The good: the food was very well balanced and flavored, except the flatbread (would not recommend). The bad: 1) Super uncomfortable seating, unless you re lucky enough to sit at one of the two normal tables with normal chairs. 2) the wine is inflated by over 100% from purchase in store or online. The bottle we chose was inflated 133% in price! Considering 1 & 2, the ambiance was not worth the price.

Overall best experience Ive had in Texas so far. Atmosphere was amazing along with live music and amazing tapas. The white wine tasting was perfect and a great experience of different Spanish and Portuguese wines. 10/10 would come back and will be back! Parking: Shares with other locations so can be crowded on busy days. But street parking is a plenty. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp on both sides.

We visited as part of a wine tour from Brazos Tours (also excellent). The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. We had a large group of 21 which they handled beautifully. Everyone was treated individually. The wines were diverse, excellent, and thought provoking. There was a lot of discussion and many purchases by the group. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SEGOVIA. They are fairly new and are doing a great job. They deserve your business.

We decided on a girls evening of tapas. We walked in and from the beginning to the end of of evening, the service was exceptional. Exceptional does not begin to describe the service. Friendly, professional, personable are just a few. Now on to the food. The tapas were delicious. From the cheese and meat platter to the individual bite sizes(Pintxos) to the potatoes and the desserts. When you make reservations it states your table for 90 minutes. After 90 minutes we were still ordering. It was a food fest that delighted every bite and moment. On a personal note I thought it was so sweet that the Chef came out to greet us and others and make sure we were enjoying the meal. They have a secret dessert that is not on the menu. I highly recommend that you ask and get. I highly recommend this establishment for all occasions. 5 stars is not enough.

I love it here! You ll find a good selection of wine and yummy food. There s some soft seating including a sofa and coffee table near the entrance which could be a cool spot to have a small and special birthday hang. If your party is 2 or 3, sit at the bar. The stools are comfy. Sometimes there s a musician. I ve been when Stan is playing. He s got a cool style, and it s not overwhelmingly loud. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. This place feels special and sweet Parking: They share a parking lot with some other businesses. If it s during prime dinner time, you ll probably need to get there early or find parking on the street somewhere.

I absolutely love this place! Great wine, food, and the owners are personable and hospitable. Have tried a variety of the tapas and all have been so good. Mushroom pinxtos were my favorite! Decent amount of vegetarian options which is always nice. The staff give great recommendations. The atmosphere is chill and laid back. As someone who is both gluten and dairy free, what a pleasant surprise!! Being in the south I know that my allergies can be a challenge, but this restaurant had excellent options!! At first glance there doesn t seem to be much, but the chorizo and shrimp are cooked in oil, not butter and the only thing I was missing out on was the bread. The potatoes were to die for and it was the best food I ate in Waco. Gina, our server, helped us pick The most fabulous wines to match the food we ate and the live music added to the atmosphere. My husband and I long awaited the opening of Segovia Wine Bar, and it has not disappointed. It has become one of our favorite places to grab a glass of wine and some delicious Spanish-style tapas. On top of the fabulous wine and food, the staff are knowledgeable, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The owners in particular show a passion for their business that is contagious. They are friendly, caring, and truly value their customers. The atmosphere is clean, warm, and inviting, and a great venue for live music which they frequently have. The prices are fair for the selection of wine and quality of (very fresh) food offerings. New tapas place in Waco. We found it occasionally and had a great experience! The menu is small as they were in soft opening, but everything we ordered was delicious.

Stopped here to have a good glass of wine and accomplished that! Wine bar is new in Waco so we didn t get a chance to eat there but the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Hope to come back.

What a lovely addition to Waco! Welcoming atmosphere, great service, and yummy food and drinks. I enjoyed the Cava cocktail and pinxtos (tapas from northern Spain) for happy hour. I look forward to coming back for dinner and more drinks!

We ve already been multiple times and have loved every minute! Segovia is a completely unique bar experience in Waco. We ve gotten to try tons of different types of authentic Spanish tapas including our favorites - pan con tomate, pintxos and patatas bravas! The tapas are accompanied by an extensive wine menu featuring many Spanish and Portuguese wines (many that we had never heard of). Our favorites so far have been the Tempranillo wines. With live music, Tuesday pintxos specials, and a warm atmosphere, Segovia is a cant miss and a quick Waco staple!

I had the opportunity to go to Barcelona with my son last year. I thoroughly enjoyed experiencing tapas, pintxos, and Rioja region wines while I was there. I was so excited to hear that a wine bar with a focus on Spanish and Portuguese wines was going to open in Waco! Segovia did not disappoint!! Great wines, including some from local Texas wineries. And the tapas!!! So good!!!

Segovia wine bar is a must when visiting downtown Waco!! I absolutely loved the ambiance of a relaxing, cozy bar coupled with excellent live music. Staff is lovely and attentive to every detail. Don t even get me started on the delicious tapas. If you are looking for a little taste of Spain right here in the heart of Texas, look no further. You will not regret visiting and I guarantee you will be making a trip back!!

Segovia Wine Bar is a great place to wind down after a day at work. The atmosphere is inviting and the live music makes it a great place for a date night or hanging with co-workers. The tapas and wine selection are excellent, the staff is knowledgeable of food/wine combinations and attentive to the customer. You can t go wrong with the location; go shop at the Silos and wind down with a nice glass of wine.
