Not going to lie, I really hate this bar Poor beer selection and the bartenders take forever to make simple drinks. I once asked for scotch and they simply pulled out a bottle that just said scotch with no other labels The bar area is also really chaotic as its also the entrance and hallway to a back area. My BIGGEST complaint is that the music is too loud and sounds like trash and the lights just strobe and flash, nothing with the music. Its really pretty inside, though.

Chill little place. Atmosphere was great, everyone seemed to have a great time. We showed up on Disney karaoke night and it was hilarious. Nothing like 30 somethings singing Frozen songs after a little bit of liquid courage. All in all a great time.

Neat venue. Tight, good sound, and personal stage. Full bar. They have a game room with arcade games and an outside patio. Lots of areas to sit and hang out. Clean and well taken care of. Easy access for band to enter and exit stage through side door. Good sound with ear protection. Not sure about food, but plenty of restaurants around, but they close around 9.

Small club & atmosphere was good, bartenders were attentive but the problem I noticed is they don t have any type of white wines. How can you not have a simple bar staple like wine?? Wine is as staple as beers.

Theres a dance floor, a big bar area, arcade machines, clean bathrooms, and 2 outdoor areas (in front and in back), and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommended!

I love this bar. The owners and manager have put a lot of work into making it a fun environment for patrons. But a bar regular named Merrit bean or whatever her real name is, opened my toilet stall door on me. (It was broken years ago) then proceeded to ridicule my plus size body. I could have started a fight but everyone knows her in the bar. So that is why I do not bring people here, on a regular basis. They let her run amuck.

This place was really great. Went with friends for the Disney karaoke!! It was seriously so much fun. Drink prices were good and there were some complimentary snacks However my friend and I both ordered the Strawberry Tang drink and it made both of us feel queasy. Idk what was in it but I had half of one and half of a shot and felt vomitudinal like I had gone on a major binge minus the being drunk part. Also, there were some rules to the karaoke that were not super well explained, I wish the was a little rule sheet next to the sign up for newbies like my friends and I. Overall it was still a good time and my friends and I will definitely be back for more!

Are you ready to dance all night to the new wave hits of the 80s? Thirsty Camel Bar has a live band that plays all the British Invasion favorites! You wont be able to stay off the dance floor once The Max starts playing! Once you hear them sing Depeche Mode, The Cure, or New Order, youll feel like youve been transported back in time! When we arrived at this locale, I wasnt sure what to expect but I did notice right away, how clean everything was. The bartenders were friendly and almost always remembered what I was drinking. The bar back immediately picked up empty glasses from tables and mopped up spills. You can tell the owners and workers really take pride in the place. There are a couple of outside seating areas that were nicely decorated and even had televisions to watch the band and dance floor. If I could change one thing it would be to add some fans or something to make the outside seating a little cooler in summer. I was really happy they made hot dogs and nachos so we could have a snack before heading home. I think I really want my next birthday party to be at Thirsty Camel!

Under Texas family code 261.107 Making a false report of child abuse with the intent to deceive is a state jail felony. This establishments manager or employee lied about me and made a false report against me to cover up one of their patrons reckless behavior. And then obviously their own concern over how they handled it. I have tried to contact the owner several times with no response. You will be hearing from my lawyer. Affordable drinks and welcoming staff. At one point I knocked over a tequila shot while ordering drinks for my friend at the bar and was in the middle of saying oh, Ill eat that cost, you dont need to-- when the bartender refilled it for me anyway; this is not a place that will nickel-and-dime you. Camel also has a local following for themed nights (emo, kpop, and so on), and an outdoor patio for smoking. The owner will take his time to listen to customers personally.

I love this little bar. Its smaller, so the crowds are never overbearing; karaoke is always fun, and the Bartender, Melissa, is fantastic! She makes amazing drinks and also sings karaoke sometimes. She has an amazing voice and an awesome attitude.

My party arrived at 8 and we were asked to pay the cover for a band going on at 10. Okay no problem. The place was empty, so we picked a table and had a couple of rounds of drinks and decided to stay for the band. At about 8:30 the owner comes over to inform us that our table was now reserved for someone else. Keep in mind the place is still empty other than my party. We decided to take our business, their only business of the night at that point, to another establishment. Savvy business sense
