Yesterday I was in room 102 and the room was very clean, huge bed, huge handicap shower and I like the way they remodeled the inside. Nice continental in the morning and right off the highway. I definitely recommend.

My family and I very much enjoyed our 2 nights at this hotel. Everything from the lobby to our room was very clean. The staff was friendly and quick to help. My kids had a blast at the pool. We were grateful to have double King size beds since there was 6 of us. The walk-in shower was an awesome touch compared to the typical bath tub. Breakfast had a nice amount of options for being Continental. We would definitely choose a room at this place again! Highly recommend booking.

Our flight was canceled and so we had to look for a hotel nearby! And we liked it! It was very clean and smelled delicious, which cannot be said about other hotels in this area! The beds were soft and the linens were very nice!

Good location, the lady who greeted us and gave us the key was very rude, the rest of the staff was very friendly, the room had a damp floor most of the time but there was no smell of humidity as such, the bathroom door did not smell When it closed, it was a conflict to get into the shower because the entire floor would get wet.

The bathroom was very nice....however...No coffee maker, No freezer, No Microwave, No Iron, No Blow dryer....no ice maker machine....room smelled funny...bed was lumpy and had no fitted sheet, sheets had tear in it pillows were soft...I did appreciate no clock in the room...remote control didnt work...worked for the emergency need....fyi

Room was fairly clean for this area so I was surprised. But there was no microwave, hairdryer, the remote they gave obviously didn t go to TV so we were without entertainment. And when booking there was an $6 fee for later checkout but when asked in person it jumped to $50! Not sure if race played a part in that but I m not doubting in this area.

In comparison of the price and overall value of the room I stayed in for the night Id say it was well worth the value. It was nice and spacious, and I had a really comfortable bed to sleep on, almost everything was in a functioning order such as the wifi, lights, refrigerator and shower. The only issue I had was the TV in my room didnt function as intended but that really didnt really affect my overall experience as I was just looking to lay my head and get some well deserved rest. I would highly recommend it if youre looking for a nice inn for the night as well as get your moneys worth from it.

Convenient location. Room LOOKED nice enough. Ceiling fan/light in bedroom had no remote so fan stuck on high and light off. Asked for extra blankets, when delivered, they smelled like BO. Had ironing board but no iron. Bedroom door handle was not attached so came off in hand everytime you pulled it closed. Quarter inch layer of dust on top of headboard. While we were looking for fan remote, we lifted mattress up. Paper and bottle caps under there. And saw some roaches.

The room was super nice and very clean. Comfy bed was a plus. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the late checkout time at noon. No microwave in the room but they have one in the lobby. Room had a fridge. We picked up some delicious tacos near by at a place called Yolis (they open late). The room had a nice little table and a comfy couch to have dinner. computer desk and chair. A nice 55in TV.

I consider it an accessible hotel if you are traveling from Harlingen airport, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the bathrooms are also clean, very spacious, it offers breakfast and parking is in front of your door. In general highly recommended.

Great price compared to others in the area. We have stayed here at least 4 times now. Every time has been great. Clean, well kept, great location. Love the King beds in the double rooms. Spacious. Tile floor, so no weird carpet smells. Everything you need at a good price. No microwave, coffee maker, or hair dryer, but those are extras we don t use anyway. There is a fridge, which is essential. We have not visited the pool yet but hopefully on our next stay. We have already recommended it to family.

My complaint is also for bestday, it includes this hotel for the Mcallen area, and it turns out that it is super far away, it does not include breakfast and in the non-smoking areas, they even smoke weed, and it was a scandal that they had some little guys, very nice remodeling, but zero in the environment of certain people who stay.

I dont ever comment about things like this but, this room was VERY NICE. It even smelled nice, not musty or hotel like smell, if that makes sense. The bed was comfortable, it was very roomy (we had a room with a king size bed), not claustrophobic. There was a little table for eating, a small sofa with coffee table the bed with an awesome back board. It was even nice enough to just sit and relax if you didnt want to go anywhere. The gentleman at the front who checked us in was super nice and friendly. The only downsides are (and its not really all that major): There isnt a refrigerator, coffee maker, iron/ironing board or hair dryer (usual things Ive seen in other hotel rooms. And there is no continental breakfast or beverage station in the lobby. Thats why I gave it 4 stars. But there are convenient stores and restaurants close by and the price was pretty reasonable. I would definitely stay here again!

Easy check in, nice staff, room was clean and newly renovated, parking lot is under surveillance. The reason for 3/5 stars is the very outdated fridge, no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room, and google describes this hotel as having breakfast, which they did not. Great for the price.

Polite professional staff, very clean room, comfy bed and impressive accommodations. The room had hardwood looking laminate floors and the biggest, most well appointed bathroom weve seen in these types of Inns maybe ever. The TV and reception was impressive and the channel selection was more than adequate. Fridge and microwave were present as well. Couple of downsides but wouldnt deter us from coming back were no tub (shower only) and the lighting needed more flexibility. Only one switch for the overhead lights in the main room and they were bright. A lamp or 2 bedside would be a great addition but all in all this was a fantastic place to stay and we will use them again when were here in Harlingen. The property doesnt look like its 25 years old, it looks fairly new and thats a good thing

Weve been staying here literally since I was little. The memories, and nostalgia, hit home well. Theyve taken much care to it, and recently renovated the insides with wood flooring, flat screens, leather couches, and hot-weather-friendly quilts. Feces smeared on bathroom wall. Beds felt like plywood covered in sheet of cotton but linens had dark black hairs woven in the fabric. Smelled like vinegar. Stayed for a week but was not cleaned unless requested, never mopped, linens changed only if placed by the door, took out our own trash, fridge was rusted and froze everything inside, bathtub had cracks in bottom, rusted fixtures. The best thing was no neighbor noise except the party on Saturday night with kids screaming, loud music and singing outside our door, pool was questionable so did not get to enjoy that. The breakfast was good but zero variety. My husband enjoyed the morning coffee. The man who worked there seemed to really try to keep up with the breakfast buffet.
