phone dying. They should have cancelled and had every right to. Instead, they did the job, and did it well. Update - 6/28/21 Im updating my review to reiterate how disgusted I am with this company. David K. of Two Men wrote a response that made me even more disgusted. I honestly dont know how a company like them can stay in business. My expectation as a customer is that when a company gives me a quote and I make massive plans based on that companys quote and commitment, I should be able to trust that company. What I didnt communicate in my first review is just how much we were dependent on Two Mens quote and timing. We had completely oriented our calendar around David Ks commitment. We had multiple contractors scheduled for our house renovation (to get it ready for sale) based on David Ks promised timeline. We had made our personal schedule to fit David Ks timeline. To top it off, David Ks team called us on a Friday and asked if they could pack everything and move out on Saturday... a day earlier than their commitment. Once again, we said sure. David K sent his team to our house to look at our goods again. That was the 3rd time his team had been at our house. His team said that it would require two trucks. After his team left, he called and said that he had made a mistake on the quote and could only move half of our stuff. I told him that was unacceptable and that we should not be the ones that suffer because of his mistake. He was very upset with me because I was not appreciative of the time he spent trying to find another truck. I told him that I would appreciate if they simply kept their commitment. He said that he could not do that because he had made a mistake. And keep in mind, this is less than 48 hours before our 500 mile move. How in the world can a mover say to you, hey, you know that promise we made to you, too bad. We can move half your stuff but you still have to pay full price? That to me is one of the worst business experiences Ive had. You simply do not treat customers that way. I told him to put his thinking cap back on and figure out a solution so that he could keep his promise. He started screaming at me and yelled in the phone, THIS MOVE IS CANCELLED! He then slammed the phone down. Hung up on me. Classy. Its an insult to think that a refund of a smaller move would appease anyone. I would have been happier if they had kept their commitment. So, how did the move eventually happen? Well, its still in progress. We rented a UHaul and moved the first part of our goods ourselves on Saturday. I have to fly back and get the second part of our goods later this week. I have to rent another 26 UHaul and a car dolly and drive the 500 miles from Pearland to our new residence. Im probably going to end up spending more for the self-move due to lost wages and having to hire workers to help me load and off load. Two Men - you should be better than this. Original Review - 6/25/21 DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. THEY ARE MASTERS OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH. THEY WILL ALSO CANCEL YOUR MOVE IF THEY ESTIMATE IT WRONG. We used the Pearland franchise of Two Men and a Truck for a local move ( less than 10 miles) and had a mediocre experience. The movers themselves were very nice but the move itself was misquoted and the manager said the estimator made a mistake and that we would have to pay the increased cost. Ok. We bit the bullet and paid the extra amount. At the same time, we are doing another move that is to a location eight hours away. We got a quote and designated day that the movers would arrive and we built all of our plans around that. I just got off the phone with David at the Pearland franchise of Two Men and a Truck and he told me that they had misquoted the job and would not be able to do it all at once. I told him it was the second time that they messed up and that we would not accept the error again. He ended up yelling at me, screamed This move is cancelled and hung up on me. Now, were left scrambling trying to find movers that will help us. DONT EVER USE THE PEARLAND FRANCHISE OF TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!!

I m really dissapointed in Two Men and a Truck. The movers themselves are very kind and great at what they do, but there is an obvious problem with management. The coordinator didn t tell the movers I was on the third floor with no elevator, so there were only 2 movers instead of 3 and it took way longer than predicted. However, since the movers themselves are so amazing, my parents decided to hire them for an 8 hour away move. They stayed in town another week and pushed back house renovation plans solely to have Two Men and a Truck do their move. Then the day before moving they cancel on us because THEY underestimated the cost. The day before. Now my parents are left scrambling trying to figure out what they re going to do. It breaks my heart to see my parents so stressed due to management at Two Men and a Truck. I didn t think a business could be so heartless and unprofessional. The slogan is right, they have movers who care, but management themselves obviously don t.

Eric and Luis did a great job by efficiently and carefully transporting my belongings from my storage and previous home to my new home with record timing. They were friendly and accommodating and made sure that their service met the companys and clients standards. The office staff was very responsive and courteous as well. They answered my questions with sincerity in a timely manner. My family had used their service many years before and there was no issues booking an appointment with them compared to other local companies. Called to set up a quote. It was a rough start but Matt asked me to given them a chance and I am so glad I did. Matt came out and was friendly and professional. Quote came in better than all others. Even when it required an additional trip, they stood behind quote. And my moving team...wow! Johnny, Blue, and Ron are the BEST!! Business must be good here, because after they confirmed an appointment with me to do a quote they never even showed up. After waiting about 20 minutes past my appointment time, I called the main office and spoke to Tina who told me oh yeah I think he left about 10 minutes ago. The Absolute worst....we ve moved four times in the last 5 years (due to my husband s job) so none of this is new to us. These movers took 3 hours to wrap one couch, chaise, dining set, dresser, two nightstands, entertainment center, treadmill and elliptical. JUST WRAP THEM!?!?! No boxes or other furniture! THREE HOURS!?!? UPDATE: Matt (new management) adjusted the time and apologized. Two of the team members were new and/or poorly trained by previous management. And none of them had the appropriate tools to be efficient...NO POWER TOOLS to disassemble and assemble furniture. Matt stated that this too would be corrected moving forward.

This was our second time using Two Men and a Truck. We chose to use them again because the first time was very very good. Very professional and the movers are very helpful with your needs. Very friendly and the movers even asked if we needed help with anything else after they were done. I am very satisfied with their performance. They called me about an hour before they arrived to let me know they are on the way. They went over the paperwork and estimate. The estimate is just a estimate. You can go online and request a estimate. So simple. Keep in mind that if you do a estimate online then the price can change. We had ours estimated for 1200 but once the movers saw what needed to be moved, we only paid 600. Definitely worth it. I cant express how grateful I am towards them. When they showed up they introduced themselves. They asked if they can do a walkthrough with myself so I can point out the items needing to be moved. Once they are done with the walk through then they go over the estimate again and, as I said, it can change. They move items with care and they have tools as well to take apart bed frames and anything else needing to be taken apart. We had bunk beds for the kids and they told me before that they can disassemble but they cant put it back together due to it being a liability but I totally understand that and it is no biggie. I 100 percent recommended them. Very good!

We had Two Men and a Truck do our local move this past weekend. Here is an honest assessment of our experience, terrible. I was quoted it would take 6 men between 7 to 8 hours, five 18 year old boys showed up and it took almost 11 hours. I was obviously paying an hourly rate so my husband and I prepared by having EVERY moving box downstairs in the garage and entrance, ready to go. We also had disassembled every piece of furniture except for one bed and one dining table. The movers painstakingly wrapped padding around every single thing they could get their hands on (even small cheap plastic bins), followed by a deep layer of saran wrap and topped off with 3 or so layers of duct tape. This process took over 6 hours. Then when they arrived at the new house with the furniture only 2 men had knives to take the duct tape, saran wrap and padding off, thus wasting more time. They would carry the fully padded items inside and ask where to put them without taking the padding off so I would not know what the item was to tell them where to put it. They carried boxes with arrows up, upsidedown, they smashed one of my mounted light fixtures, scratched multiple walls and doorways, and a ruined the leg of a dresser (of course no one told or showed me). To add insult to injury I overheard one of them say I could lick his &all $ack. This was a horrible moving experience, and I would never recommend using Two Men and a Truck to anyone ever.

They start the time for pick up when they leave the office. I literally had 3 items. The bed, one couch and a table. The guys stall to pack the items and when they arrived they completed the paper work at my place instead of loading. They took the longest route to the place I literally watched them sat there in the truck for 5 mins before leaving and when they left they made several u turns when I told them they can follow me to the place which was only 8 mins away. Bad moving experience! I would never recommend this kind stress to anyone, when there is no customer service to provide you with a solution while using their service. Got a time frame of 2-5PM, and movers got there at 7:20PM without any communication from their administrative staff with updates. Not until I had to hunt them down. Explanation: I appreciated the two calls days before our move to confirm the details of our reservation. Then, Will s call to share that the movers might be delayed a few minutes, and that he would call back with more details, which he didn t. No one contacted me from administration regarding any updates, I called many times and left voicemails. Emailed and got a quick response out of the office and a personal cellphone number. Once the movers confirmed their arrival, 2 hours and twenty minutes late, I gave Sarah a call to her personal phone number provided to let her know and have a confirmation. Instead of apologizing or offering a plan she suggested to cancel my reservation in a very unprofessional manner. Also, Will called back and said he would make sure to not leave the office until I got a confirmation of arrival time and made sure movers were on their way. Which was rewarding to hear, but unfortunately, Will never picked up the phone again. Movers came very late but were very efficient and polite. Will called two days later to confirm my card on file, even though I had already provided it when reserving the time slot. He stated an amount that was not the same as the receipt signed during our moving day, with a different arrival time, adding a significant amount to our planned amount. Will was able to altered it to the amount that was already planned by updating the arrival time.

Wow! I am very disappointed with this location. I ve dealt with Two Men and Truck Katy before and they were awesome. This second experience definitely didn t even come close to my first one. They sent the two gentlemen like the advertisement said but they were very inexperienced and took forever. Needless to say I ended up spending $700 on the move for a 1 bedroom apartment. What takes the cake is they moved my items into a storage unit and now that we are moving our items out I found broken glasses with the words fragile written on them and the stand on my tv is broken and will now have to be mounted. I m praying that the tv is in working condition. I strongly discourage using Two Men and a Truck Pearland.

DrOPPed, scratched, broke and damaged just about everything they touched, didnt apologize, or even tell me any stuff Should have fired them immediately.. especially when they sorted boxes, I didn t know till later, because they already decided they weren t moving all my boxes!! It was an easy 1 bedroom apartment, and everything was packed and ready when they arrived, but after 4-1/2 hrs. they only moved bed and couch and few boxes. BUt DaMaged everything!! HORRIBLE, WORST MOVERS I HAVE EVER USED! DONT USE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU HAVE LOTS OF SPARE CASH AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR STUFF!!!

I used this company on January 14, 2019 (yesterday) so this is an accurate, recent unbiased review. There were a few positive aspects which include: easy scheduling, no hidden cost and punctuality. The negative aspects include: driver reeked of marijuana. lack of customer service skills, scratched flooring from dragging furniture, loosen and broken furniture that will not be replaced. I will go into details about the things I listed above. The scheduling was easy I was able to get the date I wanted in short notice. Second there wasnt any hidden cost; infact, we did a preliminary review of the items and I was given an estimate and other cost such as fuel and mileage and it was almost exactly what I paid. Third the company accurately gave me an estimated arrival, this time was confirmed the evening prior and the 2 men called me five minutes minutes prior to their arrival. The negative aspects started as soon as I met the driver. The sad part is if the driver was like his coworker this review would have been with a different rating and the recommendation would have been high. I must distinguish the two because if there is consequences for the behavior it is unfair to the other worker. Who greeted me respectfully, was very cheerful, strong, seemed to respect my belongings and home, etc. The driver did not even say hello he just handed me paperwork to sign and he smelled of marijuana. I wanted to call the company immediately but I didnt (please do not make this mistake an 800 dollar moving job is now costing me thousands in damages) I told him that I smelled it and he should be careful. He did not respond, again I wish I took my own advice. Second, the initial handling of my furniture was perfect. The items that needed to be disassembled were with ease and some of the items were wrapped. (Could have been wrapped better but it was ok)...when we reached the destination that was when the nightmare began. Furniture was strapped to the lift improperly and was falling off the truck, when placing furniture down you could hear loud boom! sounds. The driver was scrawny so he was pulling and dragging my furniture because he could barely lift so things are now weakened or pulled out of shape, my brand new floors are full of scratches, and the corners of my walls are chipped. Last I have a piece of furniture that was damaged. I wrote this part last because I didnt want to write a review solely because they broke a piece of furniture and Im angry. I was staring out the window and I guess the driver wanted to put more things on the lift, again furniture not properly secured and boom! My leather and wood headboard the top portion snapped (I only had it for 4 months) immediately the coworker was upset with the driver and I heard him yell I told you....but could not make out the rest. I ran downstairs and asked him immediately the coworker apologized and kept doing so. The driver said I aint gonna mess with it anymore and handed me another paper to sign for the claims. The claims lady called me and I gave her my statement. She reassured me and I felt better. 2 hours later I recieved an email stating I had to pay an additional 300 and change for insurance and an additional 250 deductable and only at that moment they will put the claim. So I have to pay close to 600 for an intem negligently destroyed by an impaired worker. I am disappointed in this company because it was a small moving job just 3 bedroom sets, a table, 2 couches and a washer and driver. I kept quotes from local companies much cheaper but I knew my furniture was high end and didnt want to take the risk and now I am stuck with all these damages. Please do not waste your money, time and find a different Avenue. Thank you.

Why would this moving company make co workers work 13 hour shifts that is ridiculous, I can understand you do the 12 hours and such but 7am-11pm and to top it off these co workers don t get a lunch break . They would just have to eat when they can

This was by far the best moving experience Ive ever had. The guys were super nice, professional, and actually cared about my experience. Everything was explained up front, they answered every question I had every time I called. Carmine and Chris worked so hard and so fast! I would ask for them again! My girlfriend and I were dreading our move. Not because it was a lot of stuff or too far... to be honest its because we are both too weak to carry our furniture up to the second floor where our new apartment is located. So we decided to call Two Men and a Truck. The online process was easy to get an estimate and scheduling was a breeze. The big day came, everything about our short move was falling apart. The internet company didnt show at all, which threw me into an admittedly over dramatic fury, somebody had parked in our new parking space, it was not a good start to the day. But then... our heroes called... 30 minutes early! FINALLY! something was going right. Not just right, but ahead of schedule. Gerad and Dom showed up and carried around our wicker furniture like it was nothing. It took less than an hour. Gerad and Dom were so friendly and helpful and it was actually inspiring to see them communicate and work as a team so efficiently. These guys knocked it out of the park. I cant compliment them or this company enough. They showed up and were a bright spot in our very stressful day. Hire these people!

Two Men and A Truck of Pearland was the best call you can make. The crew was on time and ready to go. I did ask for a third crew member to help with some of the heavy lifting and it was well worth the extra cost. Prompt and professional movers. One of my glass table tops cracked because of a broken bungee cord. Randi Bloodworth, a Franchisee/Genereral Manager called me later that day asking for information so she could order a replacement top. Within a 24 period she had located a vendor to cut the glass to size. After my table top was delivered she called and asked if I was satisfied with the quality of the table top glass and if it arrived in good condition. Fantastic customer service!!

Two men and a truck exceeded my expectations. They quoted me a great price for the amount of work expected to be done, and they worked so quickly that the total came out to a lot less than the quoted price which was a great surprise to me. They guys who worked and moved all my things were so friendly and were great about handling my items with care. They also didnt make any judging comments about the amount of stuff I have ( movers in the past have sometimes been critical). I have moved many times because of work and these guys were my favorite movers so far. The process was easy and they call you every step of the way to make sure everything is going well. I picked these movers because I had seen their trucks around Houston and decided to give them a call. I am so glad I did!

I highly recommend using this company! We purchased the white glove package and Carmine and his crew came the day before and disassembled/wrapped all of our furniture so that it was ready to load the next morning. The moving crew busted their butts the day of our move. Mark, Adrian and Devin were awesome!!! They were courteous, polite, and helpful. They went above and beyond what was expected! These guys pull into the shell at beltway 8 and telephone road and start picking a fight with the square cow movers. They told square cow that this was their gas station....you have some gangsters working for you or what????? I felt incredibly uncomfortable and really cant understand how you could employ such unprofessional people. Better check your crew before they wreck your business. Next time i will call the police on your crew.

Wanted to say how great of an experience I had with Two Men and a Truck (Pearland) this past Friday (1/26/18). Travis and Leonard showed up exactly when I was told they would - they were very professional and did not waste any time collecting the stuff from my house and loading it (exceptionally) into the truck. Both guys were polite and explained in detail everything they were doing and the plan to get it to my destination. I was very pleasantly surprised with the company and will use them again (actually hope I get Travis and Leonard specifically) when I am ready to move from this Katy apartment to our new home in Cypress in a few short months. I was also called prior to and immediately after to make sure I was satisfied and to see if I had questions or concerns - I had none of either. 5 stars!

Mark and Leonard moved us from Baytown to Lake Jackson on Black Friday and it was awesome, we had no problems what so ever, they arrived on time down to the minute, they were very professional, and they treat you like they have known you for a long time, that is the kind of attitude that makes customers feel comfortable, I will definitely be using them in the future, my husband is in construction and we move around like we are in the military, so Im am super happy I found movers that I can continue using and also refer to anyone who needs movers, and my husband knows a lot of construction workers who move around . Leonard and Mark are definitely going to be requested in the future, I dont think in the last two weeks I have laughed so hard at some of the things that happened , and a lot of the conversations that was had, Leonard watch out for those crock pots, and Mark has amazing selective hearing , Thanks Guys, you made moving day a great experience , and a lot easier !!!!!

I ended up loading my truck down with our belongings and had to leave some stuff behind because I didnt have room in my personal truck for everything they didnt want to move which made my kids and myself run way behind. I went ahead and sent the guys on to the new apartment where my husband and son was waiting about 45 minutes before we even left. Well my husband calls me asking where they were and I hadnt heard from them. I get ten minutes from the new apartment and get a call saying they finally made it. Everything was going smoothly after or so I thought. I went to move our couch to where I was wanting it only to find out that the legs are gone and now there is a rip on the arm of my couch. I have no idea where the legs are either. I will not use this company again. And if the moving experience wasnt bad enough the management isnt much help either. Try to tell them what happened only to be argued down like we were lying about it. Still no legs on the couch and left with the tear on the arm. Thats alright but just made sure we will never use or recommend this company to anyone.

First time try this and i was impressed and satisfied. Thanks to JAKE, DALTON & TRAVIS. They came early and even worked in the rain because of the hurricane comming, to help me finish my moving in time. Very proffesional, polite and gentle to all goods. I have the manager, i dont remember which one, came as an extra person to help me move my stuff quick. Highly Recommended!!!! And ill call this service again for my next move.
