Place feels like a high school no professionalism at all. My money is as green as everyone else s not sure why I have to wait 20 minutes to get assisted. Unless you re a regular don t even bother coming here and giving your money to these girls.

I sat there for 10 to 15 minutes and not one waitress acknowledged me. Unless you are a regular who gives these girls money, they won t pay no attention to you or provide you with the service you are due as a paying customer. All these girls want is attention and money, so they know who their regular big tip customers are.The owner doesn t care about bad reviews because he knows that he will always have male customers as long as the girls keep dressing the way they do. I walked right back out and ate somewhere else. First and last time coming here.

It was honestly better than I expected after seeing my order. I got the egg rolls. They were in a pool of grease and a little burnt in areas. I had to squeeze some oil out with napkins, then I tried them. They were good, and their hot sauce was really good. I dont think we would go back, but the portion sizes were worth the prices.

Tried to stop in around 10pm for a late dinner and drink on a Thursday evening. Walked in, got eyeballed by about 4 different servers. There was no hostess. We sat ourselves. Sat there for about 15 mins and no one ever came to take our order. Walked out and nobody even noticed. Not really a fun vibe really weird atmosphere. Too bad, maybe the food might have been good, can t say much about the service

Second time coming here , love the atmosphere, and the good looking womans. Food is pretty good as well. BUT THE SECURITY GUARDS are VERY rude. The big bald guy is always HARASSING AND DISCRIMINATING my friends , and when we go to the bathroom he follows us and breath in your neck while peeing as if you re selling drugs or something. Very unpleasant. You can t even have privacy while peeing. He like to discriminate certain style of people like my friends. I don t usually write reviews but this is very unacceptable. We will be filing complaint to the head of security or whoever is the management to this crooked security guy. Ojo locos Management doesn t do anything to fix these security attitude. They pretty much are pushing us away from this establishment because of them. Sad.

We only ordered wings and a couple of beers, the intention was to get to know the place. I went to the mens bathroom and it stank of urine, understandable when you go to a bar that I think is more for having a drink than just a couple of beers. But my wife also went to the womens bathroom and when she passed through the mens bathroom she also got the strong smell of urine. We also felt a little hot until the waitresses were blowing their breath with the menus, I dont know if the AC wasnt working very well. HORRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER EVER GOING BACK Like they say, if I could give 0 stars I would but then I wouldnt be able to put this review. My mom, her friend and I went on Saturday, June 29, 2024 to watch the Argentina vs. Peru soccer game. We got there before the game started and we were told by our waitress that we had to pay $5 cover per person for the UFC fight with McGreggor vs Chandler, which we agreed to since we wanted to watch the SOCCER game. When checking the UFC, we noticed that it was cancelled so we questioned why they were still charging people for a fight that was not going to happen. Upon talking to our server she told us it was because other fights were still happening. We told her (Luz, our server) we did not want to pay for a fight that was cancelled only to watch unimportant fights. She told us we had to pay it regardless as she talked to her manager. We requested to speak with him but he never showed up. We paid our bill and additionally tipped her $30. A few minutes later, they called security saying that beer we had was our last one and we had to leave. After asking why, the security said we were denying to pay so they had the right to deny service. I explained we had already paid and we would not leave until we finished our 100oz that we HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. The manager, without saying a word, came to our table and took our beer, UNFINISHED, and told us to get out. My mom tried to talk to the manager to let him know he needed to let us finish drinking our beverages/food that we had already paid for but instead he called security on her and did not want to talk to her. We were scammed out of our money and we could not even finish the drinks we paid for. I paid $116 (which included the $15 cover) to not finish my beer and gave the server $30 tip for her to go to security to tell them to kick us out. RIDICULOUS SERVICE. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

The fun of scantily clad women with the atmosphere of a large neighborhood bar. Ive been with groups and alone and had different experiences. Youre unlikely to have the waitress flirt with you if youre at a table alone but the ladies behind the bar flirt a lot. The food is above average but not incredible. It has a full bar and maybe beer selection. However, the beer was not very cold, which was disappointing in the summer heat.

The crazy part is I was paying with a company credit card with a significant amount left tp tip. What could have been a $40 tip turned into a $5 tip.

First they were checking IDs at the door like its a club. We went there to eat, not to dance or party etc. Then after were inside nobody greets us. The girl at the hostess both had her back turned to the door. We had to get her attention. After we grabbed our own menus and sat down, NOBODY came to wait on us. I dont know if its because we were a couple and not just a group of guys or because they had made their tips for the night but they didnt want to help us. Never was asked if I wanted a refill on my tea. Since I never was offered a refill ,I finally asked for one tea to go and was told that their was a charge for that. I commented to the young lady if s he would have done her part on offering before, I would not have asked for it to go. Also commented about my partners experience and told me she would send management to me but never did management come to my table.

I visited this establishment on a Sunday during my military training trip to San Antonio, which spans a few weeks. This place came highly recommended by my local military friends. Given that many establishments in the area take pride in serving the military community, especially in Military City USA, I expected a positive experience. However, my visit turned disappointing when the bartender closed my tab as she was leaving, and I promptly paid in full. Surprisingly, about 30 minutes later, I was asked to pay the same bill again. Despite explaining my situation to the managers, I was told there was nothing they could do, and I was directed to address the issue with the main headquarters through their website. This forced me to pay the same bill twice, a situation made more frustrating by the fact that I am here on a military training trip and expected better treatment in a city renowned for its support of the military. I have submitted a formal complaint online but have yet to receive a response. Its disheartening to see an establishment that prides itself on serving the military community handle its customers in such a disappointing manner.
