I rented the venue for 3 hours for my SILs baby shower, allowing 2 hours for the party and 30 min for decorating and clean up. The owner was very responsive to texts and answered all the questions I had about table sizes, etc. I received my deposit back after we did basic clean up (vacuumed, took out the trash, etc.). I highly recommend it!

They will not give back your deposit. They will make thing up and lie to prevent giving it back. We cleaned for the last 20 mins of the party taking great care in making sure we left no mess. Scamming people
