Im fairly new to San Angelo, but I had been hearing about In Vino Veritas for years from friends and family. Finally, made it in there, this evening. What a comfortable, welcoming establishment! The perfect place for a date or a couple of glasses of wine with friends. The staff is so friendly. I will certainly be back.

The wine and service was good however beware if you order cheese or salami you cut it yourself. I was not expecting that. So end up taking home a block of cheese after our drink

I stopped in for the first time ever to simply look around ask a few questions and was allowed to sample a few different ones. ( Which I wasnt aware that one could do that I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was great answering all my questions, so I will definitely be going back soon

Great and friendly service. Wine selection is well rounded. My friend and I love to meet up to share a bottle of wine and cheese/crackers appetizer. Would be a great place to buy a bottle of wine and share with a friend!!!!

I love coming to visit when Im in town. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always helpful and make great suggestions on wines. They always remember what I like and lead me to fantastic wines every time.

wow! i came to this place several years back and it has gone way downhill. i like to visit boutique wine stores because they usually know about their product and I have been given great advice and excellent service in the past. do not expect either from this wine store. the wines are overpriced and not good. i took a bottle back last night to give management a chance to do the right thing and please me, their customer but they were not interested. they offered me a less offensive wine but charged me more money after I took my time to return my first bottle because it was not drinkable. . Needless to say I will not return as there are many wonderful options in san angelo for great wine and appropriate service.

Nice place, but expensive. Wine tasting was too costly for us. Staff is friendly and answered all of our questions. We have an extensive cellar, they had some wines I wanted to try before paying that much on the bottle but the costs for tasting were way to high

Great selection of wines, at affordable prices. You can pick your favorite wine, or try something new, and enjoy it in the nice lounge or bar. They also carry a good selection of craft brews on tap.... still hasnt changed. My new spot, once again.

My husband and I used to enjoy In Vino Veritas until a recent event in which I received less than par customer service. Basically, purchased $650 worth of wine at one visit to have 12 of the bottles packaged for transport home neck down in a box creating a top heavy box that tipped over when I made a turn in my vehicle. Subsequently, a bottle of the red wine busted in my vehicle. When I called In Vino Veritas to explain the problem and to request a replacement bottle due to inadequate packaging, the response was that the manager was not available. I then attempted contact for two more days to simply be told they are trying to decide what to do about it. I was assured I would have a return phone call...still waiting. Mean while, I am out a $45 bottle of wine and a $75 vehicle shampooing. I dont believe I have ever been treated with such disregard from a local establishment. Their customer service is certainly lacking, and I can say with certainty we most likely will not be doing business with In Vino Veritas in the future.
