The rooms are big and nice but the bathroom needs to be upgraded with taller toilets and walk-in showers. Dependably good. Didnt eat breakfast either day. Room good. Shower plumbing felt delicate behind shower head. Curtain above AC hangs out and catches air, so bring a clothes pin so you can keep the curtains closed. Stay was good. Location good. Staff good.

My second time staying here stay was as great as it was a year ago. Close to where I was going alot of stores and restaurants around me and the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive and they are very clean. When in the area Id always choose for my sta. Rooms: Rooms are very nice and clean. Nearby activities: Mansfield fieldhouse Safety: No one hanging around outside and someone was always at the front desk. Walkability: Popeye right next door and walmart behind hotel. Also has a chick fil a in walking distance.

Has a cricket in my room chirping all night long. Let the front desk know, cricket continued chirping the following night. Didnt chirp a third night.. had to buy a bottle of raid to be able to sleep

Fantastic stay !!!! Look forward to seeing you again soon!!!! Dog Friendly. We felt safe going out at 3 am for a potty break . Quite , clean , comfortable and well appointed rooms . We never heard another dog or person which is unusual. Although we didn t take advantage of the free breakfast, I have under authority it was a great spread !

The room smell so bad and the front desk guy he s very rude and he have no respect for anybody barely asking him why the price went up double from the night before until the next day and he start kicking me out of the property and calling 911 is very bad experience on top of that I asked to stay until the latest check out 12 o clock and since 10:30 he started calling me every couple minutes

We got a Jacuzzi room it was pretty clean but there was not enough soap or towels but we made it ok. The real fast was nice, and everything was clean . The bed was alright but we both woke up with back aches . It was quiet so we slept good. Nearby activities: Close to everything

Coming from a Best Western employee that has stayed at Best Western locations across the country, this place is an exceptional stay! Very clean rooms and environment, the staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Breakfast is great too. If you are in the Mansfield area, look no further! Rooms: The maids at this location seem to do a terrific job when preparing the rooms. I mean, there was not a spec of filth in sight. If you are concerned with having an extremely clean room, this hotel will not disappoint! Noteworthy details: Breakfast area is clean and food quality is great. This aspect is what stood out to me in comparison to other best western properties I ve stayed at in the past.

Im what youd call a loyal customer at Best Western. Wherever I travel, I first look up BW options. But tonight, at this location, Ive never dealt with a more rude receptionist in my life. Ive stayed at many Best Western hotels around the country and have always had a pleasant experience at the least, and sometimes it was a great experience. But with tonights receptionist, I couldnt even get a room because of the made-up rules she flung at me and my wife. All we asked was to see the room in advance and she responded with: No we cant show you the room, you have to take it as is. There are no refunds due to dissatisfaction. If you dont like it go find another place to stay. If the admins at Best Western believe she was following their rules, then so long Best Western. Enjoy the rest of your life with La Quinta and Motel 8.

I ve stayed a lot of places(usually Hilton and Marriott hotels) this hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I ve ever stayed at. Each day our room was clean thoroughly, not just occasionally and it was cleaned completely. It felt good to come back in the evening to a clean room that was as if we just checked in. The beds were comfortable and the staff and everyone that worked there were so friendly and welcoming. This is definitely a place that I would recommend! Rooms: Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

My stay was exactly what you would expect on a business trip. The hotel is located on the service road for easy access to the highway. The parking lot was well lit and I was able to park in my preferred location at the front of the hotel. Lobby is quite clean and modern. There was some confusion as my room was supposed to be prepaid and I had to use my card to pay for the room. My room was clean and comfortable. Ice machine was located across the hall. Sign said ice and vending machines. There were no vending machines because they had a pantry in the lobby. Need to correct the sign. King size bed was comfy although I would prefer full size pillows. Continental breakfast offered a lot of choices including waffles. It was quite good. TV was blaring FOX propaganda with no option to change the channel or turn it off. Eating breakfast to a barrage of political ads was not the way I wanted to start my day. I would stay there again but take my breakfast to my room. All of the employees I encountered were friendly, professional and helpful.

Front desk person Dan showed a total lack of empathy for the misinformation provided on Google. I know Dan does not own the company, but when I told him about the pets free info, he just said I cant control what Google says. Mind you, I would have paid the fee had he just showed a little compassion toward the situation. I decided not to stay due to Dans inability to see my perspective, and he said well just call Expedia because I already charged your card. The guy needs some better training.

Everything was clean, new, and really nice and modern! The staff was nice too! The breakfast was great with lots to choose from and great seating throughout the lobby. Their snackbar was fully stocked as well. It very much reminded me of a well-run Comfort Suites--only newer. My only complaint is the bedding (covers) were very thin. So you may want to request an extra set of blankets if you tend to get cold at night. Also they charge a temporary $100 deposit hold upon checkin which I didnt realize until we got there, so be prepared as it wasnt anywhere on the website. Would definitely stay here again though!

Shower/tub area could be cleaned from molding spots under soap holders in tile wall, and some of the grout between tiles needs to be cleaned. Rooms were clean, as was bathroom. Service in breakfast was fantastic, front desk above & beyond (bringing a hair dryer to room when none was in the room). Cleaning staff were very friendly . Overall; a very nice stay.

The hotel was clean and up to date. Staff and amenities really good. My only complaint is that the breakfast still hard 45 minutes left and most hot items were gone and not replenished. Typical low budget hotel. The price was right and I needed two rooms for the family for Thanksgiving night. Didnt spend any time here other than sleeping. Livbu kinda smelled like weed, but overall the hotel was very clean. The breakfast wasnt half bad. The obligatory Texas shaped waffles, eggs, sausage, breads, cereal, yogurt and fruit. They didnt spend any money on sound insulation and this hotel is right on the freeway, so it was kinda loud and I couldnt increase the fan speed to drown it out. The mattress wasnt great, but I was so sleepy by the time I got there I slept pretty good. This hotel worked for what I needed. Definitely a little better than the average budget hotel.

I had a great stay. The rooms were nice and clean. The hotels smelled fresh. The king size bed was very soft and comfortable. The breakfast was nice for a continental breakfast. Hotel was right next-door to Popeyes, Walmart, and a bunch of other restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel is right in front of the highway as well. The only negative thing that I could say would be the noise from the highway but other than that, everything was great!

I don t do a lot of 5star reviews however having been to Mansfield Best Western 2 times in the last 3 weeks the service there was great. The front desk staff were fast and efficient getting me and my crew checked in. The rooms were cleaned everyday which as you know hasn t happened since Covid changed a lot of things. The overall stay was great. I used the hot tub and the pool along with the gym and ate breakfast in the morning no complaining there.

Great hotel nice rooms. But at what cost, i spend a lot of money at these places. And the one thing Id like to do at the end of the day is play my x-box. But they have some sort of vendetta against this. So they lock the hdmi. If your an out of towner working here. This probably not the place for you. Most yall probably like me, and enjoy streaming.

BED BUG INFESTED room 201. Told the front desk lady Dipti , showed her pictures and video s because she wouldn t go to the room, she didn t care. She said she couldn t do anything about it and sorry. We woke up to finding big adult bed bugs in the bed with my friend and mine with my toddler. I picked up the box mattress and that s when we found several more dead and alive ones, blood spots, and filth. We have not been refunded back yet and it s been since this morning that we complained. Horrible customer service and stay. We had to leave behind belongings that they wouldn t bother reimbursing. Adding pictures only because there isn t a video option.

I called in advance to make sure they had a hot tub and it was working i get there upgrade my room go to the hot tub with my wife and its green and smells like fish bad cant even use it. I booked online non refundable so I cant leave and go to a hotel with a proper hot tub. I asked Dan at the front what the hotel can do for this ruined evening with my wife. He said nothing until the morning. It was 5:30pm 3/19/23 when this occurred. Me and my wife waited 3 weeks for this ruined day . I guess Ill talk to someone in the morning even though our planned night is ruined and we cant get all the expenses we used to have it back. Im extremely upset!

WE GOT TORE UP BY FLEAS!!! We did not realize the hotel was pet friendly until we got there and seen people bringing in their dog, we decided to chance it and stay there (bad idea) because it was late and we didnt want to drive around to find another hotel, the next morning we went down for breakfast and a woman brought her dog in to the dining room and the cook went over there and patted it right in the nose and mouth and then just kept right on working, cook was rude to boot

I scheduled an employee there for 2 weeks while he went through training. We had to change the schedule and he ended up only staying for 3 days. We had to cancel the remainder of the stay. They have a non-refundable policy so we ended up having to pay about $1500 instead of $400 for 3 nights. When I called and asked about refunding it the clerk on the phone said thats the policy and I would need to talk to the manager who isnt there for 3 days. When I said fine leave a note for the manager to call me back I was instructed to just call back in 3 days from 8-4 and the manager will answer. Very poor customer service, there should be staff on site that can immediately make decisions or at the very least be able to leave a message for the manager. Not very customer centric, and if I treated my customers this way I would be out of business. Highly recommend to do business with another organization in the Mansfield area as there is plenty of competition.

Great location right off the freeway and close proximity to our event. The rooms are on the older side, but at least they are clean. The breakfast was good too. My only gripe is to have the coffee served in bigger cups instead of the automatic coffee dispenser that only fills 3/4 of the cup and a small cup. Overall, nice and decent.

The front desk clerk was pretty rude. The nightly fee for incidentals is way overboard and to this date has still not been returned to my card three weeks later. I told the clerk there would not be any incidental charges and he didn t care. The rooms were decent but not for this kind of treatment at these prices. We have stayed there multiple times and it keeps getting worse each time.

Wow. Ill never stay at this greedy facility again. When booking, I said I had a dog. I paid for the 2 nights, but when I arrived, surprise. A $25 per night pet fee AND $100 deposit. They wont allow me to cancel so my choices are, give them another $50 or lose my $190. It feels like bait and switch. At least give me the chance to opt out if you change the agreement. Extortion. What enormous greed. Ill never stay at a BW again.

The biggest complaint I have about this hotel is the lack of room service we received. One day, a member of the cleaning staff knocked on the door and asked for trash but didnt change the bedding or anything else that would be expected of them. The following day they did not change the sheets or take out the trash citing they didnt want to enter the room because we had service dogs. On this day however, we left early and the dogs were with us, additionally, at no point did we have a do not disturb sign on the door. When we brought this to the attention of of front desk, cleaning staff lied and said we requested no service for our stay. Other than this issue, the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and well kept, the only downside to the rooms is that there are no freezers, I only refrigerators.

We stayed at this hotel based on proximity to the venue we would be frequenting. They also promised a group discount. We still ended up paying a regular room rate for a sub-par room. Our room smelled like wet dog, old cigarettes, and there were ants in the restroom. The breakfast was okay, but the juice that showed it should be cranberry vitamin water was just water. Front desk with notified about the ants and we were informed that management would call. We have not heard anything from a manager. **Update: a few calls from random agents that were never able to get a manager on the phone to discuss the stay.

Horrible Service at the front desk. The attendant was upset because I used booking.com /hotels.com to book my room at a cheaper rate and refused to honor my reservation even though they had rooms available. They basically wanted me double pay ...... to forfiet my payment thru the booking site and pay them directly at a rate that was 50.00 higher.
