I have been a Palios fan for over 10 years..but this location is so inconsistent I m going to start going to another one. We ve had it delivered 3 times now and something is always wrong and off and weird. This time I m mind blown at the issues. We ordered 3 XL pizzas and we were delivered so many boxes of medium pizzas. When I called to see what is going on she said her coworker couldn t get the pizza dough big enough so we had to do small pizzas SO WEIRD. Not to mention I told them last time we got our pizza it was all soggy and not crunchy and I was so bummed and she said sorry that means it didn t cook long enough I ll make sure this time it s normal and cooked long enough. You guessed it again this time it s soggy and thick .no more chances. I m tired of typing so not even going to go into the multiple other issues fix your quality control

Placed an order through the phone, drove there, and the door is locked. No one is inside and no one calls to say they left. Are you serious?? If they call me to say there was an emergency then I ll take this review down. But I m sure I won t see anything until months later since no one responds right away.

So delicious, best Italian bread, we ordered online and it was fast, bread with cheese was the best, we also get a free canoli for ordering online, spicy pasta was so delicious. Very affordable italian food, i hope the prices stay this way. Favorite one so far. Best tiramisu in Dallas.

Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza today, not expecting much, but we were pleasantly surprised! It was delicious!! The crust is thin but still hefty enough to stand up to the ingredients and tastes good. The toppings I could tell were better quality than a fast food pizza joint and complemented each other well. FILTHY!! DISREPAIR!! Nearly every table had napkins under it to prop it up to level. Didnt work! Chairs and tables look like theyre ready for a junk burn pile! Booths have large wear holes. Tables are very wobbly. Drink machine is out of several drinks. I had to ask for a rag to clean the one level table. (Seems like she wouldve offered to clean it, but no). The only reason for any stars at all was the food quality. (Which we couldnt enjoy because of everything around us.) After visiting a different location and being highly impressed, this location is a complete letdown.

Took my daughter here for a special occasion lunch. We were the only diners in the restaurant for the hour we were there. The dining area is super dark, so we went to one of the few tables with a bit of light. The booth seats were covered in crumbs when we sat down (neighboring tables had the same) and the vinyl seat was ripped up. The soda machine was out of our drink and only dispensed water. Was served a completely different meal than Id ordered. Then got the right order, but it was freezing cold (meatballs). Third try, it was okay, but the side of marinara was freezing cold still. My daughters kids meal (chicken nuggets and fries) was nothing to write home about... looked like a cheap microwave meal with pale, soggy fries. She nibbled a bit but wouldnt eat anymore. The staff was very nice, but the place is definitely run down and struggling. Well never go back to Palios, unfortunately.

Ordered through the slice app the pizza looked nothing like other reviews. The order was missing 3 toppings but I was charged the price for extra toppings. When I asked them about the fresh mozzarella they said all the pizzas come with it but I was charged extra. Had no parm but was charged extra and had maybe 3 leafs of fresh basil that was baked under the cheese not topped with it like any other joint you order fresh basil on your pizza. I will never come to this location or franchise again very disappointed looked really good.

Love getting their biggest pizza option. Can make your own pizza. No restrictions Ive found so far, but I havent asked for anything crazy so far. My husband likes the Classic. I called in an order and paid for it with Alicen. I told her my brothers name and said he would pick it up. When he arrived a rude girl told him there s no order. he called me and I told him to ask for Alicen. The rude girl said are you asking for an Alicen that works here as Alicen stood right by her. He got the food from Alicen and the two girls at the counter were both ugly to him (notAlicen). He called back to ask for the Mgr and the girl hung up on him. He called back and she said the owner is never here and hung up on him again. All we wanted was our dinner. I will never go back to this place again. The food is good but the dust piles you can see on the ceiling fans and light fixtures is off putting and needs to be cleaned. Staff could also be a little friendlier. I asked for silverware when they brought my daughter her Alfredo and the waitress gave an attitude and told us that they are on the counter and pointed. It was also dark and gloomy inside, lights were not turned on in the dinning area until after 5:30.

worst place ever and I do admit I did my 4 year old son wrong by picking this spot for his graduation dinner. Rude and disrespectful/dishonest stuff. One of the ladies forgot to put in our order and much later on when I went to find out why the order was taking long she looked me in the eye and lied about the order being out in 3 minutes she didn t think I saw her grab my order ticket to put it in all she had to admit is that she forgot and everything would be cool. This establishment seems to be on the fall and decline. The staff was nice, however when we went to sit all of the chairs and booths are torn and battered. I looked up and everything, fans included are just covered with dust in mass amounts. We went to sit at a booth and realized it was someone in the staffs office, covered in paperwork laptop and more with boxes in the booth. This seems very out of place for a store in this area to be this run down and just being tossed aside. There is no business going on our entire time, staff is just sitting clean lol theres plenty to clean take your head and look up lol. Ordered blackened chicken and it is jot blackened m, it just has blackened seasoning in mass amounts in top. Management is apparently lazy here. *update - The mens bathroom urinal doesnt work, smells like urine and like the restaurant needs cleaning. Sticky everywhere.

I got to say this place is a very old school Italian restaurant. I really like how they set the entire place up because you can see them prepare your meal for you from scratch! The taste of the pizza is far more different than any other pizza I have reviewed especially their sauce (tomatoe sauce) very rich and super delicious makes you want to buy more what I don t get is they don t have pictures of any of their pizza so you don t really know what you are buying.. (suggest changing that) I brought a lunch special to go and my pizza was really small so I gave it 4 stars because it is misleading in some sort of way but it wouldn t stop me from coming back! I really recommend this place if you are out and about with a friend or girlfriend they have accessibility for handicapped wheelchair individuals as well.

Employees dont wear masks. So, its not a future revisit during the pandemic. Too bad since I prefer to support more local places over chain restaurants. Putting that aside, I got the pizza since the word pizza is in the name of the place. Meh, its ok. Pretty much like most Texas pizza Ive had but a far cry from pizza in the Northeast. Sauce is ok. My main issue is the crust. Its definitely lacking in complexity. (Perhaps a longer fermentation time would be help?) So, for comparisons in the area: I still think Marios is best Ive had here & its cheaper. Thats a minus. But, this pizza is quite a bit better than Enzos and Dominos. And, pretty much anything is better Jets. So, basically an average (3-star) pizza. (I deduct another star for no masks since it shows they dont care about customers much. Well, they may just be victims of propaganda & not really selfish. But, who knows?)

Quaint little Italian restaurant for a quick bite or a slightly romantic dinner. I ordered the pesto chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint. It wasnt soggy or bland like a lot of sandwiches, but had a great pesto sauce and juicy chicken. The interior of the restaurant was clean, modern and well-kept. And when I was there, a musician was playing on the patio outside (rather loudly), which added to the experience. Definitely recommend.

Last time we arose from here. They force you to use a delivery app, (slice) because their phone is busy for 45 mins straight. Then Slice texted one time to say that d have you order but it s taking longer than expected. Then nothing, never delivered had to drive up to the location to get the food 2 hours later. Food was delicious as always!! Weve never had anything from there that wasnt tasty. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because the gentleman at the counter couldnt be undstood. He spoke way too softly even after we made him aware that we couldnt hear him several times. We had no clue what he was saying!! We had no idea how much the bill was when he took out card. The food was amazing! It was so nice to have a place that we could safely, and comfortably, eat in the dining room. Interaction with any staff, is limited to delivering the food to your table in a mask. You fill your own drinks, can BYOB and seated every other table! Great pizzas, especially for dietary considerations. Needing low carb choices because of diabetic restrictions, Palios offers culiflower crust on small pizzas. Be CAREFUL if you ordder Gluten Free Pizza - We were shocked when two pizzas were $44.00 I called the manager and he did not care. If you look at the prices listed online he gives you a 10% discount for ordering online but charges $45 for Itillian dishes and $30 for desserts. What a FRAUD! Take a look and you will see. Don t let the guy who doesn t speak English answer the phone and place orders. After telling them TWICE what the delivery address was, they delivered it to the wrong location (our home, instead of our work place). They then proceeded to be late with the second delivery after clearly misunderstanding that we were NOT going to pick it up and they needed to rectify the situation. The pizza at home had hair on it and the wings were burnt to a crisp (see attached photos). It is unfortunate that we have had such negative experiences recently, as we had always loved it prior to this year. Subpar management and staff, and disintegrating quality of good.

I have dietary restrictions so most restaurants get my orders wrong. I ordered a large king pizza, gluten free crust, no cheese, extra sauce. They made it and cooked it perfectly and it was very very good. Thank you from a guy who regularly has to send food back because cooks or servers cant handle a special order. Otherwise, service was friendly and fast, restaurant was clean and well presented, and prices were better than expected. I dont give 5 stars often, only when a place really exceeds my expectations. Well earned.

This is a great small chain. Fresh ingredients and fast casual service. Thin crust pizza is top notch, and believe it or not the Hawaiian salad is one of my favorites. I dont usually go for any salad but this ones always fresh and tasty. They have a pretty decent canoli. Ive been to this location and one in McKinney. The inside feels exactly like a modern Italian American home kitchen. Service is always prompt and warm. If you havent tried it yet I fully suggest dropping in.

I basically paid 11.00 for a to go container of spagetti noodles. I ordered spagetti with meat sauce and mushrooms. What I received 45 minutes later was a container of noodles with a tablespoon of sauce-no meat, no mushrooms. When I called about this I was told they got really busy and were short handed. Wont be back!

This is the first time that I have eaten at Palios Pizza. We placed our order and fairly quickly our soup and salad arrived. The tomato soup is divine! Great flavor and excellent portion size. Shortly thereafter our pizza arived. Unfortunately I had ordered a calzone. I stated that it was fine and it wouldnt be a problem, I would just eat the pizza, but the manager insisted that he make a calzone for me to take home. All I have to say Ive eaten a slice of the calzone and the pizza. Both of them were fantastic. The calzone is made different than any other calzone Ive ever had, but it was delicious! So for service and the food Im giving them 5 starts but I wish I could give them 10!

Was sure disappointed to walk in and discover they had switched to Pepsi. Always enjoyed the food before, but 5 of us left that night, and went to a competitor (Pazzo! woodfired pizza) close by that still serves diet coke. Could have even been tempted to stay with diet Dr. Pepper, but that wasnt offered either. Wont do Pepsi!! Bummer!

Greeted with a smile and a welcome as always. Salads are very good here as are their dressings. Pizzas here are delicious as well with a wide variety to choose from. Service is prompt and food is hot when it comes to the table. Depending on the salad you get, they too are at the right temperature. Plus, I like eating pizza with a Pepsi drink. They now have a Pepsi fountain! Yay! Will definitely be coming back here more often. The restaurant is clean, they have 3 TV S for viewing and it appears they adjusted the setting to the middle TV because the picture is not as green as it had been in the past. The restrooms are clean and roomy. Prices are reasonable and the food is worth it. Try their yummy wings!
