I have been with this law firm for more than a year, to be exact, since June 20 of last year. After a month we began to see that they were not solving anything for us and my mother started calling to see how the case was going and they were so careless that I didnt even know which hospital we had been in, the disappointment and annoyance was so great that we were about to leave. from that law firm to others but the same lawyer Pérez Collazo called us to give her a second chance and I understand that it may last a while but I doubt it will last a year and it was also a serious mistake because to this day nothing They solve us and it is a disappointment because we gave him the confidence to take our case and they did not finish it. And nothing that ends with diligence, the truth is that I do not recommend the lawyer to this lawyer. Truth does not solve anything and is not the First time that happened due to a crash and I have had better lawyers than this firm Ive been with this law firm for more than a year to be exact since June 20 of last year. It is the worst office, they are irresponsible, you yourself have to call the hospital to look for the invoices. My case has been going on for a year and a month and they put it in about 8 months ago because I looked for everything for them. Now I call and this Vanesa who handles my case because thank God Eduardo opened his eyes and left that office of liars. Now the lady spends her time in the bathroom and says she will call me back later and nothing is paid for any accident. In general, they dont give you more than 3 thousand, they keep everything and dont. They show you the check that comes from the insurance to check, dont waste your time going to that buffet, please.

Talked badly about me (a customer) to my family that called them regarding info about my case and we re also not willing to work with my busy schedule for the therapies I was supposed to take.

I thought they were going to do more for me. The compensation was not fair to me, I feel that they did not want to help me more to have fair compensation for my case. Mr. Edgar is not very polite to listen to the client, he interrupts a lot. He said he was going to call me certain times and he didnt, I was the one who called him to ask about my case because I had already waited for his call and nothing. His way of explaining things was not clear, one day he told me that my compensation would be a certain amount and days later he told me another totally low amount to receive. I told him I was dissatisfied but he didnt seem to care. I dont recommend them!!

So content to have chosen Perez Collazo as my lawyer when I had my car accident last year November . I was injured on site and needed medical assistance , in which they immediately directed me to a chiropractor not having to pay any upfront money. The therapy sessions helped me a lot and I feel much better. Really appreciated that someone came to my house to inform me about the process of a car accident and dealing with insurance ,way better than on phone appointments. Edgar was very responsive at any questions I had , super professional and informative. Would definitely recommend to family and friends .

They recommended them to this law firm. And when I call in the office when according to their offices they are already open On multiple occasions, they never answered me. I left voicemails and they never called back. And after half a day when I was already in other offices of another lawyer, they only sent me two text messages asking me to call two lawyers. It seemed to me very lacking in professionalism, Since an ad from them says (Law Firm 24/7) to me this ad means the service is attentive, at any time. For them I dont know what it meant. And I better went somewhere else. Since the first call they gave me a lot of attention.

This place sucks! I still have to constantly keep calling the lawyer for updates because they fail to contact me and keep me up to date.They really did not move to get this case resolved, I was the one who called the insurance company to get things done and they were quick to assist me. The lawyer always told me it was hard to get a hold of the adjuster and didnt even think to contact regular customer service which is what I did and got through quickly and got helped right away.
