My case was a little weird because it envolved 2 different states. After talking to way too many lawyers (some major name lawyers in both states) over the course of a year and having every lawyer tell me that I had to get a lawyer from the other state to move my case over to the state I reside in and vice versa, I was losing hope that I could ever find someone to help me. I came to Jackson Morones because I passed by their office almost every day and decided to give my last shot at getting my custody battle handled. I contacted them, set up a meeting, asked if they could help me and without hesitation, they told me they could. They handled EVERYTHING. They got my original case transferred over and helped me with getting full custody of my children. They answered every question I asked, never treated me like I was stupid, explained all the confusing legal language, never sugar coated things and always laid out all of the information, good and bad. Matt endured my frustrations and anxieties regarding our case and helped reassure me and keep me calm. They gave me best and worst case scenarios and had a plan for tackling each one. Jennifer was absolutely amazing in court and mediation and handled our situation wonderfully! They understood what I wanted, would reality check me when it was needed, and always respected me and my family. Now that our custody case has been handled, they are even going above and beyond by helping us even more with a separate case. I have recommend my family and friends come to Jackson Morones for all their legal troubles. This has by far been my best lawyer experience and I absolutely can not recommend them enough times. My case was a bit unusual. I left a msg after hours and received a call promptly the next day. Nothing was ever sugar coated and I was ALWAYS given best and worst case scenarios. Although I am in the legal field myself, the time was always taken to explain what was being prepared and filed and why. When there was some nasty opposition from the other party, Matt handled it and kept me calm. They understood my schedule and never wasted my time and we were able to handle everything electronically so I did not have to miss work. When I had questions or requested a status update it was all done professionally and quickly. I will be using this legal team again for another legal matter in the near future. Best part they did not break the bank on fees. Highly recommend.

My wife and I hired this law firm to handle some family matters in Texas. Although we live in New York their service was professional, reliable, timely and courteous. They were helpful to wife and her sister in answering questions. The fact that we live in New York and could not deal face to face with all matters, made us all the more appreciative of the services. I hired Jackson Morones to finalize my divorce. They got done in maybe 5 months what my previous lawyer couldnt do in 2.5 years. They are amazing! They are straight to the point and direct about things and never made me feel like an inconvenience if I had what I thought was a stupid question.

I hired Jackson and Morones recently and had a great experience with them. They understood what my concerns were and reassured me that everything would turn out ok. And it did. They were friendly and knowledgable. They were able to answer every question that I had. They made the best of a bad situation. I actually enjoyed meeting with them to discuss options with my case. A large concern for me needing an attorney was the cost. I believe that they were fairly priced. Im happy that I was able to have them as my attorneys and would use them If needed.

They did me a good job first time around but all but stole my money the second go around. I asked them to motify orders and file contempt on my ex. They dont show up to my important court hearing then they let the judge order mediation in the case without so much is explaining why we are in court in the first place. Dont offer any of my money back then send me a bill that is a joke just to get rid of me ,pathetic should be ashamed to do a customer that way... I would be really careful I spent 7k with them to be treated this way was truly dissatisfied with them. There is no way mediation should be ordered in a contempt of court case they didnt do there job or they get kick backs to settle for mediation

When my mother found out she was terminally ill, she asked me to help her sort out her affairs. She needed legal advice and someone to prepare her will so I contacted Jackson Morones. They were extremely helpful at explaining all of the legal matters to my mother and helping her understand everything she needed in order to prepare her will.
