Garrett was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. At the end of the conversation, Garrett said that this consultation was free and asked that I just use the firm moving forward. Ashley Titone was our lawyer who helped my wife make our wills, durable powers of attorney, and medical powers of attorney. We got a fast and free consultation that led me to then hire them to execute the work. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again this fall for some additional edits after the birth of our second child (I hope). The birth of our son prompted the need, and our wills were over 12 years old from when I was active duty - things have changed since then. Ashley worked with my wife and I over several revisions because I had some unique asks like assigning a dog guardian and how we wanted our assets in case I died, she died, we both died, or the entire family died (scary as it is to think about Id rather have my will spell it out than a well-intentioned court do it). Solid.

I would give 0 stars if I could. If you want anything legal, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. Kitt Marshall was hired to do a probate with my sisters death. He was extremely slow until the money, $3500 was used up. Then the last 2 documents that he needed signed was sent back the next day and never heard from him again. Also I was not told the truth, he stated he got a court date that was canceled. But then he stated that he needed 2 more documents signed before he could get a court date. Sent in the 2 documents! That was November 16, 2023. December 23rd, I had to hire another probate lawyer and fire him before I got an email stating he had sent the file over. This is not the first incident I have seen from this firm as you look down. If you want anything done, call a different law firm, unless you want to have the same problems as the rest of the reviews will state.

I regret to say that my experience with Silberman Law Firm was nothing short of appalling. I faced an unsettling lack of professionalism and responsiveness, as my case was negligently put off for two full weeks without any progress or updates. This inaction was not only frustrating but also detrimental to my situation. Moreover, the issue of the retainer fee was handled poorly. Despite their lack of service, they refused to refund my full retainer, which I find utterly unacceptable and unprofessional. Its disheartening to encounter such disregard for client satisfaction and ethical business practices.

Mr Steve Costello from this firm handled our residential construction contract. Mr Costello reviewed our contract and submitted recommendations to us for negotiation points. This allowed us to negotiate a fair contract with the builder. Everything worked out perfectly. I highly recommend anyone that is having a home built in the Austin area to at least take advantage of the free consultation and speak with this firm first.

Maybe you are in a situation where you need a legal understanding but are unsure of which law firm to contact. My interaction with the Silberman law group was completed by cellphone conference call with other people on the call. Our situation was related to a real estate - land contract. Your situation may be different and that s okay.. The lawyer who I spoke with was knowledgeable and not intimidating. Because everyone s legal needs are different, Silberman Law Firm there are various attorneys with different personalities and expertise. Although you can request a specific attorney, we did not and were very satisfied with the attorney who was assigned to our case and the legal feedback that we received. Yes, I would recommend the Silberman Law Firm to my friends and family. The hardest part was deciding which law firm to call. We did not regret our decision.

I initially spoke with Mr. Silberman. I had submitted an online request for information. He responded promptly. During the call he was very knowledgeable and polite giving clear answers to each of my questions. Troy Bolen was the attorney assigned to assist my companys case. Best Call I have ever had with a lawyer period!! I called Phillip Silberman Law firm for a consultation on a lien issue I was dealing with. Left a message and was promised a call back, which actually happened. In it of itself, that return call scored many many points in my book, kudos to Philip. Phillip could have very easily accepted my case and earned a good deal of money. Instead he QUICKLY grasped a clear understanding of my situation, helped me see my glass a little differently and suggested I take a stab at negotiating myself. I took his advise, successfully resolved the issue, essentially saving me 5k plus whatever his fees would have been had he been like almost every other lawyer I have ever dealt with and just seen dollar signs from another client.
