While I normally never post a negative review; assuming everyplace has an occasional bad day; this is our third bad experience in a row at this location and our last visit at this site. Our grandson s meal came out with the chicken strips so overcooked I could not cut them with a knife, resulting in him having a dinner of fries. We then waited an extremely long time for our meals only to discover the order had never been put in. We were told it would only be a few more minutes, but after 20 minutes longer, we asked for take out boxes and the check and left. We always stop at Crackerbarrel when we travel and have never had a bad meal. There is something seriously deficient in the functioning of the operation at this location. Very disappointed in the restaurant, but store employees were great.

We took our mom here for out monthly breakfast gathering. We got here early (9am) , it was Sunday so we knew if would be packed later. My niece joined the waiting list online and I got there and checked in. Hostess was great, she asked if everyone was there from out group and I said no, she let me know that she will hold our table and to come back when everyone was here. After everyone was ready we were seated promptly, our drinks were taken and very soon after our order. We were brought our biscuits and then our food very fast. Our waitress was very attentive, and my sister didnt get her french toast but that mistake was corrected quickly. Will definitely come back here.

Our waitress was the best part of the experience this trip. I bit into my pancake and had a literal shard of glass from a coffee mug in it. My server was so nice to check up on me and ask if I was okay, which luckily I was. I was upset not only for myself but also because I was sharing my food with my 2 year old toddler. Sucks because my wife and I love Cracker Barrel but after this experience, we most likely will not be back

The host was too busy hanging with employees in the kitchen area. There was a lady there who I asked for help she stated she was to go personal. I was wondering why she was standing next to the hostess stand and not somewhere she could help a customer away from the hostess stand. The waitress named Desirae was a sweetheart. She took my order after answering all my questions. She was busy and still managed to help all her customers with speed and accuracy. Well Im very disappointed in management! Just because Im handicap doesnt mean I can be dismissed or belittled. We were there and preregistered over the web. They told us 50 minutes and to check in, so we did. After about 45 minutes we checked where we were on the list he told me there was one more and then we were next. Then we noticed other guest were being seated we asked again and they kept saying we were next. That is when I asked to speak with the manager, Scott Rizek, general manager. He dismissed, talk to me like I was a bother, and stated he was not going to discuss it and went back to work. After more than 1-1/2 hour wait we finally got a table. The table was still dirty and full of syrup. The server Chris was excellent compared to general manger. This place is not handicap friendly, but rude and disrespectful to people with disabilities.

Notes then pros and cons... Notes: -the new bacon & egg hashbrown is pretty good. -front store always has some awesome stuff to see and buy. Pros: -service is usually pretty good -food is usually pretty good -front store always has new stuff every few months. -employees usually dress appropriately and are nice. -food is usually priced great. Cons: -front store everything is always expensive -coffee is 3+ dollars for sub par coffee and is too hot to drink for 5 minutes usually. -early mornings when they just open, if you want peace and quiet, some ladys or group always show up and are louder than the music playing in the restaurant, this sucks. -rarely not often, but they turn up the music volume so its hard to hear the conversation at your own table. -on weekends it gets crowed A LOT, check in online when your headed there to save a spot. If you just show up during this, you will be waiting 1-2 hours. -only 1 set of bathrooms Parking: Pretty big parking lot, hard to not find parking, plus the next restaurant is usually closed and can park there as well. Great experience at Cracker Barrel 151. Walking in the front doors they have someone taking your name to put you on the wait list. Thank You Sunshine great experience. He told us it would be 30 mins and we were seated in 15-20 mins. They ladies that took us to our seat were nice and friendly. And a shout out to Belle, waitress. Although and item on our order was incorrect, her overall service made up for it. She was very friendly, got out order in and out quickly, checked on us frequently, but not to frequent and got extra items quickly when she checked on us. Never had to ask more than once. We dined in on a Saturday afternoon, we expected a wait so we checked in and browsed the retail shop. Found gorgeous items marked 50% off, held them at the register once our table was ready. This place was not as good as I remember it. We waited 40 minutes for our food only to find my parents ny steaks overcooked (we ordered then medium rare, they were well done), my smoky southern chicken was dry, mac and cheese cold... the only good things were the loaded baked sweet potatoes and breakfast plates my siblings ordered but you cant go wrong with pancakes I suppose. .. even the biscuits and corn bread was cold and dry, tasteless. My family and I and my neighbors family ate here on yesterday. Everyone who got the catfish and turnips are throwing up sick and have food poisoning. We ve noticed there was a souring taste in the turnip greens yesterday, but somehow thought it was because we had put the Pepper sauce into the greens. All of our food came out cold, but we dealt with it as we don t like sending food back. But that s not the real issue. The service was absolutely the BEST!!! Our server was Hilary. We had a vegan guest with major allergies, and Hilary was friendly, patient, and kind. She figured out ALL of the info we needed, including what type of oil the fries were fried in, and if fried in the same oil as meat or shellfish. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! Hilary refilled my husband s soda quickly without having to ask. She kept us updated on our food status once we ordered. We had chicken and French Toast, house salad with a vinaigrette, Bee Sting Honey chicken tenders with green beans and fries, and another Bee Sting Honey chicken tenders with dumplings and steamed broccoli. The new limited time Bee Sting Honey tenders were delicious!!! There were about 7 large tenders on each plate. We didn t count, but there was plenty of food! Had a great waitress yesterday evening named Hillary who was so sweet! She was so knowledgeable about the restaurant and even explained to us the differences in aprons that staff wore! We had our food out within 15 minutes of us sitting there! She was great at checking on us! Good luck with school Hillary!

Came in for breakfast. Took forever to get a server. Order came out wrong. Didnt bring out the gravy for biscuits. They gave us extra bacon no one asked for, and charged for steak tips that came with the plate. Manager only gave us 50 cents off. Didnt wanna argue about it. What a joke though. Server didnt know the breakfast menu well, but I dont appreciate paying for their mistake. Never coming back. Service has gone downhill A LOT.

I ordered the fried pork chop plate to go. I live 3 mins from the restaurant and my food was cold when I arrived home. The bake potato I was old which you could tell because it was tough and cold. I was disappointed.

I just wrote one for the restaurant so.im assuming this is for the store. Well, theyve got some cool stuff in here. The wife likes cooking with cast iron and they have some good options. They also have quite a few non-mainstream snacks and tons of seasonal items. It was odd seeing Halloween merch pushed in July but that broomstick moving by itself was pretty cool so ya, we bought that also.

Had a bad experience 16JUL24 for dinner. The restaraunt was about 25% full so we got seated right away. Our server took our drink order promptly. Two Pepsi products served were visibly clear and had no syrup, had to reorder drinks. Food took an hour to come out. One of five orders was missing. Two orders had incorrect sides. Two orders of chicken fried steak were inedible. One had almost no batter and looked like a hamburger. One had batter on one side that looked very strange. My guess is the dredge pan had been sitting all day without being changed or refilled. Neither had any gravy??? A couple sides had clearly been sitting all day, dry crusty beans for example. Somethings up in the kitchen.

Cold food , sat 10 minutes waiting on a tea refill They have no idea what chow chow or pepper sauce is I asked 4 times I travel and eat at Cracker Barrel all over the country this is by far the worst All have gone down hill in the last few years. Horrible experience.... reservations online are not considered. They go missing after talking to several people who lack communication within the staff. Such a shame that you get asked to have 6 people eat and for the rest of the part to wait outside. What kind of business with poor service does this instead of accommodating with an empty table right next to it. If you all need additional staff to provide better service, please invest in this.
