I want to be clear, this review is NOT for Daniel. He is an amazing and talented photographer and his images are done very well. This is for the overall service and editing of the images by Art of Headshots. The communication has been so poor with this company. It started off well, Becky informed me that my photos from Daniel were ready for my review and to choose the ones that I want edited. Afterwards, it was silent, I followed up multiple times, called, and could not get in touch with Becky. I called the 604 number and did get in touch with a man once who got Becky to respond but after that it was silence again. Finally, after 3 weeks she responded and stated they were down an editor and would get my photos to me next day. She sent the link for payment but I wanted to review the photos before paying additional cost. Luckily I did, the images looked as if they were AI edited, my eye color was lighter than what it was in real life. Please keep in mind these are acting headshots and need to look like you when submitted to casting directors. I informed Becky, she stated she worked very long on them using photoshop. She said she would have someone call me. I still have not had anyone call me, I have tried calling the 604 number and nothing. Honestly, go directly to the photographer. Do not use this company. It is so disappointing to have paid money to get headshots that look nothing like what they present on their website and then get ghosted.

Difficult to get a hold of but they made things right in the end. If they had an easier system to reach out and contact them it would likely be 4-5 stars.

While browsing the internet looking for a headshot photographer in Austin, I landed on Art of Headshots webpage and was instantly drawn in. The ease of booking and paying for the appointment online clinched it for me. The photographer, Daniel, was so friendly and immediately put me at ease. He took his time to get shots with different backgrounds, poses and lighting options, which gave me a lot of photos to choose from. I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Art of Headshots. Ease of set up and responsive / timely appointment. It went really smooth from the moment I got there - Daniel was the photographer and he made me feel really comfortable with the process, he also spent extra time (not sure if it was actually extra but it felt like it was) coming up with alternative poses and lighting options. I loved the sneak peek I got - there is no doubt going to be more options than I can choose from. A+, Highly recommend :)

Daniel in Austin did a wonderful job with my headshots photo session. His studio is friendly and inviting. He took many shots for me to choose from and then I had several professionally retouched! Everything was handled very easily and professionally. I got more for my money than many of the other photographers and studios listed. Online scheduling and payment was easy and seamless. I NOW KNOW who to use in Austin and will be referring many others to him and Art of Headshots!
