I found the cleaners to be generally reliable and they did a decent cleaning job. However, one of the cleaners stole jewelry from me on two separate occasions. I will say that Mr. Greer jumped into help once I convinced him that the jewelry was gone and that the cleaners were the only people who had been in my house. I found several of the items at a local pawn shop and purchased them back. One of the items had been sold and the purchaser would not let me buy it back. My high school class ring and all of my gold earrings are gone, as is a ruby necklace and who know what else. I filed a report with the sheriffs office and was interviewed by a deputy sheriff. Mr. Greer told me that the cleaner confessed to him that she did steal - but only from me - and that she only took those things that were at the pawn shop. I know that the second statement is untrue. I have asked Mr. Greer how to file on his insurance, as I am a victim of his cleaner. He told me that she had no record and that there was no way anyone could have known she would steal. I still need to recover my losses. I have asked Mr. Greer repeatedly - once when this happened and then over the last month - and he is not responding. I sent his an email last week and let him know that, if I didnt hear from him soon, I would post something on social media so that others know about my experience and that Im consulting with a lawyer about pursuing this issue legally. He may not have been able to tell that the person he hired was a thief but he certainly could be responsive on how I can recoup at least a small part of my losses. Thats what insurance is for. I had used Cabana Clean for many years and thought I would be treated better - especially since a Cabana Clean employee came into my home and stole from me.

Paid for a deep clean. We have a tub we have never used so its clean, just had a thin film of dust. When they left wiped the tub and the film of dust is still there so they didnt even wipe the tub. One of the showers definitely needed a good scrub. That was not done. They mopped with a SWIFFER, not even an actual mop. Furniture wasnt even wiped down. They were gone in 1 hour and a half. We would not recommend this company. *Edited to add* Thank you for your reply. Yes, same last name. I am leaving the reply on behalf of my parents/mother, hence the use of we in the review. My parents are elderly. My mother is almost entirely deaf. I am speaking up on her behalf here regarding the service she received in her home. When my Mom notified me of how disappointed she was I looked up your company and wrote this review. You were already closed, but there is no need for either of us to contact you anyway. The service was rendered and paid for. She does not care for a refund. I am sharing her experience with your company. My mother was not going to go and run her finger over the furniture and tub to check in front of your staff. I wouldnt do that, either. Nor should anybody have to after paying for someone to clean. My parents have never used a cleaning service. My father was in the hospital for an extended period of time and the extra help was needed this once. That is why my mother reached out to your company. She didnt know what to expect. She did not know that she should have to check behind your staff to make sure theyve wiped down counters and the entertainment console. There is a potential there was miscommunication because of my mothers hearing. She is under the impression she paid for a deep cleaning of the bottom floor of the home with extra attention to the one guest bathroom. I will check her receipts/paperwork to find out what she paid for. But whatever it was, furniture, cabinets and all bathroom surfaces should have at the very least been wiped down and the floor mopped with more than a Swiffer. For anybody planning on using this service in the future who is reading this - make sure you go run your finger down surfaces before the staff leaves to make sure they did the bare minimum. See how ridiculous that sounds and how condescending it would feel to your staff for customers to have to go behind them checking out everything theyve claimed to do? My folks dont want their money back. I shared their experience and youve had your say in your reply. Do better. Peace.

Cabana clean did an outstanding job cleaning our house. The cleaners were kind, communicative and respectful. The bathrooms were cleaned thoroughly, even the taps were left shiny. No corner was left untouched- they even cleaned the microwave. I would highly recommend.

Paid $175 to clean an already nearly clean 600 sq ft apartment and they couldnt even vacuum or mop the floors. They also cleaned my leather couch with bleach or some kind of harsh chemical that damaged my couch. I send them this information and they stated that they did their work and the whole situation was just a disagreement

I am currently waiting on them to make the situation right. I was charged for a $400+ move-in clean but only received a normal clean. The normal cleaning was good. They vacuumed, mopped, cleaned toilets, dusted, cleaned showers. It was worth $200 but not $400. The one star review is because I havent been offered a refund for my move-in clean. Im annoyed that I had to clean before we moved in. $400 is alot for just a normal clean.

The girls are always so sweet and professional. They do a wonderful job on our home every time! Dust accumulates very easily in our home and the ladies always do a wonderful job of dusting it all up. I love the wonderful peppermint smell they use with their all natural eco friendly ingredients! My house always looks so wonderful after the ladies are done with it!! Recommend them for any clean!

Peachy Clean did a fantastic job cleaning our home! We have never had a professional cleaning service clean our house before, so this was a first time experience for us. We were a bit nervous having people come into our home to clean for us, but they made it so easy! We have 4 large dogs, and we were dog watching for a family member at the time of our clean, so we had a full house to say the least. The Peachy Clean staff was able to work with our schedule and us moving our dogs around so they could get every corner of our home with no problems. We will definitely be going with Peachy Clean for our monthly cleaning to keep our house clean and tidy!

I ve had only good experiences so far with Peachy Clean. I get my home cleaned each month and they were happy to adjust from semester to semester as my schedule changed. I ve had several different women come over the past months, all of them excellent. Every single one has been extremely prompt, within five minutes of the start time. Came home to a great smelling house, the cleanest its been in a very long time. Some things look in even better state than when we moved in. Girls were friendly and did an awesome job. Our dog enjoyed the extra company as well. Really great service.

DO NOT use this company. I was quoted ~$225 for my 3/2.5 house, monthly clean, which is reasonable. I wound up having them not do 2 of my bedrooms, so they wound up only cleaning 1bedroom and 2.5 baths. I was told over the phone that leaving out rooms would result in some deduction from the cost and that any additional charges for extra work would require my consent. AND YET I was charged almost $400 with NO warning OR explanation. There is no way I would have approved such charges and my husband was home the entire time so they definitely could have consulted us about potential upcharges. The receipt had no details. Cleaning was decent but not beyond basic expectations outlined in our initial agreement.

We recently moved to San Marcos and needed to find a new cleaning company. The thing most challenging during a move is finding new service providers. It s hit and miss finding that perfect fit. I was so lucky! I did my research and Peachy Clean was my first and only call. We have Peachy Clean come and clean our house once a month because our busy lifestyles make it difficult to get a good cleaning in. First, I gotta tell ya: We have FOUR shedding animals and one messy human kid, and both of us adults have home offices. Peachy Clean works around us and our conference calls, and the dogs and cats with their various needs to come in and out and in again.
