The only thing, is that the A/C, was below par, otherwise everything was Beautiful. Many Guests were leaving early, cuz the Heat, was not comfortable at all. Too hot to Party or Dance! Maybe, they were trying to cut costs.??

MLTTX is a great venue for all sorts of parties; birthdays, baby showers, weddings, etc. staff is very welcoming and caring about giving you the perfect party! Family members and friends always have a great experience and a great time here! Booked multiple family parties and never had a bad time with the venue or staff!! Catering is also great as well! Definitely recommended!!!!!

Victoria the coordinator and decorator were very nice but the owner is a very rude lady. I brought in my own vendors, cake vendor etc.. because her vendors were quitting now I can see why. She was rude to my vendors they told me after event. Beware!! Of Booking suite 107 the AC was broken not working properly and it felt like a sauna, she said we broke contract with cater heating tortillas which isn t true, she broke her contract not providing a safe environment for guests with extremely hot conditions, people were getting overheated and headaches, trying to blame everyone else, everything was melting, we were having to rush because it was extremely hot, Half of our guests left only 2 hours into event about 8pm people were having to go out to they re cars to cool down, the candy buffet vendor got there from Kyle Texas around 8:15pm and had to start giving away bags of candy because it was just too hot melting in glass containers setup, the 360photobooth vendor said her equipment was gonna overheat and had to stick one of the 2 fans towards 360, when we tried texting that we needed help and how bad the conditions were, she said based on her camera we looked like we were enjoying ourselves, I told her lady you need to come out here to feel for yourself, we were just trying to stay for our daughters sake since we paid so much money for this day. We needed someone to come out but no one came to speak with me like she tried saying after I called her Monday, she expected 2 small fans to cool a place the size of a gym, it got so hot it felt like a sauna, we have plenty of witnesses that said it was a health hazard Hot, it wasn t us just complaining. What bothered my husband and I the most is Mariana never came out to at least apologize about what happened when we came to pick up our deposit check that Monday, She was unprofessional about the whole thing and just left it with the front desk, she said over phone before hanging up on me that it was out of her control and would just credit us 1hour!!than hung up, It wasn t about the money, we had been planning 8months to make this special day happen for our daughter after the loss of my mother to cancer, why would we just want to rush things, it was how she handled everything with no empathy trying to blame it on everyone including our cater, it was hot before any guests or vendors even got there, The DJ and photobooth vendor also stated that it was extremely hot around 3PM and never been to a venue so hot inside before guests arrived. She tried to say we were bullying her, voicing our concerns over text and phone is not bullying, we had no alcohol, young teen guests were getting headaches so they re parents left early. She has no empathy and is very unprofessional I caution you and wouldn t want this to happen to anyone else, we spent over 10k for our daughter s Sweet 16 Thank God I paid outside vendors not to this event place. Don t say I didn t warn you, please take your business elsewhere because this owner won t care about you. Victoria, Lasaro the decorator are sweet they deserve to work for a better owner. My vendors will also be posting a review on here because they witnessed what happened!! My husband is a police officer and we were talking civil, she just didn t want to hear us.

We recently had my daughters 7th birthday party here, and it was a great experience. Victoria was the party coordinator, no complaints there. The day of party everything was exactly how I wanted it, Miss Gloria was also great help, anything I needed she made it happen.

I had my sons first birthday here a few months ago and the staff was AMAZING. Victoria was so sweet and took our party ideas to a whole different level. Mariana helped my family plan a graduation party a few years ago and we fell in love with how much work this team puts into each party. I can t wait to find another reason to plan another party with them !! Couldn t have asked for a better party venue, thank you guys for such an amazing party celebration for our little man

I was excited to book my sons first birthday party here. Unfortunately, over 2 weeks later and STILL no one has gotten back to me. I called, messaged on Facebook, emailed, numerous times, but no one has reached back out to me. Very disappointing as we were looking forward to having our party here but we have taken our business elsewhere.

Next week will be a 1 year that I celebrated my wedding here. My husband and I were 100% satisfied with the service. If your nervous or worried here you won t feel that. Staff takes all that off your shoulders. We felt completely confident in their work. From the delicious food that was catered to the helpful staff that made our dream wedding come to life. I recommend this venue you won t regret it.

Booking our babys first party here was an amazing experience. You pick your theme and ideas and Mariana will put it all together beautifully. You are welcome to add many details and decor that you want for extra cost! The team was amazing from helping set up to being assertive to my guests. My guests loved the party, the food was delicious. Overall lots of compliments will definitely book again!!!

If I can give more stars I would! I was very impressed on how my daughters party turned out despite her choosing such new characters/theme for her party. Mariana and her team definitely went above and beyond from decorations to food everything was great! I highly recommend this venue if you are looking to have a stress free party/event! (she takes care of everything all you will need to bring is your own cake and center pieces.)

My family & I had the pleasure of having my 1st baby shower here. It was a blast they did all the hard work decorations and catering, fruit & candy table all we had to provide was the cake and center pieces. They have a few packages you can select from, we also choose to rent the beautiful glam white chair for an additional $150.00 totally worth it. Restrooms are clean and well kept up with, plenty of parking. Thank You Mariana, Pedro & their whole team

My nephew got married at their venue tonight (Grand Monarch Venue). The lady that I assume was the manager tried to overcharge by several hundred dollars. When his father asked for an itemized invoice, she first texted him a screenshot of a piece of paper with numbers (not itemized) written in crayon. After my wife and a his father and his dad tried to discuss these new found charges, she called the newly married couple poor, several times, and then said they don t owe anything. My nephew is relatively average middle class and certainly not afraid to spend money if he needs to. She was strangely defensive when she had to explain the new charges. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend this venue.

Mariana (the owner) is AWESOME, she goes above and beyond to keep her clientele satisfied and happy. I had my daughters Sweet 16 in the new bigger hall in January 2020 Mariana and her staff worked hard to ensure my daughter s event was a memorable one she is very detail oriented she made certain that every detail we described to her was met and in place. She relieved a lot of my stress I APPRECIATE everything she did for me and my daughter that day. I received so many compliments from my guests on the hall her staff the cleanliness her hospitality and the food. Her prices are very reasonable as a matter of fact I ve already scheduled another event with her in a few months for my son.

Had my sons birthday party here. The owners were very helpful and we also had a staff member available during the party for anything we needed. We ordered the popcorn, cotton candy, and snow cones machines for the children. Bouncer and games kept the kids pretty busy while the parents talked. The price for the venue and catering was the best compared to the other venues we quoted and some didnt have catering option. My wife and I we very satisfied since we accommodated more people from friends and family that we could have in Chuck E Cheese. I highly recommend it.
