This place is beautiful very good place to go relax take a long walk and take your kids there..I loved it Toilets: Very clean restrooms Dog-friendliness: You can walk your dog and they have poop bags to clean up your dog poop on the property Picnic area: Nice pic nic areas and swimming and chairs for tpy to relax..I was totally amazed at how beautiful the whole area is

Its a nice beach. If you have to change, just be aware that theres just 2 Porta Pottys and no regular restrooms for the public. Aside from that, its a nice spot to relax at, swim, or play volleyball. Toilets: Porta Potty.

I am sure it looks Beautiful On the outside. Imo Knowing this are was a horrible smelling junkyard before it was here. Respectfully I dont Trust it . Just because something looks nice doesnt mean its healthy for anyone . Pink eye Has anyone done soil or water samples. Yet . Mmm . If I am wrong I will cheerfully delete this Review. I drove by this when FTW was selling the plots One of My Sons helped arrange the landscaping and his boss an Arborist tried to warn them the trees were being planted to close to each other. Underwhelming beach . The area is in a wealthy area in Arlington so its peaceful but There is no shade for sitting down. The sand is all synthetic (obviously) and its dried up and rocky. The lake is pretty steep and not safe for children to swim in even adults. You would expect it to be abit more maintained for the area its in. The only pro is the sand volleyball pit which would be nice during the nighttime when there is no sun

I come out here all the time but the incident that happened yesterday was uncalled for..drunks in the water on their tubes, there very young kids pushing them around while drinking liquor screaming at there kids to not splash water in there solo cups..and then trampled my nephew almost drowning him.

This is a beautiful lake! I highly recommend bringing an umbrella or canopy for shade. It is a bit windy so bring something to hold down the canopy or umbrella. Parking is along the street only. If you bring food eat at the tables at the top, then go to the beach. There are a few trees and chairs for people to relax on, but none of them are in the shade. The sand is a clay like dirt.

DO NOT GO IN THE WATER *PINK EYE* We visited this beach on May 27, 2024. While the views are beautiful, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SWIMMING HERE!! My son developed pink eye at the beach, and we left and immediately went to urgent care. The doctor advised us to be cautious about entering any lake in Texas due there being a huge potential for germs. We will still visit this beach for family walks and the scenery, but we will NOT swim here again.

This stunning area was like finding a hidden treasure. It s a small beach with a volleyball court, perfect for nature lovers seeking peace and quiet, with lovely walking paths and a calm lake. Theres plenty of space shaded by trees to relax, along with ample seating areas. While the pools are only for residents. I wish I could live here, but for now, its a top spot to find calm and beauty. Its definitely one of Arlingtons mini beach park, ideal for anyone craving tranquility and natural beauty. If you love peaceful settings and nature.

Fantastic beach park! I really enjoyed visiting my best friend here. He took me to the amazing pool, we played volleyball, and had a great time kayaking at the beach. The sand beach is great as well! It is great for families, friends, pets, and children. I would definitely recommend the HOA adding a playground to the park. That would be a nice addition. I would say that this is one of the nicest parks in Arlington. I would definitely recommend visiting this beautiful beach park! You will have a great time here!

Beach was awesome! Closest at 8:30 and has a police officer monitoring in their designated parking area. He doesnt walk around hassling people. Has some shifty looking security officer as well. Loved this park!! Kinda felt out of place because its in such a nice neighborhood but other than that the people were super friendly and the kids had a blast! It hasa beach area and the to the left are covered patios. Because its a sandy beach and not so much a lake it had a super nice foot feel when u were in the water.. if u know... you know lol.. the police were constantly patrolling to make sure everything was in order. He even stopped to see how we were liking the lake and if the kids were having fun.. he said he only patrols for drugs and loud music because of the kids and the neighborhood being right across the street. They had alot of chairs for seating and a volleyball area off to the right!! All in all it was a great day in the sun!! We will deff be going back!! Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly had nice walking trails. There were 2 dogs out there with us having a blast in the water.. Picnic area: I didnt really look at the picnic area much because I was watching the kids in the water but from what I could see it was very nice

My first time going was on Sunday, really beautiful and quiet. Overall we had a great time but I would suggest the kids wear protective water shoes due to my German Shepherd cutting her paw on a glass plate that was on the shore line. She got a couple pretty big gashes on her paw pads so if you bring your dogs or kids here be careful and make sure their feet are protected.

I been here twice and I must admit this beach is amazing, the people are nice, and you can just enjoy the scenery. It does have a pool, valley ball net, lots of comfortable chairs, and benches. The houses across from it are beautiful but if you dont want to drive far this is the place to go for you, and spouse, just you, or your family. You would absolutely love it

Its nice to have a local beach that is not too big but easily accessible. Its located right between the Lakeview Event & Conference Center and Overlook Park. The kids will have a great time. There are trash cans all around the beach and beach chairs scattered throughout.
