Yes, we loved our engagement pictures and wedding pictures. Yes, we were able to get our wedding pictures on a flash drive quickly but due to issues with the album company our album book was never delivered. I reached out to Irene and she was able to look into it and on her own dime found and resubmitted with a different company. She was able to get our album to us and we LOVE IT!

Listen, if you are on the fence, just jump off of that fence and book Expose the Heart. Many years ago, I booked our family photos with Irene. She helped us feel comfortable during the session. We absolutely LOVED them. So much so that when my eldest was graduating two years ago even they demanded that their session be with Irene. Those photos are cherished to this day. You really cant go wrong with Expose the Heart, be it your once in a lifetime moment or cataloging family milestones.

Allow me to explain why I know Irene & David to be the best photographers in South Texas. My husband and I got engaged in May of 2014 and we immediately knew that our top 2 financial priorities for our wedding would be food and photos. We researched, asked friends and family for recommendations and spoke w/a handful of photographers before landing a consultation w/Expose The Heart. I remember our initial consultation very well in spite of it being 9 years ago. Irene showed up to the Starbucks and immediately went into detail about how she had just come from a shoot & the baby acted like a baby...and needed a quick change LOL!! Right then and there I knew that Irene was our pick because she was so simply human, honest, and a blast of personality! Expose The Heart photos really capture the humanistic and tender micro-behaviors that not many photographers catch. Irene & David have trained eyes that are led by their heart and the connections that theyve made with each of their clients. They treat each client like theyre their only client and really go above and beyond the role of a traditional photographer by getting to know the personalities of the people they capture. Their organization of day-of photos is pristine and very well run. We had almost no clue what to expect, but with their experience and guidance, we were advised to create a family roster as well as a list of group photos that we absolutely wanted to be captured. This was a GREAT tip that saved us a lot of worry on the day of our wedding. Expose The Heart photography is well worth the investment and knowing that they capture unseen moments between people is a treasure with immeasurable value. The package prices are comparable with other high-end photographers and are worth every penny. The process after our wedding was also a smooth and memorable experience. We were allowed to view all of the photos that were personally curated by Irene & David while getting to choose the layout of our forever wedding album. The USB that we received in addition to the album and enlarged prints was all luxe and very well made. At our final appointment, we had the gift of time and never felt rushed to make any decision that couldnt be altered within a reasonable amount of time after our appointment. We were able to laugh, cry tears of joy at the beauty of the photos and really enjoy the entire process. 9 years later and I still remember every detail of our encounters with David & Irene. My husband and I are able to show these memories to our three children and relive the love and ease of our wedding day. We highly highly recommend Expose The Heart photography and will always recommend their services to anyone who wants museum-quality photo preservation and a photographer that truly captures the heart.

Irene was our wedding photographer and we have nothing but good things to say about her! She was very patient, especially with our big families, and was very sweet to work with. We had some photos taken right after our ceremonies and they were taken outdoor in the heat of Texas summer...however, she made it easy and quick but still very professional. She noticed little details and made sure to capture every single moment of us throughout the wedding, even when we didnt notice it. We have gotten to see a few previews and have loved them all. Id recommend her to anyone!

I was looking for a photographer for my wedding. Expose the Heart contacted me several times and I was able to setup a phone appt. We went over exactly what I was looking for and customized my proposal. Great price for black Friday deal. Cant wait for them to capture our lifetime moments and great memories.
