I was a little skeptical at first because it is inside Hotel Indigo and we walked in a there was one table of ladies there and no one else. We ordered truffle fries, Redfish plate and the margharita pizza. We were surprised. The only complaint that I would have is our redfish dish the risotto and broccolini were a little room temp while the fish was really hot. Service was great and food was good. We will go back I would say. I have to add the Truffle fries are amazing!!!!

Unbelievably good! I was in the neighborhood for a business trip and found Crudo online. I had to try the shrimp and grits after reading the description on the menu. I was not disappointed! Best I have ever had! Super friendly waiter too :-)

The food was amazing fettuccine was so good and well presented so was the chicken strips was fantastic and was later out amazingly with lots of fries and a kind waiter even brought us more water and a extra ketchup without us even asking would 100% recommend Parking: Lots of parking Kid-friendliness: They have 3 kid options and we re all amazing

We walked over to the hotel from our apartment on a Friday night to give this a try. The pork belly steamed buns were fantastic-crispy, fatty pork belly was enhanced by the tangy pickled onions in a soft steamed bun. We also loved the sweet and spicy honeyed wings- just done perfectly. we also got a margarita pizza to share and shared a lava cake with ice cream. The pizza was good, just not great: the crust was a little soggy and the small tomatoes were very hot when they burst in your mouth. The lava cake was tasty but did not have a liquid center- it was more of a dense caramel cake with salted caramel ice cream- good, just not as we expected. The bartender, who was also our server was great and made a perfect martini. Very enjoyable meal and, since we were from the apartments next door we got 15% off

My family went here for Mother s Day breakfast. I got the All American Breakfast and the highlights of the plate included crispy home-style potatoes and the dense, buttery brioche toast. As a personal preference, I prefer crispy bacon, but theirs was a chewy bacon. I tried the pancakes and they were fluffy and delicious. They we re supposed to come with a compote- which would ve been a nice topping, but instead it turned out to be just a side of berries. Overall I d say it was a very standard hotel meal, and I enjoyed it

One of the best hotels I have been. Sparkling clean room , nice staffs, yummy breakfast and beautiful interior. The bed sheet, pillow, towel are so fresh. And the bathroom is spotless. I stayed the first day of my trip here on the way to Huston and planed to move to the other hotel but I decided to stay one more night in Crudo. P.s) Arepas and potato hash are amazing!!

Light bites and drinks in a hidden spot near I 45 in spring. We stopped in for Nicks locals dinner. The bar was missing my friends Anejos... bit my drink was very tasty. I havent had a really dinner here but it looks like Ill be back!

Bar staff was also having to serve the restaurant so service was not great in either place. Also they were out of some of the more common menu items and drink options. It was like this when we visited before but, back then, they had only been open a week so we accepted it as that. On our most recent visit we were hoping things would be better. But, unfortunately they still appear to be understaffed and understocked! These appear to be as a lack of Management oversight. On a much more positive note, Teresa come out of the kitchen to be sure she properly catered to my wifes allergies. She went above and beyond, and helped make our second stay much more pleasant.

Very good food and great service. We had a starter of the truffle fries which were delightful! And the Mole Short Ribs and the Crudo Burger for dinner which were both filling and delicious. And took home both deserts because we were both full.

I m not a big reviewer but this experience was worth taking the time out to do so. My friend booked a staycation for us to get away for a night. He asked me what I wanted to eat. Now normally I would not be open to eating at hotel. However, once I learned of the good ratings I said okay let s just try it out. We looked at the menu instantly I knew I d be eating the roasted chicken, sautéed greens, and Chile biscuits . Before we place our order my date wanted to meet the person who d be responsible for the preparation. The waitress gladly gets Theresa. Once she walks towards the table she just looked liked she could cook. We asked questions about the food, portion size, and preparation. She took the time to explain how every dish was made to order. That was a plus right there. I was like midway through my initial chicken dinner and knew I d be ordering a second one. So I did. I left there so full we had to walk my food down. Oh my date had the beef short ribs that was so tender it was like cotton candy melting in your mouth. Let s just say. I ll definitely return soon to enjoy what Theresa is cooking.

Keith, Keith, Keith. He is the reason you should come here. Dont get me wrong the food was FANTASTIC but Keith really rounded out the evening with his fantastic attitude and witty banter. Highly suggest octopus chicharones and the burger!

The food here is soooo delicious! We tried the octopus, fish tacos and a dish from the brunch menu (forgot the name. It started with Banh mi). The flavors were amazing! The staff was super friendly. Definitely will keep coming back.
