Kim was a LIGHT for us throughout the entire home buying process - she had absolutely everything covered! She immediately picked up on what we were looking for in a home and hit the ground running to find us information and statistics on homes we were interested in. I was blown away by the amount of information she was able to provide for us without us even asking!!! She didn t try to sell us on anything or push us in one direction or the other, but instead was there to support us and provide knowledge. We ended up finding a house, very quickly, that completely exceeded our expectations within our price range and we couldn t be more thankful that we had Kim to work with! She went to bat for us when any issues came up and made sure we were covered in every way possible. As first time homebuyers, the whole process was new for us but Kim was available 24/7 to answer questions and made the process so much better with her fun and goofy personality five stars doesn t cover it!!! My first time home buying experience would have been dreadful had it not been for Kim. I ran into speed bump after pothole with my lender and the appraiser and Kim was there to fight for me every step of the way. She explained the process and options for the issues I was having and got me through to the finish line the way I think only Kim could have. Her ability to stay focused and keep pushing against any obstacle is something only experience could have taught her and I am forever grateful for her. Kim is far and away the best realtor I have ever used. Her communication, attitude, and understanding are just a few of her great qualities. Just to give an idea of how much she cares about her clients: we have been raising chickens for several years and bought a house with a chicken coop. Kim coordinated a surprise at the title company for my wife and presented her with a chicken AT CLOSING haha. She is honestly the best and I can not recommend using her enough. Kim was recommended to us from our mortgage lender and I feel so lucky for that. She is clearly an expert about the process and also the local market. Kim was nothing less than magical! Kim knows real estate from every angle and for any contingency. My family and I are new residents of San Angelo, relocated for work, and Kim really helped us get to know the city and knew were all the good houses were. Kim was friendly with our kid and really listened and coordinated what we wanted in house. Once we moved to San Angelo she and her amazing team worked tirelessly to help us find and buy the right house. We found our new home and it is amazing. We would peruse the listings, send them a list and within a few hours they had called all the sellers and set up appointments for us to see the houses. During the talks with the seller she really fought not just for us but for what was right by principle. When we hit bumps in the process Kim was right there to review the problem and offer not only a solution, but any support we might have needed as well. I can t count the number of times she called us just to be sure we understood what was going on and offer her assistance. Kim is not only the best realtor I have ever dealt with in San Angelo but best in the entire state of Texas. I had a piece of property that I had been trying to sell for years and had not gotten any serious offers. I was ready to settle for just whatever I could get out of it when I contacted Kim. She told me she would list it for more than I was trying to get for it and she went to work on it, before I knew it she had found a buyer willing to pay the full price that she was asking. I was amazed and very very happy with what she got me.

Kim is GREAT! We had a rather complicated procedure with purchasing our second home. She was on the phone with me daily (by my request) keeping me updated on the process. She was very diligent on getting us exactly what we wanted. She even went the extra mile and made sure we had the best care with the inspector and warranty after the sale. She helped us sell our previous home in under a week. We got a fair deal all the way around. She is now part of the family and we see her often!
