I was cleaning the charging port of my iphone 13 pro and then it stopped charging. Went to Cell Phone Fix and the technician said he ll cleaned it first and charge it, and it worked. Instead of paying $110, I only paid $30. Moral lesson here dont clean your charging port with a hair clip lol 5 Trust me they will not gonna rip you off. 5 stars !!!

Went in and bought a 270 iPhone xr for my son then went home and we noticed the battery was was bulging out the screen and the phone said that the battery wasnt an apple part and the face identification didnt work. We went back and spent 30 minutes waiting standing because theres only 2 chairs in their tiny store then spent 50 more on a iphone 12 then went to our carrier and they told us it was locked.

Cell Phone Fix on Knickerbocker is awesome. They were able to repair my IPhone and Mac laptop. I had lost all my data and was in a frantic. I had taken it elsewhere and they couldn t repair it. I will always bring all my devices here from now on. Don t go anywhere else they get the job done.

The guy got angry and was yelling at me because I wanted to fix my phone somewhere else because they gave me a really high price, and I just wanted to check other places and I am very polite and respectful person so I stayed quiet while he was yelling like at me like if he was my father just because I did not want to fix my phone with them, and it was the worst experience ever...........

my phone screen still worked going in . they said they would call and let me know how much it would be before actually working on it by performing a diagnostic . my phone is now more damaged than it was going in , they tried to make me pay saying they replaced my screen but didn t . my screen still has old scratches and the bottom of my phone where they replaced the screen is damaged . he then argued with me not only on the phone but also in store . this isn t the first time i ve had issues here , the first time i just left it because my screen still worked but they use cheap screens to fix it , my screen was blue . if i could leave zero stars i would , don t ever take your phone here .

I will never go anywhere else! These are honest people. They could have easily said my screen was cracked and charged over $100 to repair. Instead, it was only the tempered glass that needed replacing for $21.64! My phone looks like new.

Excellent service. I had an iPhone totally lock up on me and could not find any useful tips on line. The nice gent at Cell Phone Fix reassured me that he could fix it and he did. Woke up to the sun instead of my phone alarm....phone died (?) overnight. As a Realtor, I panicked because my phone is my lifeline. I googled Best Buy (local apple service provider) and AT&T for store hours...both dont open until 10 a.m. (ridiculous). My broker mentioned his experience with Cell Phone Fix on Knickerbocker and getting excellent service AND they open at 8:00 a.m. (fantastic). I walked in this morning hoping for a miracle and talked to someone close to that....Reagan. He listened to my issue, took my phone and did a hard reset in less than 15 secs. Now, I understand this was an easy fix....and I understand Im a iphone hard reset idiot but I tried what I knew to try including looking up instructions online. I guess Im an instruction reading idiot too because I couldnt figure it out. Needless to say, my phone is fix because Reagan took the time to hard reset my phone AND educate me for next time. So, if you need cell phone repair....got to Cell Phone Fix. They open during normal business hours, they know what they are doing, they are honest and cost is reasonable. Cheap isn t always better. They re nice and reasonable as long as they re getting their way. Since they are NOT an authorized Apple dealer, they can mess up your phone, and blame it on the phone and try to charge you to fix something that s probably not even broken so beware and get a second opinion! Better yet, just go to an authorized Apple dealer and save yourself some time and money!

I read the reviews about cell phone fix and it had a bunch of great reviews so I took my iPhone to get the screen fixed and the gentleman I talked to was very nice and told me that it ll take about forty minutes and come back at six and true to his word it was ready when I got there at six.They ll have my business for now on and actually I have cell service with west central wireless and had their insurance on the phone and when I try to get it fix well . it s a long story and I won t get into it but I dropped the insurance cause after monthly insurance payments and wasn t able to get it fix with them that was a joke and it was cheaper with cell phones fix and they give you a year warranty excluding certain things but worth it.

The first person I spoke to was very kind however the older gentleman was very rude and tried to Over charge me. The price I was told was 140 not including tax but then came out to 156 and some change. Then when I asked why he was charging me so much he then yelled at me that i would have to pay this amount t where ever I go. I then decided to change my purchase (outer box) and just go with my screen being fixed but then he had yelled that he had already put the protective glass on So I would have to be charged that as well. As I was trying to leave he yelled about the warranty that they were only be able to fix my phone for free if the screen glitches but not if it popped out.

The second I messaged the buyer on Facebook marketplace I got a response at the speed of light. The seller was very helpful and responsive with their texts. When I went to the store to pick up my product the seller was very funny and gave me and my partner some of the best customer service we ve had in a while. Regan was the associate that sold me my product and I could not be happier. He showed me every flaw in the phone and even threw in a 60 day warranty. Cell phone fix, did a great job on my cell phone. I think I rather save my money from cell phone insurance and pay cellphone fix, for repairs. My insurance would not fix my cell phone. Instead they would replace it with a detuctble fee, plus I would have lost valuable information that I had stored on my cell phone. I highly recommend cell phone fix. And their no fix no pay terms are big plus.

We took to these guys a iPhone X with a cracked screen. Everything worked, it was just cracked. They did diagnostics right in front of us to verify the phones functionality. i got my screen fixed and it was perfect for 2 months ,no drops not even a scratch on my screen . i dropped it partially on the ground and on tile & the screen CAME OUT and shattered the whole top portion of the phone . maybe it was just somehow a really bad drop from my pocket to the floor but from ONE drop a screen shouldn t break and especially pop out and chip . the phone still works perfectly but just the screen is horribly damaged , from one drop . quality phone screens should be much more durable . they said there is nothing they can do because the 1 year warranty only covers un-cracked screens.

DO NOT do business here unless you want your phone held hostage for TWO WEEKS while they continuously tell you they are working very hard only for them to cal and say they CANNOT fix it. the staff is very friendly, kind and honest. I came to the store asking for fixing the front camera and the earbuds of the iPhone 6 Plus. It could be $70 for fixing those things. However, the guy told me that he see the earbuds still working, it is just loosing at the connection. He would still charge me $70 if he don t let me know about it, but he showed me and explained to me everything. He only charged me for $40 instead. My phone worked perfectly now. I recommend this place for everybody.

They offered my mother a warranty the last time she fixed her phone there and did not honor it. They just watch the video in the youtube and fix the phones without any proper training and skills .i went there to fix my galaxy note 4 and they messed up my phone and could not fix it and they said it was a motherboard problem and its beyond repair . i picked up my phone and took it to the store in the mall , they turned on my phone with same motherboard with different screen . They are a rip off and do t stand behind their work! I took my phone in because of a shattered screen so they replaced it, then about a week later I couldn t use the whole left side. There were no cracks or scratches. I hadn t dropped it or anything so they replaced it again and charged me a second time! Now a few days later it s glitchy again...I still haven t dropped it at all. I took it back in and they re saying it s not covered under warranty because it s physical and it s my fault. These people are a freaking joke. I called twice to get an estimate to get my phone fixed and they put me on hold for 15 minutes while they loudly conversated in their language. They also charge whatever they want with no consistency. The first time I called, they told me it would cost $50. The second time, I called before going there just to confirm the price and after they guy yet again put me on hold, he states it is now. $80! I dont think so! Ill take my business somewhere else.
