My previous attorney disappeared without a trace and literally left me high and dry without my file and down more than $10K. I called Garcia & Garcia distraught and their paralegal Jessica was kind enough to take time out of her day to cover important information with me on how to recover my files and update my information with USCIS & courts without having to lose more money than i already lost. Unfortunately, they were nothing but a disappointment. Their receptionist and/or assistants are armored gate keepers. Any answer to any question will cost you money. Once they took our $1000, they went to the detainee to ask the same questions they had already asked us (the family), just to state how much more money they wanted... DONT TRUST THEIR WORD. NO CONFIEN EN ELLOS, QUIEREN SU DINERO NADAMAS.

The lawyer here knows his stuff. I was confused and lost on how to bring my wife in here with the least amount of problems. I feel very confident in their ability to help me with this and they definitely helped relieve a lot of stress for us in this time. The office is very clean and professional.
