This location constantly messes up orders. Just placed a pickup order and waited over 30 minutes. Checked my sandwiches and was missing a wrap. Apparently they made an extra sandwich instead. The girl who messed up my order made me unwrap all my sandwiches at the counter so she could figure out which one she messed up, then threw it away. Then had to wait for the wrap. By the time I got home sandwiches were cold, ice melted in all my iced coffees. $30 for this??

Dunkin is great, coffee great, donuts great. Only 1 star because whoever made the bagels cut the size by about 40%. That needs to stop! I was in there this past Sunday as usual to get my multigrain bagels and to my surprise when I got home they were mini bagels. Huge let down. Please get it right! 11.16.2021: Update, the Manager at Dunkin on Westlake Houston Pkwy told me the owners said it was changed at all Dunkin Donuts everywhere. Well Ive had to travel out of state for several reasons and I made sure to stop at a couple of Dunkins Donuts. Guess what, the owners lied to their manager nothing has changed in any other Dunkins, only their greed which out weighs quality at this Donut shop...

Zero customer service. I know it s hard to find good employees but accountability and telling people your expectations before hiring will in fact change things. Even with these teenagers. Attitudes when THEY mess up. I said no whip, came with whip. I m lactose intolerant so I can t just bite the bullet. I don t want to be sick for days. Got greeted with an attitude and she put a spoon in it and took the whip out. Made her make it fresh since I m highly sensitive and that little bit you could still plainly see throughout the drink the whip. Stop the madness, franchisee and listen to your reviews AND watch the cameras to see what s going on in YOUR store.

First mess up: cold brew was so weak it didnt look like coffee, it looked like tea. 2nd: Ordered a hot latte and received an iced one. Whatever, drank it anyway. At least it had caffeine! 3rd: Yesterday I received a latte with no espresso. They literally forgot to put the coffee in my coffee AND I had ordered an extra espresso shot. Ordered online so that I could grab my order and head to work. However, I was told my order wasnt ready and asked to go inside, once I got inside not one employee knew what I had came inside for all these kids looked lost. Upon waiting an additional 15 minutes I was then given my order in which I immediately gave back because my latte was extremely cold and not sure why if my order wasnt ready then it should have been hot . Asked one of the ladies to please remake it and she rolled her eyes, and murmured while making it. She handed me the latte hotter than it should but didnt care to call her out on her poorly job since I was already late to work. As I got to work, I opened the lid to let it cool down and this is what I found: An empty cup. I know latte has foam but should not be missing half of my coffee once it starts evaporating. This location is horrible.

Asked for an iced water got two ice cubes in the water. Asked for an iced caramel latte with extra espresso (extra charge) and no whip and got no espresso and whip. When I told her she took it back and scraped off the whip cream which took my drink down to 3/4 full and it was a messy disaster, closed the window before giving a straw as I m holding this dripping coffee outside my window that I didn t want all over me. This is one of the worst Dunkin s and I will absolutely not be returning. The service industry is garbage and everyone expects a tip.

They got my handicapped friends order wrong, and when the male employee came out of the restroom his pants were below his waiste showing off his under garments. Its been a while since Ive been here since its a 7 mile drive, but my grandkids wanted donuts and my wife had a craving for Boston cream donuts. When I walked in I was welcomed by at least 2 of the workers. The 2 young men at the counter were friendly, professional, and patient. My only issue is the assortment of donuts. No chocolate frosted peanut or coconut. Also the frosted sprinkles are all raised and not the old fashioned cake like we prefer.

How do you start a job with no uniform and lose there application and you work two weeks and they make you reapply that way they can get paid for the days you ve worked. Absolutely terrible! I made sure to get names after my last experience here. First off, a girl named Brynn was on register when I had entered and she just had the nastiest attitude even before I got to ask for anything. I tried not to think much of it, maybe she had a bad day, but that s still not the attitude you want to bring to work. I tried to move past it, but I noticed cockroaches on the floor and it was absolutely disgusting. I made a little comment about in case she didn t see them so they could do something about it, but she still did not care at all. There was another lady, Leysha, who just seems like she hates her job! I don t know what position she s in but maybe she s not the best to have on crew. To the young black lady with all the tattoos , it is inappropriate and extremely unprofessional to threaten to call the police on someone because they asked for more jelly. The staff is rude (this location is busy) and they don t know how to manage a rush while still being kind to customers. I asked a member of the staff to explain how a coupon works in the app and was told I have a long line , I m not going to sit here and talk to you I mentioned that I would communicate to the manager how I was being treated and the young lady told me she did not care about this job it s clear the staff is unhappy and that is affecting how customers are treated. Also they discriminate based off race, my mother is white , she came back to the restaurant with a complaint and was greetings with kindness , apologies and respect as opposed to when I returned with an issue , a member of the staff threatened to call the police against me, because I was holding up the line with my questions .

Went in this morning to grab my son breakfast before his appt. Instead of donuts he asked could he have a sandwich with sausage & cheese. The female at checkout was very nice (she s the only reason for 1 star & the fact I couldn t put anything less) & stated they have a sausage, egg & cheese. I said that ll work, just no egg because he s allergic. She proceeded and said she ll just take the egg off. Well as I m waiting, the food prep station is open so I saw the young lady making the sandwich. She made the sandwich with the egg on it but realized it said it said no egg. She then took the egg of & bought the sandwich to pickup. I explained to her (nicely) I saw the egg touched & that he s allergic. Boom, attitude & unprofessionalism activated. Her voice escalates and says we need to know if their is an allergy . I looked at my receipt & it states no egg, I then show them. At this point I thought she was remaking the sandwich, but NO, I ve been standing for at least 3 minutes. Another lady walks up and said do you want a refund? You mean to tell me I ve been standing here and it wasn t being remade. During this the blonde young lady with the white vapor Max is upset, agitated, and bothered. Engaging in convos with other employees that seemed towards me, but I won t assume, was distasteful even if it wasn t. You re in a customer service business that is open and customers can hear and see everything. The young lady then come back that asked would I like a refund to say can I give you a refund or something else? . I asked for something else, but I noted the unprofessionalism. I see why the overall stars are 1.5, that s ridiculous. We do frequent this location but usually through the drive thru. This is an unfortunate day of events, because my kids request this place & I actually love their avocado toast. But I ll simply have find another location. Do better with customer service please. Note, I made my order at 9:40 and didn t leave until 9:55. Smh.

This is the worst customer service I ever experienced. I been to other Dunkin s and this is by far the worst. I am never satisfied when I get my coffee from there. There is always always something wrong with my order. Today is national free coffee day and they had a long line in the drive thru but because the Dunkin app wasn t working they did not give you a free coffee .wow!! I will never go back to this Dunkin location.

I wish I could give it zero, well ok maybe a half star because it really is a nice looking Dunkin. Don t let the curb appeal fool your eye though, it s probably the worst one I ve ever been to as far as speed and customer service. Any time you order some sort of prepared food you re asked to drive around the other side of building and wait for it. Check the other reviews, you cannot make this up! I ve complained to corporate, I ve complained to local but apparently nothing is changed here. Prior to living here I was a frequent Dunkin person, almost daily. Now I basically skip it and boy is it saving me money. So I guess I can say thank you for being the worst Dunkin I ve ever patronized for saving me money. Either save your time and don t go or go to the one on North Park which is a bit better. Word to the wise, if you order ahead on the app, order wayyy ahead of time. I would say like 15-20 mins is sufficient-maybe. Apparently the owner doesn t give two flying flucks about their place because nothing here has changed. Maybe corporate needs to come pay a visit and see how they operate.

The customer service is horrible I usually go here everyday for my coffee but the younger group who works here always has attitudes and are extremely rude! I ve had to speak to the manager multiple times because of it and today while I was drinking my coffee I found a bug in it and now that I m calling them to complain no one will answer the phone! When the manager Yolanda is there it s great but when she s not there the staff is horrible.

I went thru the drive thru on 8/18/22 at 7:50 am before school and I ordered this coffee and 5 munchkins. I handed the drive thru lady a $20 and only received $5 back. I noticed it when I arrived at school and couldn t go back. I had called and was told by the manager that there was no way I ordered from them because all transactions from that day started with a #4 and not a #7? How is that possible when everyone at school with a dunkin cup got a #7 on it?? Kinda sketch that they would jack a 16 yr olds $15 like that .

Donuts are always thrown out by the time we get there well over an hour before close. Refunds are given but never shows up in my account. I place an order an hour in advance and am not notified until I get there that they dont have any of the donuts I ordered, once again, with no refund. They will not answer the phone. I work in fast food too and this is just absolutely ridiculous.

Worst customer service. I was instructed to park and wait in the front after ordering and they totally forgot about me. Set there 30 minutes had to walkin to get my order which was totally incorrect. Waited another 15-20 min while they served others when Id been there at least 45 min. I should have been priority seeing Id been there the longest. This was all for a couple of croissants and donuts. NEVER AGAIN. Should have followed my first mind and went to IHOP. Never received an apology either. It was almost as if I was wrong and was bothering them. Here now as I type this!

The dunkin donuts in Belllaire is really a model for what all dunkin donuts should be, sadly you stopped at this one in atascocita. Chances are you donuts will be stale and your coffee? If it wasnt made a couple of hours during the morning brush so its now cold it will come with either no sugar or 10 scoops and nothing in between. Ever so wish they would open a new one in Kingwood and model it more after Bellaire, thats how you make real money. If customers what they want. Sadly this is the only one nearby and I for some reason keep coming back. --------------------------------------- 2022 update - Coffee has improved considerably, and donuts dont taste old anymore. Its gone through numerous management changes from what I can tell. Hey, whaddya know we finally have a Dunkin in Kingwood now to boot. Neither compares to the one in Bellaire, but most Dunkins dont and I have had to learn to live with that :)

The first time they did want me to come back and get my order corrected, but in that case I also waited 50 minutes for an order that was incorrect when I was on my way to an event. It pains me to write this review, but Ive had a lot of negative experiences and it keeps getting worse. Do not use the app to order ahead, they will not start on your order until you are standing at the counter asking for it. I make a habit of ordering 10+ minutes before I leave my house and when I arrive I still end up waiting 15-20 minutes for a coffee and bagel. Drive through will steadily filter through and people who walk in and order at the counter will get orders way before those who ordered ahead. Maybe just avoid using the app or ordering ahead. Management has been contacted regarding this issue, but we were sent a very generic email response. I tried to give the staff some slack because times are crazy, but this happens every single time.

This location opens at 4:30 am. I pulled up at 6:10 am and the lights up front were off and nobody took my order through drive thru. I pulled and there were people inside but I was not acknowledged. Finally a guy came up and seemed bothered that I ordered at the window versus the speaker part regardless of me explaining I was waiting for a 3-5 min and there were no cars ahead of me. Other days are pretty disappointing as well . They always have you pull to the side and take about 10-15 minutes just to bring you one side item such as a kolache. This should not be the case with drive thru.

I love this location, the staff is very friendly, they get my order right the way I want it, and the coffee is amazing. I cannot get my coconut carmel ice coffee made correct at no other location but this one, THEY ARE ON POINT!!! I pull up and let me tell you they know my order and my face, that speaks in volume when the entire team know their customers.. That means they are very attentive to their customers... . Please DO NOT EAT HERE! This location has truly gone down the gutter. I had been going a few days in a row and couldnt figure out why my stuff just tasted different, i went inside today just to kinda check it out, today i didnt order food only a drink. But i witnessed the employee making someones wraps ON A DIRTY COUNTER with nothing underneath. He phone was even on that same counter. As he finished i asked him, is that how yall make the food? Just bare on the counter like that? He looked at me confused, and says oh yeah we wipe it down after. NO THEY DONT! I stood there and watched it all happen and he moved on to the next food item doing the same thing with the counter still dirty. The entire cooking area was dirty, stuff on the floor, random employee drinking cups all over the counters, cleaning spray just on the counter. It was all a mess. I will never come back to this location again. I have been frequenting this dunkin for yeaaars but have never seen it like I did today. It was so bad i decided to take a photo to document this mess. (Covered the employee because she was not the person making food she was just working drive thru with orders)

I m a kind and patient person, i ve worked in a drive thru at Starbucks before, so i m always understanding, BUT this place is just horrible. Not only was my drink wrong twice, but I waited 10 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese that was COLD; not even the bacon nor the egg was cooked. As i came back to get it warmed up with an understanding heart, the manager mean mugged me (looked at me rude) and walked away from me without helping me. I had previously had bad experiences at this location, but i gave it another chance today and it was worse. Don t be a manager if you re not bettering yourself or staff. Lines get long, communicate and work efficiently with your team works so actually work; what are you getting paid for!?!?! it s disgusting how people act here. this location needs help with sanitation, friendliness, cleanliness, communication, speed, and accuracy. i hope others have better experiences, but i have never had one and this is location all 15 times i came here.

The service I received around lunchtime today was not just horrible, but unsanitary. I witnessed an absolutely filthy kitchen with dirt, grime, and old food everywhere. My wrap was placed directly on a dirty surface and the old crumbs and dirt were all over the wrap. I refused to eat it. I ve never seen this place so disgusting and I may never go back unless I hear this issue has been resolved. Management needs to take responsibility for the cleanliness of their kitchen.

Description of the sandwich I ordered online said 2 slices of bread (I double checked) but I only got one slice (open face). They shoved the donuts into one bag so there was an icing mess of different flavors mushed together. Didnt mix my coffee, which didnt taste good after mixing it anyway. I created an account to get points for the order, but no purchase history on my account. The whole experience was a joke.

Went through the drive thru this morning to get a coffee and breakfast. Got my drink at the window, asked for no cinnamon since I get a slight allergic reaction from it. There was cinnamon on it, but no big deal, I can take it off when I got to work since my reaction is not horrible. Was asked to drive around to wait for my food, no problem. Wait for over 10 minutes with 4 cars behind me. Go in, wait to talk to someone, asked for my money back since I was already late to work. She said she would make it, waited another 5 minutes.

HORRIBLE service!!! I went for two mocha iced coffee with cream and sugar and they gave me with so little chocolate and no sugar at all! They ignore you and one girl comes up and says you guy can look at the orders to see who is who while the pick up line is constantly growing! My girlfriend and I absolutely love coming to this Dunkin location, admittedly we ve made it a bit of a habit to come here once a week and each time we come we have excellent service. The staff is respectful, friendly, and always seeks to ensure that the orders come out correctly. I typically order online, and they usually make the order as expected. If anything is missing, they will be happy to correct it. If I had to recommend one Dunkin location, it would be this one.
