Meredith sets the standard for all other agents. It is extremely clear that she cares about her clients and dedicates all of her time inside and outside of normal business hours to ensure their needs are met. Meredith was referred to us by a friend when we were looking for a home to purchase. We were out of state and were unable to view homes in person. As first time home buyers, we were completely unaware of the process. She explained everything thoroughly and took videos for us when we found a house we were interested in. We were so impressed with her that we hired her again when it came time to move. She gave us the same experience as the first and I couldnt be happier with her efforts. Meredith was genuinely interested in helping us find a house that we d be happy with. We felt comfortable with her throughout the entire process because she was never in a rush and went our speed. This was important to us because we ourselves had a deadline, but personally don t like to be rushed. We were moving from San Angelo area all the way from South Dakota and we were first time home buyers. This wasn t our first-time house hunting, but this is the first time buying. Meredith worked with our schedule and timeline, she made this a very easy and comfortable process. She was friendly but never sugar coat things. She would point out things in a home that could be a potential problem or things that would prevent future home owner problems. Which was great cause we weren t use to looking at things for a Texas home vs a South Dakota home. We were looking for a home to buy due to a big job change in Texas. We saw many different homes that we were interested in as Meredith pointed out several homes that met our various wants and needs. We decided that we wanted a new construction home and were unsure of how that process would go and would it meet our deadline. Meredith worked with us and the builders to communicate our timeline, wants and needs and we ended with our dream home. If we were ever to sell and buy another home, we would not hesitate to reach out to Meredith again. She listens to what we were looking for , took countless measurements for garage to fit our large car , and made sure we had a great home for our large family. My husband and I were looking for an investment home and we didnt know any realtors in the area. We contacted the realtor for the property we were interested in and spoke to Meredith. It was a blessing to have met Meredith and after speaking to her, we felt comfortable to have her as our realtor. She is easy to reach, quick to respond, detail-oriented, logical, and will advocate for you! We had some issues with inspection and they helped us through the whole process, stayed on top of the sellers to make sure it all got done and helped us with an easy closing. I could never say enough amazing things about Meredith. She took on myself and my husbands craziness with a smile and laughter.
