My wife was hurt badly when a tractor trailer driver merged into her and smashed her into a wall. Her legs were crushed and she has had 3 surgeries and 1 more to go at least. I was referred to Scott by one of his former clients who is a friend of mine, and I thank God for that. I didn t trust any lawyer before but now I do. Scott got us money to help get us through the lawsuit to live while I took care of my wife; and while no amount of money will equal what my wife and family have been through- we are ready now to face our new normal. . I was was rear-ended by a visually impaired driver the night before my 32nd birthday. The incident was horrific from the actual strike to the poor hospital care. So I am a physician and was hit by a uninsured driver who ran a stop sign then lied to the police that he had insurance in Jan 2021. My SUV rolled over 5x about 213 feet. I had injuries and had to go to Physical therapy. I hired a law firm but they could not get State Farm to honor the policy. This went on for about 1.5 years until they hired Snellings Law Firm to help them. I was first contacted by one of the attorneys Hannah Conrardy. She was very professional and by talking to her I could tell she was in her comfort zone with these cases. Her confidence gave me more confidence that I might just get my case resolved. I want to point out that Hannah communicated with me with updates whenever she had something important and to let me know she was still working hard on the case if a lot of time had gone by. The office staff was also very responsive and we communicated through text as well which went into my file. I cant put into words the persistence that Hannah had like she was fighting for someone in her family. Then after we did receive a decent settlement offer, Hannah continued to see if there was more money on the table and kept pushing State Farm to settle for what was actually owed on the policy. In January, I was involved in a roll-over auto accident and suffered a small fracture in my back. A friend advised I needed an attorney, and suggested Snelling and Snelling Injury Law. I checked out their helpful and informative website and realized I did need an attorney. Within half an hour of filling out the online form, I was contacted by the paralegal who did an intake interview over the phone and determined I probably had a case. We met with attorney Hannah that afternoon. She asked some more questions, informed of us of how the process works, and we entered into an agreement for legal services. Hannah and her staff were excellent and superb throughout the entire nine-month process. She guided us in providing the information they needed to pursue a claim. They arranged the back doctor and physical therapists, both of whom were outstanding. Hannah s staff regularly checked up on how I was healing and doing. The only thing they didn t do was work on the auto insurance, but they offered advice for that which was helpful. Weekly check-ins went to two weeks, and then maybe three, but I was always welcome to call or email for updates. The compassion and care were outstanding. A settlement was reached in November, and it far exceeded my expectations. Hannah and the staff at Snelling Law are outstanding and provided superb service and support. To get straight to the point, I couldn t be more supportive of Snellings Law and their team! I was in a car wreck this year and needed help sorting through the aftermath. I contacted Snellings Law after I got into a bad collision. I just wanted to say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My husband and I were in an accident last October that totaled our car. I was nearing 19 weeks pregnant at the time. Our daughter is now 6 months old and the happiest baby ever. Was in an accident and was calling around to get price quotes. Found Snellings Law and decided to go with them. They were great throughout the whole process, they were quick to respond to random questions I had, they were quick to update on where they were at with dealing with insurances, etc. They helped solve the police report giving a 50/50 fault spilt when in reality it was 100% on the other driver. After weeks on the phone, this was the only place that Intercepter got an attorney to talk with me for a few minutes. So they get my good star for at least being human and communicating with me. My issue is motorcycle related and NONE of the Big Motorcycle Law Firms would talk to me. So go figure.

I have known Scott for several years and have watched him successfully help his clients in the area of Personal Injury. My wife and I were referred to Scott after she was rear ended at a high speed during rush hour traffic. After the accident, we were left without a vehicle and my wife ended up in the hospital with a severe concussion. This was the first time we had ever been through anything like this and to say it was overwhelming is an understatement. I worked with Scott Snellings directly after a bad accident. Scott put me to the front of his schedule the afternoon after the accident and arranged complete medical care with no out of pocket cost to me. As needed, he arranged for my surgery and follow up physical therapy. Eventually we were able to settle and Scott negotiated a very fair deal for me, got the medical providers to negotiate down and left me well compensated for the injuries I sustained.
