If I could I would give a 0 star I just called to get some information for my daughters birthday and the lady was so rude on the phone she would not let me ask any questions and I just thought if someone can be so rude and disrespectful on the phone how would she treat us for the event.

Definitely will book again! This was the most seamless process, met all expectations. Facility was very clean! The decorative layout as well as quality was beyond expectations. Also not to mention everything was on time communication was great!!! Thanks for making my sons graduation a beautiful moment in time!

First off I want to say thank you Sarah and Team. I originally was only going to use her venue and hired an event planner, but as we were talking about my vision in detail during walk through she expressed the pricing and what she can do for me that sold the deal. I decided to use her venue and event package. She was very precise with getting details, colors and theme correctly with out me saying too much. I gave her the colors the theme and let her work her magic. The colors fit perfectly along with the dahlia rose theme that I asked for. My friends and family were amazed. Sarah and her husband also gifted me for my baby shower and also gave me two bottles of champagne. They make you feel like family. Towards the end of my closing she returned my refundable deposit within less than 24 hours and also refunded me the extra hours I end up not using the venue since I end up not booking my personal planner. Days before and day of the shower she kept in contact with me to ensure there were no final touches that I wanted to add or change, made sure that my vision was executed. I don t know what to say about her but that she s above AMAZING from answering my questions before booking and following up with all my calls and text throughout the process. She leaves no room for questions because she is thorough and detailed. They deserve ten stars and I can t wait to gift them to show my appreciation for their love and support. I never in life received this customer service. Above and beyond is an understatement to say the least!

Let s me star off by saying that I know nothing about events. I walked into this Venue expecting to see just another party hall. But was I wrong! They honestly took Faye of everything! Decorations, DJ, Bartender, they even gave me recommendations for my cake! I felt at ease and booked their package right away. All I had to do on the day of my event is walk in! Sara and Lucits were welcoming and so helpful throughout the entire process! Thank you! I 100% recommend this Venue! Book it, you won t be disappointed!

Where do I start, from the initial planning of the event until the day of, Sarai met every last one of my expectations and more. I had the pleasure of hosting my sisters baby shower here. I had no idea where to start when planning this, as I feel I dont have a creative bone in my body lol. I knew my sister wanted a unicorn theme, and I knew the colors she wanted. I gave Sarai all that information and from there she basically planned the entire evening. The day of, we walked into the venue and our minds were blown, it came out better than I could have imagined, pictures dont do it justice. Everything was ready, all we had to do was show up. I owe a huge thank you to Sarai and Venue 17802!! Youre amazing, and have gained a lifelong customer!

The experience started off great as I went through booking process with Lucits. Everything was explained on what I needed and a contract was generated for the event. I moved forward with booking and paying deposit moments after. Once, after I reserved the space, invitations was order and printed, then sent out to guest. Then on today I received a call from Sara , the event planner/coordinator/owner/multiple title holder of the business. From the beginning of the conversation her tone didn t register well with me, as we discussed event. Literally after hanging up with Sara, i received another call from her, stating they couldn t host my event. In which, she stated they couldn t host for a flow of 75, but was able to draft a contract that states my event will be a flow of 75. Seems odd right. Seems like a lack is communication between owners, managers, coordinators, or the entire team. I would advise anyone seeking services from here to stay clear or make sure communication is clear across the board before signing or booking an event here. First impressions are lasting, and from one entrepreneur to another I would never conduct business as such. I will post on all social platforms how I have been inconvenienced due lack of communication on their end.

We celebrated our daughters Sweet 16 event here 2/2021. It was a great space and perfect for the intimate setting we were looking for. They did all the decor and set up which made it so easy for us to just show up. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to any changes we had. I would highly recommend this event space. Although it was great, I do have a couple cons CONS: 1. The color of the main balloon garland on the background requested to match theme colors were white, gold and rose gold. The colors given were: peach, pink, gold and white. (Luckily it didn t throw it off too much but those were completely different colors and my daughter really dislikes pink so that was a disappointment) 2. I asked for sashes on the chairs and was told that could be done (but no chairs had sashes) 3. White table cloths that flowed were requested and said it could be done via the pictures I received (when we arrived it was white spandex and/or fitted table cloths) which again wasn t a big deal but it s not what we wanted. 4. We requested the balloons hanging from the lighting above as shown in other set ups (which we were told could be done) and that wasn t there upon arrival. Again, aside from that we were happy and would definitely use the event space again. Next time we would just ensure that what we wanted was exactly as told or pictured.

Venue was amazing!! The decorations were absolutely beautiful ! I called last minute to move a party I had planned for outside to and inside location due to freezing temperatures! I celebrated my 40th birthday this weekend at Venue 17802. From the initial quick reply from Lucits discussing options and rates to discussing decor, themes and all option with Sara, my experience was easy and great. Sara is very communicative, replies quickly and has the inside scoop on some very good vendors, she was my savior in the planning process. She answered all of my questions regardless to how silly or redundant they were, which eased alot of my anxiety. If you are looking for a modern venue with all inclusive options and great service, this is the place. They will def take care of you.

I would highly recommend Venue 17802! We celebrated our daughter s Sweet 16 Birthday here. The staff and the professionalism was amazing. They took care of every concern and made this event stress-free. The beautiful decor and facility was perfect. To see everything come together with such excellence and attention to detail was priceless. They also helped us pull this event off in such a short time frame. It truly exceeded our expectations. I had my Engagement celebration here and it could not have went any more smoothly. Sarai and Lucits were very responsive and paid great attention to detail and the vision I had in mind. All of my guest talked about how beautiful the decor was and how much fun they had. The bartender and Dj were also very good and a pleasure to have around. The photographer captured all of our great moments and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Venue is a good size for a small to medium sized gathering/party. **HIGHLY RECOMMENED** After our clubhouse cancelled our event last minute (due to the pandemic), my fiancé and I spent many stressful hours searching for the perfect venue. We were relieved when we came across Venue 17802 because we knew from the pictures that it was perfect for our wedding shower. OMG! we fell in love with it as soon as we came to view it. Venue 17802 went above and beyond to make our baby shower special. The owners exceeded our expectations. Our guests complimented on how fresh, clean, and well decorated the venue was. The set up and lay out was perfect, our guests truly enjoyed themselves. I had changes upon booking and almost cancelled due to personal reasons but Venue 17802 came to the rescue and pulled everything off perfectly. I planned my engagement party, and honestly I was in over my head. But after meeting with the staff I was so relieved that they could take care of everything.
