This place sucks. Not Evos fault tho. All the teenagers from Kyle come to wreck the place. They eat food and leave the trash everywhere. They steal. They yell. They fight. While I know it s not evos fault that these teenagers are crazy and go wild. Please know that s what you re getting into when you go there.

Manager Melissa is a complete liar & fraudulently charged my credit card while lying that she hadn t. It seems we are the anomaly experience at this location alas, 2 starts is being generous. Our visit started being told they no longer have the Grub&Game deal. Their bowling screens still advertise it. After ordering our food with the bartender, we never saw her again. The chicken tenders appeared either overcooked or cooked in old oil. I was later told my Melissa, maybe your kids shouldn t order it. We asked and were told they would be made again. They came out looking the same. We then asked for a burger substitution. From order time to burger delivery was 45 minutes! Smash burgers were greasy, but I digress. After we ate, I asked for my $10 tip to be removed, AT LEAST. The manager, Melissa, came back and told me she comped our entire meal. I asked for a copy of my refund receipt since I had already paid. She handed me the exact copy of my paid for receipt. The then LIED to me that it was the refund receipt until I showed her I had a picture of that EXACT receipt. Melissa then brought a receipt that showed our meal COMPED but not refunded. Again LYING!!! I then asked for the other manager on site. When an employee called for him over the radio, I walked by Melissa who radioed Diego is unavailable. Again, LYING!!! Diego listened to my concerns and offered us free bowling; as we had planned to pay to bowl but my husband was decided we would not spend another penny at this establishment. Diego was kind and empathetic. Despite all the time we wasted, we did have fun bowling, and I look forward to speaking to the GM, AJ about our unfortunate incident.

Love the games, food and HUGE bag of $10 popcorn you can just order. It s called bottomless popcorn at the counter. Been here a more times to play and bowl than I have to watch a movie haha They also have UFC fights playing every Saturday and you can purchase a seat in the theater to watch it for I believe $20

Daniel one of the managers on staff was absolutely wonderful. I bought the wrong tickets for the wrong day and he easily switched them and gave me my refund without a hassle, he was super friendly. When we go, its always clean and staff are quick and kind workers! 10 of 10 I recommend

Today s night crew ( 9/4/24 ) was the absolute best! Specifically, there was a guy with a man bun and a guy in a blonde pony tail, they had awesome customer service across the board and seemed genuinely happy to be here. Love the hospitality and friendly attitude they have! And they definitely ensured we had the best night possible! To evo management, you have to reward guys like this! A hard work ethic and good attitude is hard to come by these days, especially when dealing with needy customers. Thank you guys so much!

The arcade has a couple really flashy games, but 1/2 of the games are broken. Bring back old school arcade cabinets. The theatre also doesn t have recliners. The chairs are fine, but if I m watching 2-3 hour movies I want to be comfortable.

I like that they have slowly been renovating this place. Love that they have replaced all the theater seats. This was really needed. Im not likeing the fact that they took away the Jack and Coke from the menu! Please bring it back!!! I tried an item off their new menu and was really disappointed. I wasnt going to leave my movie to get it fixed either. I ordered the Fancy Grilled Cheese and it was missing the tomato jam which is what makes it fancy. So I pretty much got a grilled cheese on some type of pitta bread, no tomato jam and arugula as a garnish on top. Not very good at all! The fries were over cooked and apparently they dont have honey mustard anymore. My bartender was super sweet though and provided great customer service.

I have been passing this place for a while now and finally decided to come check it out! I love arcade games and to find a fun place to bring my family It seems much bigger from the outside but still has alot of fun games and there is bowling and its connected to a movie theater which the prices seem very reasonable for both. There is also a small bar area if you want to hang out while your kids play. It s a quick go to if you wanted a little fun time

My fiance and I always have a great time at EVO. Theres tons to do and we usually like to spend some time at the arcade before or after a movie. Tonight was an especially awesome evening. We bought tickets online for Deadpool and when we got there we discovered we had accidentally bought them for the Houston location instead of Kyle. Cody, I believe he was the manager, looked into the situation and helped us get seats for the show. He basically saved our entire evening. Serious props to everyone at EVO, especially Cody.

No leg room like more modern theaters (even though this one is fairly new). Dude next to me and behind me got in a F-you match over the phone usage during the movie. It was just me, and they didnt let me pick a seat that had space on my left or right, I had to pick a single seat, squeezed between strangers who were possibly going to get in a physical brawl. I grew up in Kyle in the 90s. This has turned into an Austin trash heap.

This review only reflects my experience at the movie theater: If I could give it a zero star, I would. The prices are excessive for very small portions. I spent nearly 40 bucks yesterday for two popcorns that are only offered in a medium size, two soft drinks, that although were large, were still smaller than a large soft drink at a Cinemark, and a water bottle. For one L drink, and a XL popcorn at a Cinemark with one free refills on both, I spend 15 dollars. Besides the popcorn and drinks, for the standard room, the seats are way too close from each other, they don t recline, the rooms are small, the screen is small and the quality is alright, but the worst thing is their audio system. My surround sound system in my apartment has better effects and makes me feel more inside the movie than this theater. You can literally hear the kids outside playing while you re watching a movie. The movie I watched is Twisters. Great movie, horrible experience. Would ve rather watch this movie at home. I constantly go to Cinemark which is way cheaper, with way better quality screens, audio system, seats, space, prices, everything is just better. Please avoid coming to this movie theater. I sure will.

Too expensive for what amounts to a glorified daycare -there are too many unattended children. I used to enjoy the pool table here, but theyve increased the pricing to match everything else which is overpriced. My family and I went to go watch Inside out 2 not too long ago. My son that is on the spectrum wasnt having it. I walked out with him to the lobby to get some snacks in hope it would help him out. He had a meltdown on the way back into the theater and thats where the GM, Aj stepped in and was so nice. My son gave him a hug and AJ was so kind. He mentioned how he has a family member on the spectrum and that it was ok he understood. Aj gave my son a plush toy then offered to help me take our things back into the theater once we were ready. Aj also mentioned if my son still wasnt happy he would give us a arcade card to make my son more comfortable (thankfully my son got to enjoy what was left of the movie). We missed quite a bit and without even asking AJ refunded our money. EVO you have such an amazing GM! he didnt need to go out of his way to help me with my son but he did and he did it with a smile on his face. Not everyone is understanding, Ive been to many places and get looks, comments etc. AJ was the complete opposite, and I am grateful for that! Thank you, Aj! youre amazing!

I m here now for a walk-in kids bowling party, 6 kiddos. The teenagers at the bowling check in were a little confused about what lanes would be available and when. Oh yeah!!! Saw Minions4, so fun! We played in the game room... for a few minutes, return trip required! A lovely little girl saw us watching her make a cotton candy flower on the machine! Adorable!! This place is a ripoff it takes your credits away and the games are too much for what they re worth and not all of the games function. Theres only a few that I think are good, so don t come here and go to Cidercade Because you have a $12 pass for the day and you press the button to play the games you don t get ripped off over there you get low fee. Last night there was a single employee I believe he was a mechanic. He said his name is Noah. It seemed like he was practically running back and forth throughout the whole building and even had the time to assist me and my family. We had a blast bowling and the arcade. He assisted us with our lane and when it was time to go he bought my daughter a game card with five dollars so that she could get a prize from a crane game since she did not want to leave. My daughter is currently sleeping with that toy from the game. Thank you Noah! We will definitely be coming back.

I mistakenly bought tickets for a movie on the wrong date. When my wife and I arrived at the theater, the General Manager AJ Haynes was very kind and professional when helping us. He offered to resolve the issue by providing us with tickets to a showing that same day for the same time.

Been to the movie once and the seats are the old seats, not reclining and very uncomfortable. Will go elsewhere. We took our grandson to the game room last night 6/15/24 and we found it to be extremely expensive. We spent 50.00 for credits for him to play games and when we went to the store to cash in his tickets , the clerk said he didn t have any tickets. I replied I spent $50.00 and there is not even one ticket? She said no! What a rip off this place is. There are other game rooms we will go back to.

My family and I love going to Evo. It s a great family environment for having family night. Bowling ,video games or just watching the latest blockbuster movie that just came out. The staff is amazing and always attentive. Tina is always helpful and greats me and my family every time we have come in. We had a work planning meeting and Tina and staff really took care of us with great food and amazing hospitality! I recommend Evo for your family and corporate needs. Thank you Evo for all you do !

My boyfriend and I went to go see a movie here and the whole viewing experience was ruined by obnoxious, loud kids who were flashing lights and scream talking the whole movie. After the movie finally ended, we expressed our viewing experience to a manager named AJ. AJ was the nicest and most helpful person I ve ever encountered at EVO Kyle! Give that man a raise!! He gladly reimbursed our tickets for another screening and even gave us some game cards to make up for our poor experience. Because of AJ s kindness, my boyfriend and I were able to have an amazing night! Great customer service.

I recently found this place, and I wanted to share a review. My teenagers love to play pool and we come from Austin to this location to play pool. The food is good. The drinks are always good anytime I have any kind of issue with any of the machines the staff is courteous and they respond very fast. the manager is very kind and Even helped me get the pool machine working so that my family could play which I was very appreciative after working a 12 hour day and coming home and Taking my family out for some fun pool. We will be back again. We have fun here.
