He may call himself an attorney but he is far from being one. After initially taking my case and speaking with great confidence that the issue would be resolved in less than 6 months, the case would then drag out for over 3 years, and through this time, the only time jerel would show any a enthusiasm towards the case was when funds in the Trust were running low, after replenishing his account, I rarely heard from him until it was that time again to Top Up the account. jerel did nothing but take my money and waste my time, and he did it well because in the beginning he would string me along with good news to then getting billed again which then became a vicious cycle. Many of the documentation that was sent out on his behalf always contained grammatical errors which I corrected and had resent so the defendants could actually take him serious. A lot of the research involving the case I did myself, no initiative was ever taken on this guys behalf. Since making my point of no longer topping off his account, he has yet to fulfill his word on getting the motion to dismiss signed by the courts, another simple task that was screwed up multiple times by mixing up the dates/days of the week (confirmed by the courts county clerk and they even told me I should find another attorney, because a good attorney doesnt make mistakes like this, their words, Amy was her name). jerel is not a man of his word, dont waste your time or money on this guy or his firm, completely incompetent and unprofessional. Take your hard earned money to a real attorney, one that will keep his word, one that will fight for you, not his bank account. If only zero stars existed, hed be a great candidate.

Mr. Ehlert was incredibly helpful on the phone, and was able to answer a lot of my questions. He has an immense amount of knowledge and guidance as an investor and a lawyer. Really helpful as a new investor, will continue to work with him on future deals.

Earlier this year our family needed Wills and the associated Power of Attorney, etc documents due to a major surgery that was coming up. Jerel and his team went into action and were able to produce the necessary documents in a very short time. This brought peace of mind to the family during this difficult period. Their follow up to make sure everything was signed and notarized properly was excellent. I would recommend Jerel and his Law Firm to my friends and colleagues. Also, I use his services in preparing loan and legal documents for my clients for real estate transactions. Again, his team is professional and very timely in preparing and shipping these documents to the required title companies. I do recommend the office of Ehlert Law to my colleagues all the time.

Jerel has been my lawyer now for several years and has undertaken numerous services for me in the Real Estate investing realm. Jerel only wants what is best for his clients. I personally have worked with him and he has helped me tremendously fight for my right and win! He is attentive, passionate, knowledgeable and for me having him as my lawyer was the best decision Ive made! He thoroughly explained every process and situation and I felt comfortable having him represent my case.
