I had the worst time there. There were a bunch of kids, they all looked like 20 year olds or younger, the music was awful, thug rap type of music, it was so blaringly loud that you couldnt hear anyone at the table speak. I drank three beers and left the place without looking back. I wont go there again.

Visited this bar for the first time this past Sunday!! Charity by far the rudest person I ve ever encountered! I was trying to get her attention for a while because she was too busy flirting with customers and playing on her phone! When I finally got her attention, she started to go off on me saying That I was super rude and don t ever wave to get her attention, while I m in her bar First off she doesn t carry herself as a true bartender! The owners need to get rid of her!!! She doesn t offer good customer service and treats your paying customers like trash!! unless you re a man that she wants to flirt with!!

This is my first time there. The first initial couple hours were actually really fun there. I wouldn t say the bar itself is a bad spot, but I was very roughed up (When I say roughed up, I mean, bruising from my forehead all the way down to my feet) By A huge bouncer due to the fact that one of the bartenders were upset that I went to the restroom before she did. Contexts about the situation is : me and a friend went to the bathroom before we were going to leave after waiting for five minutes in the line. One of the female bartenders came in and told us that she had seniority to the bathrooms and that she would go before us. I let her know that was not going to happen as we had been waiting and she could go after us, she immediately responded with OK I m going to get my Bouncers I am not sure what was told to the bouncers, but as soon as my friend and I stepped out of the stall, there were two huge male bouncers in the females restroom, staring us down and the bartender was in front of the sink so I wasn t able to wash my hands and she was in my friends face and mine. I ended up pushing her back and immediately the bouncers put me in the chokehold and rag dolled me out of the bathroom. Though I was being dragged out the bathroom, the bartender was throwing punches on my face as I m being choked out by this huge bouncer. I believe that was very unnecessary as we were the ones being attacked and I m not a big female. The bouncers there definitely do not have any knowledge of their own strength or perception of when to use it. I will never return there. I added a few pics, but it does not show all of my chest or all of my face that is swollen and bruised as well

I never have a bad experience because I go super positive wherever I go. However, let me tell you about this place the entire time I had an amazing experience until the end. The girl kept ringing me up for double beers when I ordered one. At the end I told them that they rung up the incorrect amount. It was Sunday and they had a special for $2.50 i ordered 6 beers however was charged for more. The security decided to come in and check the receipt as if I didn t know how to do. I was trying to explain that I ordered $31.00 worth of alcohol and there charged me $43.00 I gladly am not worried about the amount because I have money. However they made a big deal over $12.00 dollars believe that. I was trying to get the correct amount to tip the bar waitress the correct amount. However when I tried to tip there ego was acting like they didn t make a mistake. I still tipped $5.00 and walked out with an unpleasant unprofessional experience. Please teach your bartenders how to correctly take orders and not take anything personally when they make mistakes. As well as having security calculate there receipts.

This bar is beautiful but the prices for drinks are OUTRAGEOUS!!! The first round I bought a double shot drink and another mixed drink and it came out to 20$ the next round I ONLY got the double shot drink again and payed 17$ for it. When I went to ask the bartender how much it cost cause it just didn t make sense, the bartender told me the drink was 16$ but I got charged 17$ for it. The next round, got that but a single and then a glass bottle beer and payed 6$. Prices are inconsistent and unbelievable.

I don t think I ve ever had a bad experience at this bar. This is my favorite dive bar, probably only dive bar, in my neighborhood. The drinks are low cost and makes it easy on the wallet to order a double. During the day the vibe is super chill and you can mostly have the whole jukebox to yourself. Day time is for the grown and sexy and night time is for young and messy! The bartenders do remember you if you become a regular and they have amazing customer service. Tuesday night is college night and their busiest night. Chill vibes and cool people who just want to have fun. They have a free basketball game and pay pool tables. DJ is on point and plenty of seating. Drinks are extremely cheap on Tuesdays. Only issue is parking on a Tuesday. Dont get your car towed by parking in the wrong place because last time I went there were 3 tow trucks just waiting to start towing.

It was my favorite place to go with friends on Tuesdays. Im not going back. I was last night with friends . I went to the bathroom and bought a beer and I was looking for my friends and suddenly one of the security guys, who is a short guy about 1.60 cm tall, grabbed me by the hand and took my beer and told me you have to get out and he took me out of the place. He didnt care that i was a woman, it was cold outside, i didnt have a battery on a phone and everyone was inside. What a horrible attention from that man. nothing like this has ever happened to me. I never return.

UTSA LOCATION- The bartender charged me 129.00 for a single item. If I didnt catch it nothing would have been done. I asked her if that was right they didnt say anything walked away and 20 mins later of waiting another bartender came and told me it will show up in my account in 3 days and if it doesnt, come back with the tiny receipt and talk to them... LUDACHIRS! No one acknowledged any fault they never apologized. I asked what if I only had 100 in my account and you did this? she said it wasnt her problem and walked away. It has been 3 days still nothing in my account, I am just going to take the loss because I dont want to deal with the rude staff. I know it was an accident but there was ZERO accountability and ZERO regret.

I think this place needs better security, i can understand if they just want to have bouncers but i think it would be a good idea to have both security (armed) and bouncers, keep security outside searching bags and doing pat downs and keep the bouncers inside. Price Protective Services is a good company from what Ive heard but for a bar you do need a certain level of protection that bouncers cant really provide

This was my third time returning and unfortunately will be my last due to sanitary reasons. The restroom is VERY filthy it smells like fiesta portapottys and looks horrific as well. When I got my drink I noticed there was a knat in the bottom of my drink... disgusting. Also the drinks I ordered were all watered down.. After the experiences Ive had here I could only imagine how the kitchen must look like. Expensive water down mixers and a disappointment of a time !

Came to this sports bar to watch the Canelo Alvarez fight, for the first 30 minutes the bartender/server was attentive, after we got our drinks and food, never saw her again To order more drinks, ask for water or anything else, we had to go to the bar. Disappointing experience really. The only positive things were the food was pretty good (ordered wings and mozerella sticks, the restrooms were clean and the TVs are huge to watch the fight on. Despite, those positivea, I will not visit this bar again. Service was just not there and it was not packed or too busy at all.

This place is always a great place for some night time entertainment. The drinks are a good price and value and there are several tvs playing current games always. The bartenders I have had were always nice(be prepared to them to hold your drivers license though). What makes this a 4 star is the Gestapo security outside wanding you down like youre walking into the prison yard. This practice needs to stop for cash flow to keep coming here. I absolutely do not recommend this bar. I have been in the restaurant/bar industry since 2011 and hate doing this but this bar is no good. First the door guys ask us to empty our pockets like they are law enforcement. Then wand us with a metal detector. That is a little extreme and demeaning. Then bartender asks for not only a debit card to open up a tab which standard and fair. But also asks to hold on to my ID. Very illegal
