Wonderful job by Joes Window Cleaning on indoor and outdoor cleaning of our homes windows. Joes communications beforehand were courteous and the crew arrived on time. Joe and the other crew member were polite and friendly, and worked quickly and professionally. They wore booties over their shoes indoors and were careful of furniture and items. The work took around 4 hours to complete. Our home is ten years old and this was the first time we have had the windows cleaned professionally; it makes a very satisfying difference to the sense of cleanliness and our appreciation of the view, more so than I had thought. Subsequent cleanings are expected to be easier if done regularly. Very pleased with the final result!

Joel did a great job on my windows. We both guessed that they hadn t been cleaned in at least 5-6 years. No, I m not the culprit I just moved in. By the time the guys were done the windows sparkled, and the window wells and tracks were free of dirt and debris. We had gutters full of leaf/twig stuff, even where there is no tree closeby. He took pics for us to show us the accumulation. The before and after pics were amazing. Joel and his crew did a phenomenal job cleaning my gutters and power washing. The gutters had leaf guards but pine needles would still get into the gutters and sand from the asphalt roof shingles had really clogged up the gutters where no water was making it into the downspouts. Joel s team cleaned them all out and left no debris. As for the power washing, I have been doing this myself for many years, but it s a near all day job given the large areas to power wash. I have about 6200 sf of travertine tile deck around my pool and outdoor kitchen area with some trees that overhang above the deck. The constant droppings of acorns, pecans and leaves stain the deck and make it difficult to clean. Needless to say, the deck looks brand new now after Joel. In addition to the deck, Joel s team power washed a sport court and two driveways. Everything looks amazing! Joel was very professional and showed genuine interest in understanding my goals and objectives so that he could exceed them, and that he did. I would highly recommend Joel and will be continuing to use him going forward on a more frequent schedule.

Amazing guys! They were both very professional and did a great job cleaning our windows and gutters. Our place was built in 1904 and when I contacted several companies about hand washing the windows, they either could not or would not, unless we paid more for the service. Joes (Joel and his partner) understood what we were asking for and they delivered big time, climbing ladders, and walking on the roof line to make sure everything was clean. Joes has been doing my windows and gutters for several years now, he does an awesome job his role is to providing satisfaction quality and perfect service to the consumers and ensure that their accommodation are being met.
