I came in after I participated in an online drawing and I WON!! I came in and met with the folks there and it was really nice and they were really really cool people. I contacted Tinsman & Sciano at a very low point in my life. I had been horribly injured in an auto accident and was struggling in just about every aspect of my life as a result. As often happens, I was having trouble as a single independent person asking for and finding the help I needed, continuing to work to provide for myself and deal with the loss of the ability to perform so many of my usual activities and functions, and just making sense of what had happened. We found Dan Sciano through a mutual friend. I was on the phone with Mr. Sciano that day and by the next afternoon, we were sitting on our patio with him and his entire team. My wife was seriously injured in an horrific accident with a commercial tanker/truck. She suffered a broken neck, damaged shoulder, and head wounds. Her injuries required three major surgeries and over 24 months of medical treatment and therapy. She still has physical limitations that affect her quality of life. We were faced with dealing with 5 insurance companies, over 60 doctors, specialists, and therapists, multiple and high medical expenses, loss of earning capacity, and mental anguish. We were facing these difficult circumstances when we were most vulnerable. Dan Sciano and his expert staff rescued us. They performed way above a normal legal counsel. They helped us manage the insurance companies, medical billings, and medical concerns. They coached us through the legal proceedings, making sure there were no surprises.
