This location is so poorly managed. I can t tell you how many times I ve placed a small order in the drive thru or app only to be told to drive to the VIP parking. And then you wait for 10 minutes or more for them to bring you the order. Ridiculous. Otherwise the food is great as always.

Everyone is always super friendly and nice. The food comes out hot and fresh. The food also comes out fast despite there being a tremendous line. My gf and I get out late from work, so we have no choice but to go right before they close. Even then, everyone is super nice, the food is hot and fresh even though it s 10 min til close. Highly recommend this location.

I ve gone to this location a few times in the past year or so, these kids severely lack customer service training. The only one that had a smile on her face was the young lady taking cash payments. The guy at the drive thru along with the other guy and young lady at the window never cracked a smile and looked like they absolutely hated their jobs. I ve had better customer treatment from my local hood Popeyes. Maybe they need to see what kind of training the HEB next to them has and join in on it.

Visit 6-14-24: The food was fresh and delicious. We fined inside and the staff were friendly. The only bad thing I noticed is that the playground windows were dirty and the tops of climbing structures were very dusty, which makes me wonder how sanitized the whole structure is daily.

I rarely order drinks through the drive thru. I gave it another try. What a disaster. Our console was suddenly wet. Turned on the light, drink everywhere. Sticky everywhere. We threw the carrier and drinks away. Cleaned our vehicle with warm soapy water. It also got on my jacket which I had to wash. This isnt the first time this has happened. We were getting food for our Mom and son. Sad you cant take a meal with drinks home. This was at the La Porte TX location.

I think there is something wrong here. I went twice this week and I just don t understand how hard it is to manage the drive thru. If you can t handle 2 lanes just keep one. Waited forever to get to the front of the line get to the front and kid you not, 10 cars next to me get their food 1st. THEN 3-4 cars behind me get their food. Then there I am at the front of the line holding up the line because I somehow got skipped?! I hope not have to be back to the location after Fairmont reopens

Even though there is construction going on around the parking lot, the customer service and organization was excellent. Food was excellent as well. Condiments and napkins were in the bag. By far THE WORST experience ever. I ordered through the mobile app, and used my points to redeem my FREE SPICY DELUXE SANDWHICH WHICH I STILL GOT CHARGED FOR. On top of that, the manager running the shift DID NOT try to help me when i told them my total was $39.41 but somehow they kept saying it was $45 and some change.
