Man I am appalled by some of these reviews. We are all human and people make mistakes, problem is that some of yall don t understand that all it takes is just politely asking one of these beautiful baristas to fix your drink. I ve been coming here consistently for 3 months now and have not had a bad experience yet. I won t name any names but most of the guys and ladies who work there are absolutely top tier, some of the ladies can be a little snippy sometimes but they are literally making hundreds of orders in a small work space ! GIVE THEM A BREAK, they all deserve raises in my opinion. I highly recommend coming here for your starbies fix. Those who want to hate can keep calm and carry on! Kid-friendliness: Large open outdoor space with seating, nice seating inside as well. Everyone is talking and having a good time, my kids love coming here , everyone is so nice

I go running on weekend mornings, and once I showed up to starbucks as a kid with no money. I offered the guy hamster stickers but didnt get anything. Next time, I went with money, but the same blond guy said he thought what I did was really funny and gave me a free cake pop. Ever since then hes been treating me like a friend and being very friendly. Today, he even covered for my drink and upgraded it to a grande, and wrote hamster sticker as the name. He should get a big raise and a big promotion. Just a W guy.

I detest chronic complainer, so it bring me no delight to give a one star review, but when it comes to my sweet wife, I make my disdain known! My wife has an awful allergy to both almond and milk products of any kind. Well thanks a million for ruining my evening with her after a long 12 hour shift today (evening of July 31)! She is now bloated and nauseous bcz you ppl cant hear or could care less about the needs of others. She is the most amazing chemo nurse, and I know, bcz I hear it from everyone! She actually takes care of patients unlike so many Ive worked with. Then she is repaid by you ppl! What goes around, comes around! You ppl are atrocious! A newer more modern Starbucks at one of the main intersections in the Riverstone subdivision. Hours are typical of a local Starbucks, my one complaint is the patio seems way too small however the inside is fairly good size. The drive-thru entrance is tricky to access from the back of the strip center. Vegetarian options: For those who choose not to have dairy they have plenty of alternate milk-based products. Parking: The drive-thru is difficult to use if you are doing a pickup order. Kid-friendliness: Been here with the kids before and havent had any issues with them frowning upon kids entering the establishment.

Staff here is unprofessional. I was at the counter waiting to order and the staff member closest to the order counter told another staffer, who was leaning on the opposite counter looking at her phone and totally ignoring everything else, to take my order. The coffee was good. This Starbucks is loud and noisy (staff banging things behind the counter) and the bathroom is disgusting and looks like it hasn t been cleaned lately. I will not be back.

Mobile order processing is terrible. This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to globally. First and foremost the in store experience took a total of 28 minutes. When we first got to the store and got in line the person at the register asked us to wait and started handling mobile orders for food. 5 minutes later she asked us our order which was a venti iced coffee, Irish cream iced coffee, banana bread (room temperature) and 2 cake pops. The drinks took 10 minutes to make and the barista made the Irish cream one wrong not adding foam. Then we waited another 10 minutes and the food was not given to us. The person at the register just forgot and when I asked her where it was she said let me get it. There was no apology or anything for having us wait for that long to put three items in a bag. Now let s talk about efficiency. There was one person at the register, two at the drive through window, 2 at the bar and 1 making fraps or cold drinks. There should have been 1 person as a runner who was filling food orders and getting supplies. The mobile orders were queued up to over 15 drinks on the counter while the in-store and drive through customers were forced to wait. Somebody really needs to do a workflow optimization assessment of this store. Do not go here unless you want to experience no respect for your time and poorly made drinks. There are 3 others within a mile which will definitely be a superior customer experience.

Where do I start. Food in display doesn t match. Server can use serious training. Asked for toasted bagel, got it barely warm after waiting for long time. Coffee didnt come with the food. If I said they were slow it would be way too nice. Have been to slow Starbucks but this one is by far the slowest. I could have walked to the one in front in Kroger s several times already. This is ridiculous! Had to wait forever for several cars plus the one in front that was obviously complaining forever. By the time we got to window no one was there and no coffee ready yet! The girl working the drive through speaker at this time (mid-day Mon, sept 20), has no business being in the customer service industry. She comes across exceptionally rude in her approach with clients, and clients feel they have to compensate for her attitude by being overly polite so as not to trigger her to snap into something even worse. In addition to verbal rudeness, she almost threw the merchandise at my husband. I come here every day. I walk six miles...this is my halfway spot. I probably spend $75 a week here. Maybe more. I would have given a score of five, except for one reason. Im not sure of her name, but the current manager is one of the grumpiest, snippiest, and most unprofessional people Ive seen. She snaps not only at the staff who are working very hard but at the customers. Talk about an ambiance killer. The drinks taste fine when I order them. However, drive through and getting my drink takes literally 25 minutes. After you order, they don t even start your drink until you go pay too. It takes 10 minutes to even order your drink because there s always a line of cars waiting. On top of that, they spend another 15 minutes to make your drink and half the time the drinks aren t even made right or the order is mixed up. Way too expensive for the amount I have to pay to get a drink.

This location no longer makes good coffee and has very poor customer service! If you want to pay $5 for a chance to get a cup of badly made coffee while receiving poor, horrible customer service... Then go to this location! Repeatedly; I ve placed online orders at this location and arrived only to find that my order was not prepared, they ve repeatedly made me coffee that wasn t as I ordered and, they often rush to prepare and serve coffee clumsily! Due to the convenience of the location, again... I placed an online order, 7 minutes later, I arrived, my coffee was not ready, the baristas were lounging, carrying conversations and I was totally ignored! After a couple of minutes of waiting I asked if anyone was at least in the process of making my coffee... One barista curtly pointed to another barista and said it was being made and walked away. The 2nd barista curtly asked what I ordered, I responded and she said she doesn t have my order, turned away and continued to ignore me. Completely irritated by the nonchalance and poor customer service I walked out! For how much we pay for Starbucks the very least they can do is make coffee properly, maintain at least a basic level of professionalism and decency! I am completely disappointed by this location s service... It used to be a good, efficient location to grab well made coffee on the go. BUT the current baristas they have are poorly trained, make bad coffee and give little to no good customer service to customers. If you value good coffee, good customer service and the quality of what you spend money on - Go to another location! There are 2 other locations not too far from here!

I don t enjoy paying extra for non dairy milk but I do because I m lactose intolerant. I ordered a coffee with coconut milk but I m fairly certain they put cow milk. In return I ve spent much of the day with the runs.
