Beautiful place to take any type of photos whether its a quince/ wedding/ graduation. And you have full range to go anywhere in the area and you dont have anyone eyeing your every move so you can comfortably take your photos. And you have your private room to change outfits.

Beautiful place for your wedding, however everything was wrong, they insisted on controlling the music at my entrance to the altar (my mother-in-law insisted on doing it so that it turned out perfect) and it was mega uncomfortable how they cut the music wrong and left uncomfortable silences, the place full of insects giant spiders, ants bit my mother and sister and there were honeycombs even in the bathroom, I explained about the insects to the wedding planner and she responded that we had to hire an extra package with fumigation, make sure you do it.

I visited Villa de Palmas and the entrance is super incredible, the garden, the chapel, the cabins, we loved it, it is comfortable and very private for my personal grooming, the landscapes at the entrance, piano and staircase, are incredible, everything is very nice for my photos.

I had my wedding here and I have to say that the experience was not what I was hoping for. There were some good things about it but some bad things about it as well. First and foremost, DO NOT hire the chef they have as their catering service, NenaSiller. This lady s team was AWFUL! I asked for two vegetarian plates, which she promised she could provide and told me it would be a stuffed mushroom instead of chicken. They served my guest MORE VEGETABLES instead! When my friends and family were not seated at their tables, they didn t serve them cake or the torna plate. Later when my guests realized they were doing this, some went to the kitchen to ask for cake. The staff told them it s been put up with so much attitude! My friends literally told them We dont care we want cake so they ended up giving them some. But the biggest cherry on top, was the amount of food they stole from us! At the end of the night, my guests were supposed to receive a torna plate which included the following: pozole, three tacos, totopos, salsas, and a can of soda. Not only did half my guest NOT receive a plate EVEN when they requested it. No one received totopos, salsas, or a drink! They also asked them WHAT they wanted from pozole OR tacos!! When the plate CLEARLY was both!! We paid for it!! At the end of the night, they didn t give me ANY of my leftover food because it was all done yet we bought one hundred torna plates and maybe fifty people got a choice or tacos or pozole, which was NOT what we bought. When I confronted this lady, she apologized and promised me food, which I didn t even ask for. When I asked for it to be donated a food shelter she promised she would and also insisted in making me food. She never did and hasn t reached out since. It has been over six months! DO NOT hire this lady. Her team will rob you AND your guests food! Its is unfortunate that her food if great but it is not worth the hassle. When it comes to the venue, I hired them March of 2021, they gave me a sheet of paper with SOME prices on it and then asked me to write the rest, dont allow this. Make them give you all their prices and have them sign the paper! I wrote down prices they told me and, as my wedding was getting closer, had to dispute prices because they kept changing them. When we bought the packet, I was told that I could hire them for all services OR could get my own outside vendors if I chose to. This was a big selling point for me as I like having my choices. When the wedding date got closer, they contacted me to let me know that the rules had changed and that I HAD to hire them as coordinators as well as for bar services. They doubled the bar fee. Aside from this, initially, they offered the dance floor as a gift if you hired them. When the date got closer, they told me that I should probably hire a dance floor because the one they offered for free was breaking and they couldn t guarantee that it would work. When I went out and hired different vendors for the things they were trying to force on me, they came to me and told me that this was not allowed. Thankfully I fought back and didn t allow it. Their reasoning was they they had bought a new bar and wanted to change prices and also that they needed to coordinate things because the owner of the house didn t like being asked for water when she went around asking guests if they needed something, and their coordinator could take care of those things. During the wedding, my guests told me that they were showing the venue, which I understand and was ok with, but they went over to my bar and made the bartenders stop serving my guests to give them, and the people they were showing, drinks from my bar. That was very embarrassing for me to hear. Overall, they ended up respecting the prices, after I confronted them. The place is beautiful but man, they made this very stressful for us.

We had our daughters XV photo session here a week ago and the owner was very flexible with us due to bad weather. She was friendly and understanding. The location is beautiful with many great spots for photos. They even have a room for you to change in if necessary during your session. Highly recommended!

I m just so amazed at this place!! I had my quinceanera here a few months ago, and since it was summer I decided to make it a pool party, and to be honest, it was absolutely the best day ever. The staff was so nice and they have such good service. The place is just so pretty full of flowers and palm trees obviously. Me and my friends loved it, absolutely coming back!

Pretty landscape with little lake and pier. It was soo hot inside on a may wedding especially where you sit inside. Some seating had fans facing it some had smqll fans on top but sucked. It was a large and spaced out place for about 150 ppl. It did disappoint when they had to serve food. they got there like 45 mins late with food and it was ok taste. Personally in summer time do not get a wdding there.

I had my wedding here and from beginning to end it was the most difficult experience of my life. Nothing was ever explained to me no matter how many questions I asked. They dismissed me and were rude when I got other people to provide services that they charged 4-5 times more than average for. I paid for 15 tables and 150 chairs, they only put out 14 tables and 140 chairs and were so difficult when my husband asked for them to put out the table and chairs, while our wedding was happening. Food was over 3 hours late, they left out desserts that we paid for and refused to refund as any money. The service staff was dressed in jeans and t shirts. They didn t slice or serve my cake. The show you beautiful pictures of set ups and then try and charge you extra for absolutely every other option, besides the standard round tables. I could really go on about the absolutely horrible experience I had for hours. My wedding day was one of the worst days of my life, thanks to the horrible customer service at Villa.

The place is very nice, the buts I have is; Firstly, to access it, you have to walk a lot to get to the garden, plus you have to go along a brick-type path that if we think that we are wearing sneakers, if we step wrongly on the joints of the bricks, we will end up hitting the ground, secondly. the bathrooms are the same problem you have to walk a good and also the same brick path so thats why I only give 3 stars
