We had a great time here!!! Our coach was Jon and he was amazing! I was a little nervous for my very first flight and he was very reassuring. The other coach at the controls (didnt get his name) was very good at communicating to help me have a great flight. Definitely ready to fly again here!!

I had such a great experience! The whole thing was very safe and professional. I d definitely recommended getting the high flight add-on. It s worth it. Our instructor, Jason, was awesome. He explained everything very clearly that made for a great flight. I don t normally book additional reservations for things like this, but I booked another 10 flights because I could see it becoming a hobby. Definitely see if Jason is working the day you re looking to book!

Just the staff here alone makes it worth the visit! Amazing! Staff was VERY patient with my son who got scared and they assured him that everything will be ok. He ended up not taking flight on his own but gave it his best shot and he had fun trying. THANK YOU TO THE WONDERFUL STAFF! Lincoln spoke about how kind you all were the whole way home. We had an AWESOME time... If you have motion sickness issues, you will still be fine here! This was extremely fun & the entire process went smoothly. When we got there, Chris explained all the details & options to us. Including the instructors levels of experience. Our instructor Blake, dig a great job working with the adults and youngsters. During time, a staff member controls the air, camera, & flight time. Our guy John was super supportive, super cool, & a delight to work with. Our entire time was awesome & and in the best case scenario, you can extend your flight time during your visit AND they have great return offers at a drastically reduced price. Just go & enjoy the fun!

This was an amazing first time experience and actually the first time I ever wrote a review so . I was nervous at first ( lets be clear though Im always anxious), but the instructor ( Taylor B. I got you ) did really well at calming me down I appreciate it. Also for those who are scared of physical touch there was some vary light maneuvering with something resembling a sideways hug in the beginning ( as I expected), but the wind in the tunnel distracts you from it so it is barley noticeable. Anyways being able to fly like a skydiver ( or drunken bird) was extremely fun while also being safe, everyone had your back ( some literally) and where all vary patient and compassionate. I adequately recommend and bring your friends, its fun to see their faces. I know this wasnt the most professional review but Im gen Z so at least its a review.

Wow! This place is amazing. From when you walked in until you leave the staff was amazing! JC welcomed us in and treated us like family and got us checked in. First timers here, Jason our instructor was awesome! Super patient and helpful in teaching the basics to float on our belly. He ensured my daughter was comfortable every step of the way and gave us the option to go higher & faster based on if we were comfortable to do so. Each flight he gave us feedback on improving our body positiong. We purchased flights to return to learn more body control & maneuvers. Would highly recommend, and will be requesting the same instructor

This may be a pricey experience but it really is a ton of fun. The staff is beyond friendly, accomodating and just amazing. They were very gracious with us needing to reschedule our time, even on the day of. Liz was very friendly as she welcomed us in, explained the whole process and was a great flight director (she handled our wind). Taylor was also amazing- super friendly, very knowledgable, and made the whole experience a blast. The High Fly add-on really is worth it. Coming from someone who hates rollercoasters and the feeling of falling- the sensation is worth it and Taylor was accomodating in adjusting the speed for me.

Backstory: I went to an open house at a fire station and met Chris, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. One of our many conversations revealed that we both had wanted to skydive in the past, but now that we re older and have kids, it s not as easy to just go. Chris mentioned that he worked part-time at iFly and suggested we give it a try since our kids ages wouldn t be a problem. Fast-forward, we were introduced to Blake, our flight instructor. He was very patient, positive, and helpful, making us feel confident that we would enjoy the experience. Honestly, the fear of uncertainty was the worst part, but after the first flight, wow, it was totally fun. We brought my kids and my 68-year-old father, and he also enjoyed it. Thank you, Chris and Blake, for making this an unforgettable and positive experience. I definitely recommend to go.

I absolutely cannot even gush about the staff at iFly enough. From the minute you walk in the door everyone is smiling and encouraging and so excited for the young fliers there. My kid was a first time flier and had nerves instantly when she entered the tunnel but her flying guide John and air control guy Taylor were absolutely in tune with her and listened instantly when she asked to get out. They were so supportive and reassured her that there was no pressure to do anything she didn t want to while still being encouraging and accommodating. Taylor even suggested modifications to her flying gear for a more sensory friendly experience. Absolutely absolutely stellar people to encounter at iFly and such a cool experience. This was a new and fun activity for my family, however I do think it could have been much better. After paying almost $400 for my family of 5 I was surprised to find out it would be an additional $20 per person to take a high flight. I put that in parenthesis because honestly , after paying the additional amount and taking the high flight, its not that high. The height of the shoot is standard and should definitely not be additional money. I felt like that was kind of a rip off. I sat next to the guy operating the monitor and I could see the times that were given to each person while in flight. Even though its advertised that each flight is 2 minutes (which is another thing I think is ridiculous for the price) I saw that each person DID NOT get their full 2 mins. For one of our flights we did the high flight and that was the only time our group and the other group of people got the full 2 mins. Our instructor was a bit aggressive at times when speaking to my children and at one point I considered saying something to him about it in front of the group so that he could feel the same type of embarrassment, lucky for him, I chose against it. We would probably not visit another IFly again, I dont really see it being worth the amount that you have to pay for the activity.

Had a blast getting our eagle scout to spread his wings really soar to new heights. Our flight instructor Jason was great, explained things well and gave us an amazing experience to cherish. My son cant wait to do it again. As an added bonus I would recommend booking later in the afternoon time for the slightly reduced rates and the chance, as we had, for basically a private session. It was just me and my son in our 5pm time slot.

We had the extreme pleasure of experiencing I Fly San Antonio for a school STEM field trip. We took 50 Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corp cadets to participate in the facilities STEM (fully TEA accredited) program. The staff was awesome, very knowledgeable, and their patience both in the classroom and wind tunnel were next level. If you are a school, teacher, instructor, or after school program I highly suggest taking advantage of the STEM experience. If you are a thrill seeker they can also fill your cup on that. This was my second time, and I took my husband the first time for his birthday. This time, we went for a school stem event. We bought an amazing package deal for our family of 5 for black friday and finally got to cash it in for the start of Spring Break. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place, from the staff to the experience. Ive gone skydiving 3 times and thought this might not be what I was hoping for but boy was I wrong. This was just as good without the stomach drop of actually jumping out of the plane. Taylor B was our instructor and he was awesome. I had my whole family from my 4 year old daughter all the way to my 58 year old mom and they all had such a great experience. Taylor was funny, respectful, make sure everyone was comfortable and safe and of course had an amazing time. Taylors interaction with everyone really show how awesome his personality was. Plus he gave such great pre instruction that we wasted little time on adjustments and more time flying. Would highly recommend this experience, location and definitely make sure you get Taylor as your instructor.

Amazing time! My mother bought all her great-grandkids (aged 4 20) a visit here for their Christmas present. The instructor and other staff were attentive and professional and placed safety very highly on the list of topics covered during the education given to the flyers before they were allowed to go into skydive. They were very patient and let us stay a bit late taking pictures. We even bought a package to come back four more times. Would highly recommend!

This review is just on the experience of buying gift certificates for future flights. We were greeted at the door, but the young man who helped us was not familiar with the flight packages they were selling for Christmas. We had done our research and knew what we wanted to purchase. Once we got that cleared up, our experience was much better. We were there while a school group took a lesson at the wind tunnel. iFly offers t-shirts, caps, stickers and has specials on return flights. I cant wait to come in and take our flight. Went flying with our kiddos and it was SO fun! Awesome facility, incredibly friendly staff and they were so patient with our young ones. Our youngest flyer was 5 and she had an absolute blast. Cannot recommend this team enough!

The overall experience we had was fantastic. Although there was a slight delay in the schedule, the children still had a great time. The instructors were a significant part of what made this experience so wonderful. They were not only knowledgeable but also exceptionally pleasant and kind to the kids. I want to clarify that this location was running behind on their schedule and had nothing to do with the training for the kids. We were scheduled for 4:00pm and was not approached/dressed until almost 5:00pm.

Went today to celebrate mine and my brother s birthdays and to knock off an item on my bucket list that I wish to complete before I turn 20 next week. Although I did discover I am not a huge fan of it (it is definitely a personal preference type activity), my experience was overall amazing and pleasant at this specific center. From the start, the staff was super understanding about some issues we had with booking and were incredibly inviting the moment we stepped in the door. Our instructor, Taylor, was super sweet throughout the entire process, including when I was struggling inside the tunnel. Definitely recommend!

Paid for two children, 4 flights package. Guy said no they get three 1:20 flights. That s not what the package I purchased said. Also was standing beside the control area where he had timers on the screen and was not hitting the 1:20 button but the 1:00 timer button. If you are charging $130 a person at least be honest. Manager to busy talking behind the counter to another coworker when we walked out.

Nice facility, great freefall experience. Equipment was good, gear was well maintained and in great condition. The entire staff was absolutely the best part of the whole experience. Making this a fun experience for this first timer. The instructor Taylor B did an amazing job taking us through the training course, answering all of our questions, and helping to improving our form to maximize the fun. We went with our 8 year old son. Our experience was amazing. Super friendly staff right from the beginning. Jon was our appointed fly experience instructor; he was amazing! Besides being a great instructor, he makes you feel comfortable and his optimism and enthusiasm makes the flying experience even better. It was our first time here and we really enjoyed it! I flew twice. Pretty expensive for what you get. Still lots of fun. Doubt you will regret your experience here. Had a really good instructor named Taylor B. Dude was excellent. Kinda hate to see the way that iFly uses him. Unfortunately, he spent most of his time doing admin stuff like dressing folks and herding them around. There s this awkward sales pitch at the end that they make him do. Felt a little bit like he was needing tips. Makes me wonder if iFly underpays him. Who wants to tip after having their wallet ransacked for 2 very short minutes in the tunnel? Overcharge the customer and underpay the employee? Anyways, watching him show off his skills in the tunnel was awesome. They should have him do that more. Or maybe some solo demonstrations with exaggerated motions to explain errors / how to react to hand motions. At least let him get some fly time since they don t let their customers get very much.

I had a great time here on Sunday with my son for his 10th birthday. we will be going back. the cost for us two came out to about 153.00 I added the high flight for myself once there for $20 if you book online they just use the card on file. depending on the packing you get will determined your flight time. for 69.99 per person our flight time was between 60-120secs. we got to do that twice. the instructors are paid a base as well as tips. you cant take anything into the flying area they have free lockers for you to use while there.

Had an amazing experience here at iFly. Our instructor Jason made the experience pleasant. The price point is quite steep per person averaging but we throughly enjoyed our visit. We will definitely be revisiting sometime in the future. Would highly recommend the experience. Just a general note to management. I do feel that it s a bit salesy with the safety video with most of it being an ad which was quite annoying as we already purchased and just needed a safety briefing, not a forced ad with safety briefing mixed in was quite annoyed at this, especially because there are plenty of other sales strategies in place that seem to be working just fine.

My hubby and I went for date night to iFly and it was a blast. Our flight instructor was Taylor. He was knowledgeable and timely. He gave clear instructions and made the experience smooth and fun. I remember it smelling clean. They obviously sanitize the goggles between use, you get brand new ear plugs that you dispose of after your session, and the flight suits were warm, as if out from a dryer machine. For folks who were not participating, there are seats all around for you to watch your friends/family do their flight. They had you watch a video prior to your session and taught you hand signals that would help you get your body just right to take full advantage of your time. I dont recall the name of the guy controlling the air, but he also coached you to keep your chin up, spread out your fingers, keep your legs straight, etc. It was really a neat experience and we purchased more sessions for future fun nights together. Highly recommend. It wasnt as scary as I presumed it would be at all. Go to iFly and have a blast!
