Unfortunately, I cannot rate this higher. The service was okay, I cant discount the servers, since they were not unfriendly. As far as the food..... Well, I have to say that subpar is an understatement. I ordered an 8oz serloin steak, with two sides of rice and corn. The corn- from a bag of frozen corn, withered. The rice- overcooked and highly lacking of, well, anything. They seemed to have thrown some onion and carrots into the boiling water, but that was all. And the steak... I enjoy mine rare, and this was far from enjoyable. The flavor was very good, though a little salty, but the texture made it seem as though it had been frozen and thawed at least twice. There was no bright pink color one might expect, but instead, it was mushy, unappealing, and a greyish brown color. I want steak to melt in my mouth, not disintegrate. My family also received other items, and all were lacking. Not to mention the water also tasted as though it had dirt in it. I would suggest to management that they check their filters for mold.

I don t like leaving negative but this is our second visit and same results. I feel bad for the servers as the kitchen is costing them tips and money. Poorly cooked food, undercooked food, cold food, too many other choices that are consistently good. Chop steak i ordered medium, it was so pink it was barely room temp. Upgrade my side to a loaded sweet potato (added 2 marshmallows) for $1.50? Wife s chicken was dry and tasteless and her mashed potatoes and gravy were cold..

If you want amazing service, some good laughs, and someone that makes you feel like youve known each other for years, go see Wendy at this location. Im sure a lot of the other staff are great and provide quality service but Wendy is definitely management material in my opinion.

The lettuce was as warm as the steak, Luke at best. My sirloin was black with grilled marks on one side, grey on the other. Side la cold enough to push my finger to bottom. Obviously sat in window 10 min or more. Manager on duty yelled across bar it s coming! Why didn t ya bring it out you tool?? Asked if it was going to be dry .he walked away. 5 min later dried up room temperature food hits the table, both orders incorrect. Dr Pepper tasted bad. Whole experience was a repeat of 10yrs ago. How do they stay in business?? We asked if we could just leave after eating a ceaser salad and two drink refilled twice .he said you can go, please. Like we were the problem.

Very disappointing. Was here 2 weeks prior and had great service so much so that we came back got here at 5:15 pm and food came to table at 6:15 with a mostly empty restaurant. Manager came out and argued that food order was placed at 5:50 not my problem if waiter didn t put in as soon as we ordered it. When food arrived, my steak was way undercooked and the 3 other family members steaks were way overcooked and the baked potatoes were still mostly raw and hard . Completely sad that the food was amazingly good just two weeks prior and now to get terrible service on top of terrible, undercooked and underseasoned food.

Friday night, my boyfriend and I head to this restaurant for dinner. We had two steaks, his was supposed to be medium rare and I ordered mine medium well. They came out rare and well done. We ordered sweet tea and raspberry tea. The drinks were good, as were the rolls. Those were yummy! We were not happy at all with the steaks. His was very salty and mine had no flavor. We stopped at a gas station on the way home and I got sick. I will have to pass on this restaurant in the future.

On Sunday July 21st our organization met at your restaurant for lunch. The reservation had been made prior on Friday. There were 2 servers, one female and one male. I think the female took on too much and was unable to fulfill the service. The male told us that he was taking one side of the table and she had the other but they did not happen, she had taken most of the orders before he got there. The male took our order and we received our food before the other guests. After 1 1/2 hours some of the guest still hadnt received their food, some who did, it was fried too hard and dry and one NEVER received hers. It took over 45 minutes to get our tickets but of course the gratuity was added even though it was poor service. The manager was very nice and gave complimentary meals to a couple of guests. If you know youre gonna have a large party please make sure you have the wait staff to cover it. It looked like the servers we had also had other customers on the other side of the restaurant. I and several friends have eaten there numerous times and everything was great, thats why we selected your restaurant. I feel you were unprepared for us, with notice and that was unfair to us. I will probably come back but we will probably never come back as a group again. Please check your customer service....

My husband and I took our 17yr old granddaughter and 14yr old grandson here for dinner a few months ago. This was the worst experience Ive EVER had at a restaurant. Our grandson was the only one that got to eat. His burger was under cooked but they cooked it over and he liked it. I ordered the salmon but I never got it. My husband ordered a ribeye but it was cooked wrong a couple times so he gave up. Our Granddaughter didnt get her food until we were ready to leave so we had them to box it up to go. The table smelled like old dish water and old dish towels. It was our second time going there in about two years and we wont be going back . It was not a good experience

Worse Steaks we ve ever eaten, it was supposed to be a Father Day Dinner and everything about the food was Not up to part. Steaks were very chewy more than half of each of the ribeyes were tossed in the garbage our sweet potatoes were burned and the dinner rolls were not fully baked. Ordered a medium rare steak and cut a slice out of it to only find it less than rare, it was lightly seared on each side. I had it sent back only to find that they had put a steak that had clearly been touched and cut into back on the grill (which is unsanitary in my opinion) and when it was brought back it was still rare.

When my family and I arrived we were seated where we had a great view into the kitchen. When the food came out the steak was not cooked correctly had to send it back twice. The baked potatoes were not done, We sent them back . They brought out the potatoes pretty quickly and we assumed it was going to go back in the oven and we asked him if they got them out of the microwave which they said no which we clearly saw with our eyes they stuck The potatoes in a microwave. Well not go back there again.

Me and my mom came here for dinner last night and the restaurant was completely dead only us and two other tables in the restaurant. Once we ordered our appetizers and bar drinks which took quite some time for us to get we were never checked on again. Didn t have anyone stop by our table the entire time we were there other than to give us the check. I m in the service industry so I usually give the benefit of the doubt but a total of 6 customers were in the restaurant and we couldn t even get a second checkup once we got our food to even see if everything came out right.

Ketchup on the table was expired, tasted ransed.told the waiter he never brought a new one out. Hadnt been here in a few years and decided to stop by tonight. Dont think we will ever be going back. Food was ok (once we got it) but service was horrible. Took about 10 minutes before anyone came to get our drink orders, another 5 or so minutes to get the drinks, 15 minutes before our appetizer was delivered about an hour to get our actual meals. We arrived at 6:10pm and finally got out meals at 7:15. They werent even busy. Saw our waitress once after our food was delivered and that was to bring us the bill. She didnt even come back to get our payment, someone else did. The people sitting behind us that arrived about 20 minutes after we did were still waiting for their food when we finally left at nearly 8pm.

Loved it. Got to take the family out for a steak dinner. Our waiter was the best. And it was some really awesome interaction with the waiter. Tried a new adult drink (a huge fan of anything peach flavored. The only downside was the mushrooms on my daughters burger were too salty and the steaks could have been bigger for the price, but overall it was a good time and hanging out with the family and no one was on their phones, is a plus in my book. We waited 45 plus minutes for our food AFTER watching people who came in after us received their food. Upon receiving our food my chicken fried steak was COLD and shrunken nothing but bread. My husband and I wanted to go to a steakhouse on our way home from North Houston, everybody else was so busy so we decided to go here, but I was suspicious when I noticed there were barely any cars in the parking lot. We got the fried mushrooms. They were a little undercooked and a little bit soggy and not very hot. We also got the ribeye sandwiches with all the fixings it was gross and probably the lowest quality ribeye I have eaten. The mushrooms were very salty. The french fries were, and I almost choked on one because they were so dry. The bathrooms weren t really clean and I could see into the kitchen and I could tell they were really unorganized. I definitely would not waste my money on going here. We ended up taking our food to go because it took too long and I was starting to feel nauseous, don t go here!!

My boyfriend and I came here and sat at the bar. We used to be in the industry; We knew they were kind of busy. I don t know if it s cause we re younger or what, but everyone always looks like we re going to be a problem for them. Anyways, Mac & cheese is a premium side, and it tasted like Kraft and looked like school Mac and cheese. I asked a server who dropped our food (she asked if we wanted and sauces) for ranch & A1 sauce & never got it. The bartender asked right after she did, so we told her no (so we didn t get double). We were basically ignored. They need someone at the service bar on a Friday. My bill was like $80, and I tipped her $20. She gave us our original bill and pointed it out our original bill like we weren t going to tip her (we talked to her maybe 4x). We will not be back.

This place has gone way downhill. The service is horrible, waited at least 25 minutes just to get cheese sticks when there were not many people in the restaurant. The waiter said it would take an average of 45 minutes to an hour to get 3 meals and two were basic chicken tenders with fries and the other was one steak with Mac and cheese. I ordered a drink from the bar that took about 20 minutes to come to our table this was only one drink and they wouldnt let me take it to go since we decided to leave and go eat somewhere else. Its just one drink lol horrible service and will not be back.

Have lived in the area for over 10 years and decided to go give them a try. It wasnt extremely busy, just average but waited about 45 minutes for a table. Once seated, a new waiter tended to us, who was great but everything else was horrible. We waited nearly an hour for our food. I ordered a steak sandwich with onion rings. Opened the sandwich to make sure the steak was not overcooked and a long blonde hair was embedded in the cheese. So the waiter took the sandwich back and I waited about another 30 minutes, husband was done eating by then and my onion rings were cold at this point but I didnt want to make a big deal out of it. At this point I wasnt hungry anymore and just wanted to go home to get ready for bed. I asked for it to go and paid our tab. Got home and looked at the sandwich and none of the extras that I paid for were in the sandwich! Needless to say the sandwich sat in the fridge until trash day. Lesson learned and we will not be having dinner there again.

Im very disappointed and embarrassed to bring my family to lunch there after church. First of all our waitress was very awesome and patience. When I first arrived with family ,around 1 pm we waited at least 10 mins just to order drinks , mind it wasnt busy at all, I spoke up and ask if we were gonna get wait on. , Im guessing its the barmaid said yes she was busy, then manager came and took our drink order, mind u again it wasnt busy at all. She sends another person by the name Alisa which end up being our waitress. So we place an order for kids first then ours few minutes later . Kids were hungry they didnt receive there food till 2:10 and then we received our food at 2:30. Very upset and my husband and I lost our appetite. We end up taking our food to go. I was glad kids ate before us . My question is Why so long just to have lunch. ? Again our waitress was apologetic about the kitchen service, it wasnther fault, I spoke with waitress about the timing on food . She sent the manager to our table , again apologize, I even told her its not busy why are we waiting to eat at 2:30pm if we arrived at 1pm. Her reason was kitchen changes , ,Too me poor management to run a business. . We received a $8.75 discount off our bill. Why?? And WOW!!! I will not be returning there at all. Also there was another small family arrived after we did and still didnt receive there food .time on that was 2:40 pm . The only good thing that came out of this , my grandkids enjoyed there food and there tummies were full.Thats is the most important thing to me

I am giving 5 stars because the new manager (Mandy) is truly trying her best to turn the restaurant around. The back of the house is a mess with staffing, which impacted my meal tonight, but I will be willing to try them again in a few months to see if there s progress. The FOH staff is great. I hope they can get the kitchen running effectively soon!

We just had the most horrible lunch. We could tell our server was new so we tried to be patient. After she took our drink orders, we waited 15-20 minutes for them. When she walked by again, we asked for our drinks and then she brought them out then she took our food order. She specifically asked the temperatures for our steaks. Mine was supposed to be medium rare. I also asked for no fried onions or green onions on my pasta. My husband and our friend ordered their steaks medium. While we waited for our food, all three of us had finished our drinks. She walked by once or twice without noticing. We finally had to ask for refills. When we got our food, there were fried onions on my pasta. My steak (medium rare) was closer to medium or well done. There was no pink at all. My husbands and our friends steaks were supposed to be medium. They were well done. All of our steaks were dry and not at all enjoyable. We asked for a manager and Mandy was great. She agreed our steaks werent cooked right and offered us a discount or to remake them which would take 20 minutes. Wed already been there for at least an hour and a half and still had errands to run so we said no thank you to new steaks. Once we finished eating, we waited for our bill. And waited. And waited. We never saw our server so my husband left cash on the table and we left. I had the Logan Off Stroganoff. I dont know what was in that sauce but my stomach was gurgling before we left. I couldnt finish my meal so Im still hungry and my stomach is still gurgling. We wont be back

Ive tried to eat at this location on several occasions and every time Im reminded why I shouldnt. My wife and I attempted to have dinner this evening. We waited in the front for several minutes before anyone realized that we were there. We ordered drinks and waited about 15 minutes before they delivered my wife a wine glass with someone elses lipstick. We sat another 15 minutes for someone to take our order and no one came so I walked to the bar and asked them for the bill. Had dinner elsewhere.

So, it s Mother s Day, and my boyfriend just wanted to take me to a nice dinner this Mother s Day is very hard on me, I lost my mother in December . Not that they knew that, but oh well. We decided to come here for my birthday lunch/dinner. The place was not busy at all. The parking lot was almost empty, my husband thought it was odd. I told him well maybe it s a good thing we won t have to wait long for food! Boy was I wrong, we waited almost over 30 minutes just for our appetizer order. Like I said they weren t busy at all, so 30 minutes just for appetizers was quite disappointing. As soon as you walk in, the place had an odd unpleasant smell. Our table was sticky and felt nasty. After waiting so long just for appetizers we decided to just pay for our drinks, and leave. I knew there was a reason we decided to stop dining here a few years back, but for some reason I decided to give it another try. Service still sucks per usual; we definitely won t be back!

We visited this location on 12/30/23. The inside smells like a bathroom when you walk in. Our server was pleasant and efficient. The food wasn t that great. Mine and my husbands broccoli was mushy, my baked sweet potato was barely warm and my chicken had good flavor but was ruined by its super chewy texture. I ve been here over the years . Saturday, 12/17/23, 3pm. I informed the hostess I wanted prime rib to go. The price on the menu was $29.99. The hostess informed me the price of one serving of prime rib to go is $37 because I have to pay for the packaging of the food and the plastic ware. I said I would go elsewhere rather than pay the extra money to get my food to go. The hostess said that was fine. How can it possibly be fine to lose business? If you order in to eat at this establishment, does that mean you at pay extra if you get your leftovers to go?

My wife didnt want me to do a review because she used to be a general manager of Logans, but bad food and bad service is that regardless!! The salad lettuce was wilted, the potato skins were old and had to be sent back because of that as well as there was almost no cheese! Got them back, same skins just added more cheese and toasted them more! I got the Logan and about 4 oz of it was a big gristle that you couldnt eat nor would want to. Didnt send it back just said with the terrible service and bad attitude from the server just cut my loses! Logans is a dying brand that should be laid to rest. You just cant continue serving terrible quality food and worse service and think its the answer. We wont be back. Weve tried multiple Logans and they are all the same way. The smell when you walk in..the service is terrible...and if by some miracle the food aint that bad, it is still horrible quality considering you pay twice as much than Texas Roadhouse! The issues this brand has isnt covids fault...its doing the same thing that makes you a failing brand over and over again and expecting it to just get better!

How do you burn a sweet potato and why would you give it to me? There were people parked in all the Handicap parking with no stickers, but thats not the restaurants fault for attracting that kind of customer. The food was just okay but they burned my sweet potato to the point that it was inedible. The kids meal was over 10$?? Parking: Shares a parking lot. Pretty sizeable. Used to love Logans but they have beyond fallen off. Got the steak Cobb salad, which used to come with an entire sirloin steak sliced up. It now comes with tough beef tips that were barely edible and a smaller salad. Since eating at Logans 8 hours ago, I have been in the restroom with an upset stomach literally 8 times. I cant even sleep with my stomach hurting so badly. Also, my mother got the meatloaf and couldnt even eat it because it was too salty and mushy. The service was also horrible. The restaurant was basically empty and drinks stayed empty with our waitress nowhere to be found. Save your money and eat anywhere else.

Went to the Logans in Wichita Falls and it was a really bad experience. Unfortunately this visit was almost as bad.... The service was ok but the food was really, really bad........ Update; All places deserve a second chance, so we tried it again. It was actually worse this time... the table and floors were filthy, which was an indication to leave but we tried anyway... this was my family s first visit here. I wish I would ve taken pictures of our food but I didn t. There was 4 in our party we all got the 6 oz. sirloin. They served my mom, by grandson and me at the same time. My dad did not get his food until about 15 minutes later when we were already done & and in my opinion that s an automatic comp right there! out of the first steaks, two of them were six of steroids and two of them work something else very thin. first time as last time here! Even the tea was so watered down it was clear. We did get one appetizer that was amazing. We got the loaded cheesy fries. But that one small appetizer did not make up for the rest of the trip there.

This is one of the Worst experiences Ive ever had. We didnt get drinks until After the food was served, (after about thirty minutes of waiting). When the food finally showed up, everything looked , and tasted as though it were a day old and re-heated. My girlfriend said her baked potato was burnt, hard and crunchy. The ribs were horrible, the fries looked and tasted rotten, the drinks were way watered down, and the overall experience was very disappointing. I spent $80 for two meals that we did not eat. Needless to say, i will NEVER return to this establishment. Buyer beware !

The food was good. Not as good as the one in Lake Charles but good but the service left a lot to be desired. First we waited for a table when there were plenty of empty seats. Not a long wait and I understand if they didn t have enough wait staff. Then we waited for our appetizer and rolls. Started off as a good date night with my wife. We got our drinks and rolls quickly and rolls were hot and delicious. Things went downhill from there. It took 45 minutes to get our food since my steak was dropped apparently. I dont remember it taking more than 10 minutes to cook a steak so not sure how that turned into 45 minutes anyways. While we were waiting, our waittress abandoned our table so we never got refills and the manager only came by right before we got our food to let us know the status. He never apologized or offered to even comp our appetizer we ordered since food was taking so long and we were hungry. Once we did get our food, my steak was cold (leads me to believe it wasnt just the drop causing the delay) and my wifes food was room temp and tasted AWFUL. Her steak had a nasty aftertaste and was nothing but cartilidge so it was unedible basically. When we paid, they took our money really fast but then took over 15 minutes to come back. At that point, we went to the front and found the lady who took our payment just hanging out. We asked for our card and left as quick as we could. One of the worst resturaunt experiences we have had in years. If you can go somewhere else, I highly recommend you do. Food and service will be better elsewhere as it couldnt be worse than how Logans was to us.

Grandma loved her meatloaf. It was really good. Mashed potatoes were good too. Grandpa loved his ribs. Granddaughter liked her steak tips& fries. Daughter ordered a medium sirloin but it was overcooked and really didnt like her side salad. The peach cobbler was disappointing. For starters we had the shrooms, they were way to greasy. I ordered the Sirloin medium well with roadhouse rice, and mashed potatoes. Sirloin was a bit dry, and the rice was not pleasing to myself. My husband ordered the New York strip medium well, with a Cesar Salad, and the roadhouse rice, his was tender and full of flavor. Gotta say, when you go to eat at a place that used to be great it s disappointing. Yeah seeing how this place had about 5 tables on a Monday night at 6pm doesn t seem good. Which is why it was so hard to understand how none of the dishes were removed from our table except the basket the rolls come in. Our bartender/server kept disappearing. Now she had 1 person at the bar. They had a promotion for a free app on Mondays. I was unable to login to the application and when I went to reset my password, it kept telling me my phone number was already registered. I couldn t get out of that screen, I would close the app, same thing, I deleted and reinstalled the app, same thing. I showed the server, she said she would try on her machine with my number, came back and said my phone number wasn t registered. So basically I wasn t getting a free app, no problem, don t offer a promotion you won t follow. I wanted to order an entree to go, after waiting 20 minutes to finally see her, she comes with the check and just walks on by instead of asking if there is anything else. My family went out to the car while I waited to pay, as they had the temp in the place at -35f. The food was good, we have never had a bad meal, meatloaf is always delicious. Wings were excellent, yeast rolls, always great. Now that they have Flight on tap, made this a little better. All in all, server ruined the night and when it s slow, you should be a little more attentive. This was horrible. Good luck in your future Logan s. Parking: When you only got 5 customers. Ordered a medium steak and baked potato. Steak was medium rare but not a big issue. I feel the steak was a bit over seasoned and was a little too salty. The baked potato was great.
