This lawyer is a lazy cheat (shocker huh). Stay away and hire a lawyer that will actually work for you. Horrible communication and a lazy weak lawyer.

I have used Karen Baylor twice in my life and both times she and her team have done great and guided me in the right direction, I like that she is straight to the point and tells you the hard truth. they are great at responding to emails, Text and phone calls. F- minus for communication, professionalism, and duty. After thousands of dollars paid in full; Ms. Baylor asked for an additional $5,000 for another final hearing. When we asked about a payment plan like our previous arrangements, we were told we don t take payment plans for final hearings What? Multiple Emails and phone calls from us had gone without response for months from Ms Baylor and her team, and with no updates on our case for months; we were given three weeks to come up with an additional $5,000 for Ms Baylor to finish her job. We will be filling a complaint with the state bar.

I had a very difficult case to say the least. I am a father of two and was trying to get primary custody of my kids. Crystal by far exceeded my expectations! She fought for me every step of the way. She knows the law forward and backwards. We had a ruling in our favor and it was all thanks to Crystal Sieber! She was always prompt to answer my call and emails. It was nice to actually have a lawyer that cared about my outcome, instead of trying to squeeze every dollar they can out of you. Maria and Karen where also very helpful. By far the best law firm in DFW!

When looking for a attorney to represent me in helping my husband adopt my son from a previous relationship, Maria answered the phone and responded to me as if I was a bother or just interrupted her. She failed to answer the phone and introduce her self, then proceeded to answer my questions with a attitude like I was supposed to know the ins and outs of adoption and the legality s. Unfortunately I won t find out how well the attorneys are at this office. First impressions are everything and your representative who answers the phone is a reflection of the business.

Im very satisfied with the quality of service from this firm. I needed to get a divorce and Crystal and her team was very helpful and transparent about the process. I tried to do be my own lawyer. I went to court after waiting months for a hearing and was told by the judge that I did not have the right paperwork. The judge then told me to go find what I needed on the 2nd floor and to come back when I had what I needed. As I sit in that office, all kinds of thoughts were going through my head, then in walked crystal! I explained my situation to her and what the judge had asked me to do. She told me to sit in the lobby for a few minutes because she had a client. I sat in the lobby with my wife frustrated that we did not have the proper paperwork. Crystal returned after a few minutes and told us to follow her back to the judges court room. From that moment on she handled all the paperwork, court documents, custody and child support. I never stepped foot in court after I became Crystals client. Thank you so much Crystal for being such an amazing lawyer. You made a stressful morning turn into an easy fix and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
