If I could give a zero I would. I went and purchased couches on Wednesday the 27th and was scheduled to pick up on the 28th.My father went to pick up the couches and drive about 6 blocks to my home and before unloading the couches we noticed a hole in the couches fabric to where then boards where showing underneath. When calling the store the lady stated well they are new couches. We drove back up to the store with the couches and the rest of the sectional that had not left the store yet was tore as well.They told us we would have to go to Temple for the couches we ordered(we are in Waco) I stated I would not drive to temple for something that was their fault.So they agreed to bring the couches Friday Morning .Before we left the store we noticed the same issues with the couches from Temple and even with the display couch they offered us . I will never get any furniture from them again. I feel bad cause they are just gonna try to sell them to the next person not paying attention.

This probably one of my favorite stores in Waco. Great staff, well stock store, great deals on a lot of products. You cant beat their prices on spices, olive oil, or baking Essentials! The after holiday sales on decorations are always outstanding if youre that kind of shopper!

Lost a customer! My husband and I bought a new house, drove 45 minutes to the big lots in Waco, TX for a sectional couch, we found the one we wanted and the GM wouldnt sell it because he only had half of it in the back. My husband was willing to pay for the full couch, full price, leave with half and return for the other once it arrived and was told no. If you go to Big lots, be sure to ask if they have the whole product otherwise youll leave empty handed

They had exactly what we needed! All the other big box stores in a college town were out! Big Lots will be our go to store from now on! The furniture department was extremely helpful, patient and kind! The female who helped us out with our queen box springs was extremely kind and the gentleman helped us get it to our car and instructed us the best way to secure it on top of my roof of my car. We referred another student for the same product and they were just as helpful to her as they were to us. Thank you BIG LOTS! Sic em Bears!

Prices have gone up on some items to where you can buy certain items cheaper at HEB or Walmart. However, they still carry items that you can find no where else and some items that are easy coast stuff, which I personally like. Good place to go for some unusual offerings.

I never go to Big Lots. Ive had friends who go there and seem to like it. But, last week I helped someone with a bed he had purchased there, and it was not what it was promised to be and I had to help him return it. I, for some reason, just do not care for Big Lots and will never shop there.. especially after that individuals experience.

Ive only gone but three times since Ive lived in Waco but need to go more often. They have cute house decor and lots of yummy snacks! They have nice furniture to choose from as well.
