Went in for some lunch, I ordered some cajun/lemon pepper shrimp. The food was perfect. My waitress was absolutely amazing, extremely attentive, she had such a nice smile and made sure I always had a full cup for my drink. She really made my visit a memorable one. Will definitely be back.

I recently decided to revisit Hooters after a five-year hiatus, hoping to enjoy some wings. To my disappointment, I was told there was a one-hour wait despite several open tables. When I questioned the reason, the waitress explained it was because they were about to be busy, which seemed odd given the number of available seats. She then mentioned that she is the one who would be busy, though it wasn t clear who she meant. This experience reminded me exactly why I stopped coming to Hooters in the first place. The poor service and lack of organization are likely contributing to the store closures.

We ordered take out food. There was hair in one of our chicken sandwiches. We were not given a gallon of tea that we ordered. We were given four cups that was about a half gallon when we put it in our gallon pitcher at home. All the food was cold when we picked it up. We will not be back to this location. I didnt get to eat my sandwich due to the long curly hair in it. So disgusting.

I want to put a very big shout out to our waitress. Delany (spelling) took care of nearly 20 people and did an amazing job. We were loud and drinking and hungry and she was on point. The manager that night helped us get a table and other waitresses helped out. Truly a 5 star event. Thank you for making my birthday amazing! I truly appreciate it.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. One of the servers was seen taking food out of a to-go container and served it to a table full of customers. All of the servers need to be fired and a new crew needs to be hired. The customer service with the exception of the manager s was unacceptable and if continued there might be a downgrade in sales unless the location only gets drunk customers. The food was cold, disgusting, and posed public health concerns. As a health inspector if you want to avoid a food borne illness or food infection DO NOT EAT HERE. Working in the public health industry I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will be reporting this location for food safety issues and concerns. Kid-friendliness: The did a decent job at singing happy birthday to the one person celebrating their birthday, which he wanted Hooters so bad, but too bad the food safety issues took away from the enjoyment.

Will never come again only if I can post a picture of the smallest wings ever. I think we order mini chicken wings like the baby baby chickies! Many people come for the views of the uniforms and staff but may not know the food is also tasty. Their wings are very popular but I love their chicken sandwich and burgers. The service is consistently good, but if youre looking for the stereotypical flirting Hooters from TV youll likely be disappointed. Theyre friendly and competent but many are just there to serve and look nice. Be sure to treat these wonderful ladies with the respect they deserve.

We hadn t been here in years, now I remember why! The food was cold and barely edible. The famous chicken salad was all iceberg lettuce and rubbery chicken. Not much else. It didn t look like the picture at all. The boneless wings looked like old Mac nuggets and were cold. Used their bathroom, it was gross and full of leaking fluids all over the floor with paper towels over the puddles of filth. The service was barely average. So it was a bust. I probably will never go back. Good luck if you venture in there. The place is a wreck. Part 2: After the response from management, they invited me to go to their website and offer more comments. I did just that and was contacted with a canned response. Basically they will share it with their management and try to get better. No offer to make it right, no offer to come back and see if they could do better. I wouldnt go back if they offered us a free meal. It was that bad. And they dont appear to want to make it better. Good luck. There is a reason Hooters is closing down locations right and left. Too bad, this used to be a fun place to grab some wings.

We ordered a salad along with wings and sliders. The salad was incomplete and when we asked for the tomato and cucumbers, the staff failed to inform us they no longer service those items. When we asked for a refund or replacement, it was denied. When I asked to see if I could speak to a manager, he wouldn t come out from the back to talk to us. We were willing to pay for the food, just wanted what we ordered. And the manager was very unprofessional.

Once again they forget the chocolate milk for my son s kids meal. They always forget when we order delivery. If I don t go in person to pickup and order there they always get something wrong. They have bags with a checklist on the outside and they are always blank. They have systems in place to help them and they don t use them. Also food was less than worm and once again the futons wings were not finished on the grill. They were just baked wings with Daytona sauce. I give up. We spent over $70 for 6 people on a delivery order.

Last November 28th I went to the restaurant to eat wings, I have always gone and they treat me very well, that day I had an incident and it turns out that after finishing eating my wings I found a piece of wire between the chicken, which thank God I didnt I swallowed because I wouldnt be commenting, I finished eating and I made the comment to the waitress who was serving me and she told me that it was the wire of a sponge that we popularly call alambrina, I asked that they take action on the matter and they charged me only for the fresh ones, they were to check cameras and inform the kitchen and they asked for my information to call me, but to date I have not received any response from the restaurant. They questioned whether the wire had come out of the chicken, I took photos on top of the menu and the lady asked me for them, to which I did not agree and told her that the waitress had taken the wire from the plate, no. I like that he told me that they had to check cameras, because I dont go so far as to lie or pretend to eat for free. Recommendations, carefully check the wings or what you are going to eat, so as not to have surprises like mine. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER Dear friends, after I had an incident that could have cost me my life and sent me to the hospital with a perforated intestine, I have to go to that page to give you the information. I gave the information here and also to the lady who treated me. at hooters San Pedro and he never answered me nor contacted me, please be more serious and investigate and I speak Spanish, I ask you to answer me in my language.

I am an African American United States Air Force Disabled Veteran qho is also Honorably Discharged. I had just placed an order and an obnoxious, very loud, outside of my race, drunk patron used then N, word like it was acceptable to all. I guess she thinks its cool. Young people it is not acceptable to all. Learn the meaning, and because you get away with it, its not cool. The bartender did not correct her, but the manager did say she would say something to her once I informed her. I canceled my order and left.

This review is more of a continuation of negative experiences that I (and family) have experienced at this location. First, let me say, I have always embraced and loved the Hooters experience. The relaxed ambiance, the chance to meet with friends and laugh and shoulder to shoulder enjoy good camaraderie,and, for me, very enjoyable comfort food. Over the years I have noticed, nationwide, that the Hooters experience never disappoints. That is, with the exception of this location. The family and I have experienced numerous, on-going negative experiences from everything to poor food quality to poor service. One would ask, why keep going back? In a word- convenience. That is until today. Recently (last month), while at lunch, I had my vehicle broken into in this locations parking lot. Obviously, realizing that there is little an establishment could do to rectify a situation as that, I did opt to give the location one more chance; that last (and final) day was today I typically will visit an establishment for lunch around usually 2-3 PM. My schedule tends to open up then and I also find that the lunch crowd has diminished somewhat. Today was no different. I was at the bar and noted approx 6 patrons. The serve was a person who I have seen before in the past and had perceived an incredible over-inflated attitude of having an experienced level being greater than they truly are. I cannot tell you a name ( name tags have fictitous names on them- maybe in the interest of avoiding negative comments they can claim anonymity )- but we can call the person SpongeBob . The initial ordering experience was uneventful and game me a chance to work on some paperwork waiting for my order. I casually noted a patron come in about 10 mins after me and become part of a crowd that was already established. I couldn t help but observe how the server was VERY interested in the group (3 people) and enjoyed nice, lengthy interaction w/ little interest in the rest of the individuals at the bar (a very common occurrence at this establishment I have noted). In the interim I noted another customer coming in and showing off boxes of chocolates of course giving one to the server. Of course, this means we have to open the box, sample and talk about the chocolates with her 3 favorite customers. After some more time has passed. I noted that the patron who had just arrived, received her order almost immediately (strangely very closely at to mine in type of order). Time continued to elapse and finally after almost a half hour (for 1 salad), I was reaching the decision to depart. I think the server senses my displeasure and walked around back and finally brought he salad. Hmmmm 1 half hour for 1 salad and a beer. Needless to say, the servers obvious disinterest in caring for other customers had me reach the conclusion that the location really does not value customers and their patronage and made the final decision to not attend this establishment again. I understand businesses (and employers) have off days. This place has NEVER really had an ON day. If you feel the desire ever to check this place out I would recommend a long time Latin phrase, Caveat Emptor Buyer Beware

The new manager of this place apparently doesn t trust his staff to make decisions and has to approve every beer, 1 by 1 after you ve had 2. I can only wonder what this does to the profitability and revenue of this place. Dude literally came up and chatted with us for every beer. Really bad management went with family, and he was overwhelmed. The place was not packed at all empty tables and closed up area, too. He stated he was low in staff, and we understood and decided to stay. We even stated that, and that we will not overwhelm the staff. Went at a not so busy time on purpose. Received mediocre service. The wings arent what they used to be. Took a long time for the order considering that they werent that busy. The wings tasted good but they were small. Ill have to go to MY Hooters on I-35 from now on.

I would not even give them one star. First off I have been getting Hooters since I was in my early 20 s and Im now 54. I worked at one of Wurzbach road when I was in my twenties so I kinda know what Im talking about and I had the absolute worst service from there tonight. Victor was extremely rude and dismissive. I had ordered breaded wings for take out and got all way home and they were wit no breading at all so I took them back and they gave me 6 more and I almost drove off and something told me to check and sure enough they gave me same thing. I told victor about it and he told me that sometimes the breading does not stick......I have never not once ever heard of such a thing and I go to hooters quit often. He was by far the worst person I have met and the reason I will never order from there again.

Restaurant pretty much empty got a table. 20 minutes when by no one pay any attention to my table other tables got there right away a server toook care of them not mine. Me my wife and my 3 kids walk out. Very bad management.

Sorry to say this, but this is barely edible food. Worst chicken wings I have ever tasted. Caesars salad overloaded with dressing. Left most of the food on the table. The only thing passable was the tea.
