Hey Cecilia. She is the worst. Ive never met her and her zoom earlier this week, the picture was blocked out. Theres a reason for that because she is horrible. I waited over a year for a Zoom conference and it didnt go great. So I get an email later that day that she is withdrawing as my attorney. But she wants to claim legal fees from the insurance carrier. I will call them next week because she never worked on my case so there should be no fees. They never called, hardly emailed me. Just horrible. If its not a slam dunk case for these people that have never seen the inside of a court room, they wont take your case or bow out a few months in. Please go to another law firm. There are plenty in San Antonio and in Texas that are much better. This place is horrible from the paralegals all the way to the top. So Cecilia & Eddie, this place is full of grossly incompetent people.

Get RID of Amanda Spencer, she had the audacity to have a case for a whole year and drop it the same day right before the hearing! That is so unprofessional coming from this firm. Please reach another law firm if you want your things taken care of. Adding this after your comment: You are telling me to call you but we just received a call that your lawyer Amanda Spencer told the judge that the claimant did not want to pursue the case. When clearly my family member had been in contact with all of you that he wanted to go to court. He then gets the zoom link for the hearing, waits 40 min in the zoom call with no one showing, and one of you guys texts him saying the below: I wanted to let you know that the hearing for today has been cancelled, once we have more information we will go ahead and let you know. That was a lie since Amanda told the above to the judge. Unprofessional of her!

Not the best place you can find guaranteed I just finished closing my case a couple of weeks ago and from the beginning if it wasnt one thing it was another.It was rare if I was informed on things pertaining to my case in the almost 3 yesrsrs my attorneys were working on it. I always had to be calling texting asking hey whats Going on etc. Sometimes I would never get responses Sometimes it was days late.Everyone knows the stigma with attorneys. Well this is that place there was always something going on especially when it was time to get paid my settlement amount changed like 3 times.Just a lot OF B.S. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME SERIOUSLY

People becareful This is the worst law firm to ever deal with. They have no compassion for their clients. My father came to this law firm in 2021 for help on an injury in his back that occurred where he was employed. He never once meet with a lawyer on his case in person or by phone . He would call with questions and he was told that he would get a call back and never once did he receive a call back. Then in August of 2023 he received an email that they were no longer pursuing his claim and withdrwaing as his attorney when he never even meet his attorney. Now my father is 67 and is in so much pain and no one will help him because its a workmans compansassion.. He worked hard all his life to be left where hes at now.

Would post less stars if I could. This law firm is a joke. They have a number of complaints with the Texas Bar association. They lie to their clients and drop you when you point it out. Someone is going to get them for malpractice! Save your money and time. Oh and it feels like they steal from you by double dipping, cause substantial financial hardship, continue to take funds with out providing any of the legal assistance they are hired for. The attorney suggested milage reimbursement and when asked what paper work is needed for that she said thats not her job. Great job Amanda. Do not hire them unless its with Steven. Amanda is the worst.

This review is LONG overdue. I reached out to Espinoza to represent me for a personal injury claim when I was rear ended by a drunk driver with no insurance. All in all the case took about a year and a half to resolve. This is the second time I have been unfortunate enough to be in this situation, however I have the experience of being able to compare my Attorney Steven (and Espinoza) to another local SA based personal injury firm that will remain nameless and there is a stark contrast/night and day difference. Steven (my attorney not his assistant) regularly made time to call me and check on my rehab/progress as well as update me with every single detail as the case progressed. I also called him several times to ask him questions he probably already answered at least once. There majority of the time he answered and if he didnt I would get a (Im in a meeting can I call you back) message. He never forgot to call back...ever. Me being there realistic individual that I am I know that he has several other cases and clients, his ability to remember every single call back was almost robotic. This whole group is the definition of organized and professional with just the right amount of we really care mixed in. It seemed like they handled every step with flawless efficiency. They truly made the other firm I worked with a few years prior look a circus act. The office manager went out of his way to coordinate everything with me and cater any way he could to make things fit into my schedule with basically no inconvenience to me. I dont know how the other Attorneys at Espinoza compare to Steven but I do know this group is meticulous. I really cant say enough about how they (especially Steven and the office manager) handled me and my case. I could write so much more and it wouldnt do them justice. Bottom line, if you need some to take care of you after an accident, it would be criminal to not at least consider them.

Was referred by another lawyer and informed to be expecting a call, never received it. I ended up calling and explained the situation. i was informed i need to get examined by doc before they can decide if they want to move forward. I do that, i need surgery as well as other medical assistance. Then im told to wait 1 day and expect a call no later than 5pm. Never heard back.

This office referred my wife to the Amanda Spencer Law firm, whom lost her work Comp case due to not appealing her case before the 30 day period required by the court. The law firm never made any contact, we had to make all contacts to this office . Supposedly she is a Immigration Lawyer, who sucks at Work Comp cases.

This law office refers to other attorney for workers comp. One hand has no idea what the other is doing. Dont use this law firm for workers comp. They refer to Amanda Spencer. Thumbs down!
