Harassed me for parking in a handicap parking space to unload heavy items from my trunk. I never left the vehicle unattended or parked the vehicle. I simply waited in the vehicle until my colleague came down to grab the items from my car. She parked her vehicle and immediately started going off on me and my work friend (maybe cause were hispanic). It was embarrasing. She also used the emergency line 911 to report me to the cops...As soon as I took out my phone and started to film, she turned around and left. I found her name by looking up her license plate. Last year she was caught SPEEDING doing 65 MPH in a 45 MPH zone.
