I ordered the old-school Philly cheese steak, in the picture looks good but is not in real life, the flavor of the steak is salty, and $16.00 is not worth it i will never come back,

Went there for my break, ordered cheese and bacon fries with extra bacon. Theyve become extremely stingy, and it had less than the typical amount of bacon that comes with the order. The atmosphere seems hostile at times.

Took a while to get the food. They were mixing up every order before ours. When we finally got ours, it was dry and tasteless. The soda was flat too. Disappointing. I miss Great Wraps.

Be aware of Charleys unspoken combo policy. If you want a drink and fry, you are required to take the large drink and fry combo(additional $5.58) if you order a medium or large sandwich. For the regular combo, you must order a small sandwich. Advertised nowhere. Required by manager on site. We will not be returning. Food was decent.

Ordered a meal, did not get my fries went back and asked for it, was told I did not order fries, I paid $16:54 to Anthony he basically denied, all they could have done is add the fries to the order and charge accordingly. I asked for the manager none on duty. they seem very clueless. i will not be going back

I had ordered through app my order came out wrong so I called to let the manager know that there were missing items and my sandwich was made incorrectly they said call in the morning because there was no Manager available that nighr. So I did I called and spoke to a manager who was nice and understanding I just wanted what I ordered. He told me to come in and he would remake the whole order. I told him I would by after work. Cool no problem its the person and the crew that I came in contact with. He was so rude. Thought I was lying had my receipt like the morning manage asked me to bring in he kept laughing and kept questioning my order. So he takes my receipt has then redo my order. Which I was still missing the drink ans fries because that would have been the complete order.I get my order they laugh as they give it me. My order was a small chicken Philly with everything and a extra order of fries not the fries that came with the meal. I get to the car. It was the sloppiness of my order I barely had a complete order of fries my sandwich all the topping were place on top of the little fries I had. To say I was disappointed. All I ask was for a complete order of the right food. And to try to make me out a liar I dont take nicely especially if management is the one who said to come back.

Ordered a Chicken Teriyaki combo with a Large Sprite. Apparently, the cashier is supposed to give you your drink right after you pay. I guess she forgot to give me my drink. I wait for my food and then wait a little since they haven t given me my drink. I realize that they forgot. So I tried talking to the cashier. Which was a heavy set woman. She wasn t paying attention. So I talked to the cook and he had to get her attention to give me my drink. There is a little bit of a crowd around the front register where you order. She proceeds to put my drink where I could not POSSIBLY grab it because of the large crowd. Then she realizes that I can t get it and then hands me the drink. I m not sure if she was just stupid or just wanted to give me attitude that I was politely asking for something I PAID FOR. I understand the fact that my drink was forgotten in the first place. Mistakes happen. I get that. The thing I don t understand is how much of a attitude people give me whenever they screw up. The cook was very nice. The heavy set woman was not. It just ruined the whole experience for me. It reminded me of why I always choose the Chinese restaurant since they are always nice and don t give me attitude. If you want my advice. Always make sure they give you your drink right after you pay. Just in case they forget. Because if you don t, the heavy set woman will give you an attitude.

There was an older heavy set lady at the register that was very rude and unprofessional. I was having trouble with my card and was trying to figure out what was wrong with it while nobody was behind me or waiting in line. She proceeds to ask me when am i going to be done with a whole attitude and stank face. If you guys staff is rude like that i will not be paying to eat with you guys anymore

I really enjoy this place and have eaten here tons of times. However, today we placed an order online and they said they didn t get it(this is the first out time of 7 online orders we have placed in the past). Spoke with the cashier and she said call the online service. Well guess what, they don t have a phone number online and it says to speak to the local charley s, which they tell me to go online ..A huge foul on the online service. And I better not be out of that money.

I was told at the register that that location had white American cheese, but that wasn t true. They only had provolone cheese, which doesn t melt properly. I ordered extra cheese and double meat on a sandwich I had to give away. They need to add white American cheese to their menu!!

Bad business practice. We ordered 5 Philly cheese steaks meals with drinks. I asked for a cup of water and they refused. I ordered a kids meal that came with a drink, i asked for tap water instead of the soft drink. They refused. They wanted me to buy a bottle water for $2 instead. Will not go back, even if they bribe me.

I spent $10 on what I thought would be a fulfilling meal. Instead I was presented to a sub with half a slice of tomato, struggle onions, unmelted processed cheese, and a miniscule amount of steak. When I walked up and asked if they could add a little bit more steak the lady running the register sneered and told me thats all my medium sized meal could get. Disgusting service, food wasnt that good, and poor sizing options.
