Have lived in NY, PA, FL, and TX. I absolutely loveee Subway. This Rowlett location makes me never wsnt to go again. Attitude, mixing up ingredients, and just not making sandwiches properly. Ill drive 10-15 miles to avoid this location!!!!

Everytime i come to this location the servers are talking Spanish about the customers. Also, this location claims to be out of things such as the footlong cookie so they don t have to make it. service was terrible. District Manager doesnt deserve the tittle due to the unp conduct and behavior she conducts in herself. She should go through additional training due to the lack of comprehension and knowledge she possesses. I got charged for food that I did not want and was refused a refund and or my food to be remade. I didnt even eat the food. This location is not a corporate but a franchise that is just looking for a quick dollar. Subway you should do better in who you choose to represent your business. I would give negative stars if possible.

I walk in and the girl working there was arguing with a customer. All he wanted was his money back. He told her the chicken smelled really bad. She said dont have an attitude with me. This was totally uncalled for. Customer service is horrible the place was dirty and nothing but disrespectful customer service. Oh and the new menu is horrible. This was my favorite place , not anymore. Wont be back.

Went there with my friend for lunch got 3 sandwiches one for my husband me and one for my friend, while getting everything on my husbands sandwich the lady started on the next sandwich (mine) but asked my friend what to put on it my friend thinking it was her sandwich started putting stuff on it after I was done with my husbands sandwich i look down to see they are adding the stuff on my sandwich and not my friends i get it its confusing but my friend likes onions,peppers and things like that I do not not. The worker started picking off everything and looked at me like I was in the wrong when I requested it to be re-made she made a huge deal about and gave me attitude. It would of been a different story but onions over power everything. Sorry for the inconvenience wont happen again cause I wont be back.

Editing my original post: Tried this Subway again, service was great, staff was friendly and my 2 sandwiches were awesome. I like that the store has been remodeled with glass they can close completely over the food if no customers are in line. There were a couple flies but it s Summertime, hard to keep them out with the door opening Will not use this Subway again although it s closest to me. I ordered 2 sandwiches toasted. After the 2nd one was made I noticed it hadn t been toasted. Told the girl and she toasted it veggies and all which wilted everything. She opened it up so I could see and I reached to touch it and she pulled it away from me, mind you this was a sandwich I was buying. I walked out, didn t purchase either one and went to Subway in West Rowlett. This is the 2nd time she s been rude and argued with me. She doesn t listen and blames customers.

This subway is one of the worst I have been to. The 2 girls making the food have attitudes and need customer service training. The sandwiches were sloppy and when you asked a question because you can not hear them sense they want to speak in a whisper they have attitude. There was a older guy in front of me and they were asking what he wanted but he couldnt hear them nor could I! And the 2 girls just kept looking at one another with rude faces. There was another lady putting up bread and she was the one that said thank you and have a nice day, that was the only positive thing in this trip here. Will not be coming to this location ever again. We eat subway in Garland off Northwest Highway or Broadway 3 to 4 times a week and the employees and food is always awesome never have I experienced something from these locations like I did today at this Rowlett location.

I asked for a 6 turkey on weat and the lady put 3 tiny slices of turkey i asked if she could put more on it and she said ill have to charge $1.50 i said ohh well. She Basically put like 2 more slices!! Its super clean but they need to work on putting a little bit more meat on the subs!! So very disappointed! Customer Service was awful. I had a current coupon with a QDR Code, buy one get one free. The lady scanned my coupon, waited a second, scanned my coupon again, said it doesn t work! She said she wouldn t accept it because it had already been used. I was taken back by her attitude, explained I just got them in the mail. She was extremely rude, saying I had already used it somewhere else! Speaking to me as if I were lying. She said she couldn t and wouldn t accept it, because the computer said and It s from the Company not her store. I said, this coupon is from Subway, your store or not. I visited the Subway in Rowlett on Dalrock Road on an early Wednesday afternoon for a late lunch/early dinner meal to-go. I ordered my usual 6 cold cut combo on whole grain honey-oat subway bun (full meal deal) with oil and vinegar dressing, diet cola and chips. The sandwich was freshly prepared/assembled, and the ingredients were fresh. I picked my choice of chips, got my fountain drink and was good to go. I always have a good experience at this Subway. I cant think of any bad experiences at any Subway Ive been to.

Went in for #NationalSandwichDay with my 16 month old son. The place was super hot, it was very uncomfortable eating inside but we managed. They were out of 2 different types of sodas, one was definitely Sprite and not sure what the other was since they had them covered with a small sign.
