This place is fun, and during the day pretty low key except for the local regulars and they have free pool and shuffleboard. Can even play your own music on the jukebox, only drawback is that there is not a kitchen staff usually until maybe the evening however you can get some microwave pizza sometimes. Drink prices are great and the bar area is pretty big with sitting areas outside in the back.

Very friendly staff & other customers where very nice & welcoming. Bar tender Jen was amazing & helpful! Update: I had to come back an update my review. So now that Ive been in TX for 3 years, Im now a regular here. Staff at the bar is still great-- Alicia (gorgeous blonde) & Chandler are my favorite . Inta (not Russian) is a very hard working owner who I consistently see going above and beyond. During the holidays (starting Halloween) the place is nicely decorated. Has great seasonal themed parties! Karaoke nights on Wednesday (Dans my favorite) and Fridays. Drinks are reasonably priced given its Lakeway. I do miss our old KJs (Marrissa and Jon) on Friday nights. Sometimes we get young kids trying to get in for under age drinking/ fake ids. Thats normally caught right away by staff or us the regulars, as we dont like kids coming in and lets say not being able to handle their alcohol. This place is Ike our very own CHEERS. I cant say enough about this little hidden treasure in the hood.

Came to this bar with my wife last night and the blonde bartender was rude as hell! Does she not know that shes in the service industry? Im shocked that shes even employed there. When I asked for another drink she rolled her eyes as if I were bothering her. Left her NO TIP!! The karaoke was cool though.

tucked away in the corner of a lakeway strip mall is this friendly real Irish pub. tues nites they have authentic Irish music that started with four and grew to nine musicians. its an undiscovered gem with great Irish coffee, Irish beers and food. have some fun!

Nice local pub. Good people, fun times. Nice and chill place mostly, but gets loud and busy on Friday and Saturday nights as any good bar should. The population is mostly 40+ age. Back room has pool tables and offers a quieter place to talk. A small outdoor deck offers a place to smoke and has no music or noise at all. Everyone can find the level of sound and activity they want while enjoying a cold beverage.

Based on the great advertisement on-line for this place, drove with family and friends all the way from Dripping Springs to watch Nascar and eat fish and chips in this Irish sports bar . Arrived to find a pleasant place with the bar area full of late Sunday afternoon regulars. No one else there. They were out of most of the on-tap beers with the bar tender trying to get carbonation sorted out on one of the few beers they had. My wife wanted a Chardonnay from a long listing of wine they had they only had one bottle of white at all. We ordered food no fish and chips or most of the other foods on the on-line menu. Settled for Shepard s pie after we order Bangers and Mash that never came (only to find out an hour later they don t serve Bangers and Mash). The Shepard s pie came and looked like strained Beefy Campbell s soup wedged between 2 scoops of HEB microwaved mash potatoes. We asked the bartender to turn on the Nascar race with the many TVs in the bar. He was only permitted to change the channel on one of the TVs in the dining room as to not disturb the locals. So, we sat with drinks that were not wanted, some attempt at looks nothing like Shepard s pie, and trying to watch a muted TV with the race while the locals at the bar swapped loser lies on a Sunday afternoon. My wife decides to download the app and play juke box. She loads $20 of credits and picks out all the songs. As the music starts, the volume was instantly turned down. We inquired and the volume was returned to a reasonable, listening level. Soon the volume went almost off again inquiring, we see that one of the locals at the bar had control of the volume via a remote. The locals evidently didn t like the songs or volume as it probably interfered with their great live stories that were being swapped. The young bartender told us to call the company of the juke box for a refund. At this point, we d had enough. A couple yells/screams at the locals and we were gone. This place is a joke compared to the great advertising from their website. Highly recommend that you pay for overpriced beer and food that isn t advertise elsewhere at least the atmosphere might be better!

If youre looking for a decent watering hole out in Lakeway this is the place. Its like Cheers at the lake and I felt completely welcome even though it was my first visit. Had a burger and it was more than decent ,staff was lively and attentive, not to mention easy on the eyes. Check it out. Update: May 18 2021: Ordered a burger to go, (alone again, naturally) but had it at the bar because this is such a cool, wait, it is such a warm, inviting locale. If youre looking to try something different, un-trendy, and thankfully un-hip, yall need to check it out. Recommended!

I was in Austin visiting my daughters for Easter. Stopped by LT Corner Pub for a drink. I notice I was the only black person in the bar lol. But I had the best time with all my new friends. Wow! Walked in for a drink after an event we were at tonight. Stood at the bar, while the bartender talked to people and then made about three drinks for some other customer. She got done and walked to every person at the bar...purposely going around us and asked them if they needed anything and then went to picking up empty glasses. She never said hi. She never acknowledged us and never asked us what we would like! WTH! Unless you are a regular, NEVER GO HERE!!! Do not waste your time! Update: I cannot speak more highly of the owner of this establishment. He reached out to me through here and by email to make things right right away! He was so kind and friendly. I look forward to meeting him and shaking his hand. My husband and I will be going back on in the next few days and I will be sure to update you all on our second visit. I have updated the 1 star to 4, because of the effort Bill made. If we have a fantastic experience, I will update it to 5. :) Holy buckets!!! This place is the JAM! I m not just saying this. We stopped in tonight 7/10/19 and I am so grateful that the owner reached out to me and asked us to come back. The patrons welcomed us with open arms and we had a blast at karaoke!
