I came in today at around 730pm and the staff was terrible. There was a man with very short dark brown hair who gave the absolute worst service to me, being rude and talking to me as if I was under him. Not only that, but he was messing around with coworkers and yelling, almost ignoring me the whole time. I have never experienced worse than this before. If I had a name, I would recommend him gone.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The place was dirty, and the staff was unprofessional, spending most of their time on their phones and showing absolutely no respect for the customers. I witnessed an employee loudly insulting a customer who had waited for over thirty minutes, simply because the customer interrupted her phone conversation. Quality service is worth paying for, and unfortunately, this restaurant doesnt seem to value it. I won t be returning to this location or chain. Shame!

This location was very dirty. The staff was RUDE! My family and I were hungry, so I tried to ignore the fact that they were having issues with the other customers who were waiting for their pizza. But when she was getting my pizza, she dropped it and said she would have to start over. I tried to tell her no thank you, but she was too busy talking on her phone, so I had to ask a little louder. I told her I just wanted a refund, and she told me she did not know how to do that. I told her that someone here should know how to process a refund, but there was no one and no manager who should be reached. She became very disrespectful, yelling and laughing at me and my husband. I should not be surprised as the customer before me had to tell her she was rude and that if she didnt like her job to get a new one. Needless to say, I wanted to let everyone else know about my experience, and I will not be returning except to talk with the manager.

We walked in around 635pm and saw almost every single chair up on the tables. The young lady who took our order did not greet us or ask what we would like, we just got a blank stare. Staff is unrecognizable from the paying patrons, no name tags, no shirts, just random assortment of graphic tees. We went to find a table and started pulling chairs down (as there was no other visible option for seating), and we were promptly told by one of the workers (again had no idea if he was a worker or not) that the table we were trying to use was closed for the night. (Picture around 650 for reference) Now on to the pizza. This is a low budget Mod Pizza and the same price while getting less pizza. There is no reason the pizza should be as flimsy as a New York style pizza when it is (at best) a 10 pizza. When we left at 705, we were the only table with chairs down. The young worker quickly came by and put the chairs up so no one could eat in the restaurant the rest of the evening. Overall, not worth it. Mod Pizza just down Stacy has better options and their customer service is much better. Only reason we tried this place was because of a coupon. Thankfully we didn t spend full price for the two of us.

Horrible service, dirty restaurant, rude staff and lame pizza. I have been coming here for months, and this is the worst it s ever been. I have no idea who is managing this place but it seems like no one is managing it at all. Do they even care who they hire? I walked in and no one greeted me. Finally someone asked what I wanted - no smile no greeting, just a blank robot of a stare. The pizza had barely any cheese - much less than usual. And the pizza I ordered was supposed to come with basil on it. When I asked where the basil is, she said they are out. They never told me this before. I may not have ordered it if all the ingredients weren t available. I won t be coming back - at least for a while, until there is new management and new staff. (I also witnessed them ignoring another customer who walked in and stood there for 3 minutes while they chatted by the kitchen. They knew he was there. They just ignored him.) This was truly horrible service and the management should be ashamed. It also doesn t help that the place was filthy.

Went in to order 2 ladys that were working were really rude. Not to mention I needed to order a second pizza she walked away. Staff is horrible this is the second time staff was rude I will not be back. Food is good but not that good to put up with horrible attitudes and looked like they threw something on and came to work. If you are not happy with your job or whatever do not take it out on your customers. Bad customer service management needs to address staffing attitudes there.

Pizza was good as usual however the service staff was incredibly rude and told us that if were going to use coupons we should come before closing. The shop closes at 9 and we had made our order around 8:40. We offered to pay cash but we were still given an attitude. When we asked for the name of the manager, he refused to identify himself. Luckily there was a lady working in the back who advised us that the manager Dino has been unnecessarily rude to customers all day, apologized for his actions and did right by us. Unfortunately we were not able to get the ladys name but its very clear who should be in charge of handling customers. I understand its frustrating to have customers come in towards end of day, but you are in the service industry and have to treat your customers appropriately.

Pie five is my family s go to place for eating pizza out. My favorite thing to get is the stuffed crust with Alfredo sauce, cheese, chicken and ghost pepper sausage (with mikes hot honey drizzled on top of course). They have never disappointed. It s speedy yet super tasty and super kid friendly as the options are almost limitless. They even have cauliflower crust for those of you who love a healthy twist on your pizza! Just a 10/10 Vegetarian options: Either you put meat on your pizza or you don t. They got you Dietary restrictions: Cauliflower crust, gluten free crust. Options to get no cheese on pizza and just completely customizable. Kid-friendliness: Many many options, so your kids never have to be disappointed and say there s nothing I like here . Like babes they have everything, try again. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking spots and removable chairs.

We decided to give Pie Five a try, and we are so disappointed. The thin crust is like a stale cracker, my margarita pizza was missing basil, and my Athenian pizza was missing the subdued tomato puree/garlic/basil/and feta. We will not be back unfortunately.

Well the food was not really the unfortunate part of our experience separate from the crust being very undercooked which we assume is because they wanted to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the whole experience was ruined by the staff. The cashier was very unkind to us and acted as if we were an inconvenience to them by ordering food.... at a restaurant.There were many interactions that were simply just unkind throughout the experience of being there. As someone who has worked in the service industry, you never treat customers like this!!!!! Coming back here to update because now we see my husband was charged twice for our food.... The cashier said his card declined and ran it again just to find out he was charged two times.

OMG! I can t even imagine it is so good before I tried!! I love their make your own pizza option! We ordered two favors and I love them! The crust is thin yet crispy. Worst costumer service! I order a win-win bundle that suppose to cost 10.99 and they charge 5.99 for the pizza and 5.99 for the salad... I even left tip for them until read my ticket. Since all the pies they make are individual sized ( no not a tiny personal size) and they make it right there in front of you! So cool. Wife takes the grand kids there and they like it. I see why, individual personal size pizzas made to order . So we were in the neighborhood and were looking for deep dish but couldnt find a place. Not really a traditional pizza joint, more of a fast food version. Let me say this, the young lady who took our order looked and acted like she absolutely hated her job, the customers, and life. She gave us a if looks could kill glare, didnt answer our questions, I have never experienced such a bad customer service interaction. Made us feel unwelcome but we went ahead and placed our orders. The young man and black young lady that were also working were great and friendly. We ordered four different pizzas with 3 different crusts. We liked the Gaucho Steak and High Five meat with Panzano crust and parmazon stuffed crust best. Thin crust not-so-much. Overall more of a kids place or someone not wanting to much. Fast service, decent prices. Hope the girl that has so much hate or personal problems gets help.

I love Pie Five and the one in my city didnt make it and closed. On a road trip I got to visit this location. The staff was nice and the guy making my pizza has a great memory. He had me list my toppings, and I got at least 10, and he remembered!!! I tried their new stuffed crust pizza today. It was good. It was thin, but soft. The cheese is listed as parmesan but has the same melty pull as mozzarella, but the nice sharp flavor bite of parmesan. Id get it again. Overall, this was a good experience, with good customized pizza.

Ask for drink told me that they donot have carbonate. I did ask for cups bc I bought 2 sprite and also my son grab 2 cups for whater. The pizza is good but am wholeheartedly turned off by the staff s unfriendliness, mediocre service skills, and lack of care for managing the turnover of ingredients. Asking that the bar be fully stocked feels like a chore more than it should considering that s literally the pentacle of why customers go down the line to make a selection of the vast ingredients available not be told oh we don t have this and we don t feel like prepping it! That s not the attitude I expected from what used to be a top tier place. Very disappointed in this location!

Sorry I went. They changed thier menu -- lucky I accidentally found out they now have milk in thier crust or theyd have killed my grandchild whos allergic to dairy. I m not one to typically write reviews, but I believe my experience needs to be heard. I love PieFive and the food, and normally the service is pretty good. But today, I went in around 1PM, ordered my pizza, paid, and asked for a water cup. I went to the drink fountain to get soda water, which for those who don t know, it s literally just carbonated water. A few moments later, I heard a male employee (most likely a manager or shift lead) screaming at me from across the store about how my drink isn t water. I was utterly confused so I dumped my drink out and began to fill it with soda water again, but I got screamed at. AGAIN. After that, I just dumped the cup, filled it with ice, and sat at my table. After this entire situation, I heard the employee belittling me amongst other customers saying how I m stealing from the store and scamming them. Not only was I humiliated in front of an entire store, for doing NOTHING wrong, I was left with a horrible and degrading experience. This was an act of defamation and I will not be returning until this employee is fired. I saw that another reviewer, Scarlett Huang, also faced customer service troubles recently. The male employee (I believe he was Caucasian and looked 20 to 30 years old) is probably the same person. Management needs to do something about this employee immediately. Whoever manages these comments, please reach out to me to get this situation taken care of.

Typically service is polite and efficient. However, I went in today to buy 4 pizzas at around 6:30 PM and the shift head at the time (as far as I assume - he was wearing a black shirt) was quite rude and impatient and kept asking thats it? at any sort of pause (for example, he asked thats it right after asking if he could put olive oil and spinach on the pizza). He also refused to start working on the pizza until I listed all ingredients for him, which is something no employee at any Pie Five location I have visited has done before, and something he also did not do for subsequent customers. Other employees working at the time were far more polite and efficient.

My family and I really enjoy going to Pie5. Great food and customizable. Fresh ingredients and relatively short wait times. The kids enjoy getting to pick their own toppjngs. Additionally, Pie5 also has unique limited time pizza that definitely deviate from the norm. HOWEVER, we are not fans of the larger pizzas or take out. We have ordered to-go before and the crust always seems soggy and the toppings arent nearly as enjoyable when it cools.

Absolutely delicious. We tried this place for the first time tonight and it did not disappoint. The staff was pleasant, the toppings were perfect in quantity and quality and the pizzas were cooked to absolute perfection. We ve been very skeptical about trying new (to us) pizza restaurants but I m so glad we tried this one. We will definitely be back!

We were so excited to find this place as we havent seen one since living in Lawrence Kansas. Wow was it horrible. Food was fine but the employees were clearly upset that we were keeping them from hanging out in the back and talking. Literally the only people in the store and they forgot to make our salad and walked away while ordering more than once. Order over the phone and pickup that way you dont have to deal with them and itll be fine. Ill never go inside for sure.

Friday evening we walked over from our hotel to order pizzas to go. Encountered three of the nicest, most courteous and helpful employees. And our pizzas were hot and delicious when we returned to our room. We love the thin, crispy crust! My husband commented that they build a beautiful pizza

2 weeks ago.....Best pizza ever! 5 stars Todays review is a 4 star! The flavor and the crust are amazing, HOWEVER the toppings were like a shadow TODAY, you can barely see them, especially the cheese and the chicken! This is not a cheap pizza, so I probably wont go back because of their inconsistency!!

Great food for a great price. The personal pies are plenty big enough for a 64 280 lb fridge like me to enjoy. Toppings are top tier and theres a large variety to pick from. They have come products, but their root beer was one Id never seen before, and it was awesome! I just wish it had been diet, but I ended up getting a refill of it anyway, because hey, calories dont count on Sunday! Hard working staff doing a great job of taking good care of the customers, their equipment, their facilities, and each other, and I can say with full sincerity that, if you like pizza, you cant go wrong here.

Had not been in a couple months only due to not out and driving much. We went today to specifically try their **NEW** PAN PIZZA! OMG so AWESOME! We got the first one on the menu board (cant remember the name) but its loaded with sausage, pepperoni, peppers, onions and is freaking deeeeliscious! Decided to try Pie Five, as their prices are quite reasonable. Very disappointed. The toppings are so sparse, we rearranged them to a normal coverage, which left half, yes half, of the pizza bare. The magic dust ingredients are not described on the app, so we went ahead & tried it. We thought it would be a parmesan cheese mix. It was more like oregano, black pepper and _________. It definitely detracted from the pizza flavor. The thin crust was not that great. Maybe its better hot ==> Pie Five sent it via DoorDash. The calzone was tasty, but Pie Five doesnt include a marinara dipping sauce, which was also disappointing. Two stars. _______________ Update. I ate at the Las Colinas location yesterday, 11/11/2020. The food was great. The toppings were plentiful. Great value for the money. Five stars.

We ordered 2 personal pizzas for dinner tonight via Door Dash. Unfortunately I was disappointed as our order arrived cold (not even barely warm) My High Five which has 8 toppings (and I added 2 more) barely covered the cheese. I had like 3 pieces of topping on each slice. I also ordered a drink that said it was supposed to be a 20oz bottle, yet we received a fountain drink, which taste completely different.

Great location and the food was delicious! I ordered a gluten-free crust with the vegan cheese to make the pie completely vegan. My only issue is that gluten-free crust only comes in 11-inch crust and there are up-charges for both gluten free ($2.99) & the vegan cheese ($2.99). The up-charge for vegan cheese on a 14-inch pizza is $4.99, but the person said that the gluten-free crust was the only vegan crust option. Overall, the food being fresh and tasty overruled the extra charges.
