I was totally surprised to see how empty it was inside when my fiancee & I grabbed lunch last Sat. Fiancee reminded me that college football games were happening... Anyways, their takeout business was doing lots of business & I was surprised that our food didnt come out on plates, but in togo containers and the staff member gave us disposable plates and cutlery and water glasses. We tried the soup dumplings, & scallion pancackes for starts, & sesame balls for dessert. Our mains were sesame chicken & mongolian beef. I had lots of onions & scallions in the beef but no carrots. Sesame chicken had no vegetables. Taste was good & portions very large.

The food was delivered fast. But... My beef with veggies was just broccoli with 1 yes. 1 sliver of carrot. No other veggies. The sauce was oily and had very little flavor. There were no condiments provided with the delivery. So have your own on hand if you spend money here.

I ordered a shrimp fried rice and when I say I am shocked, I mean I am shocked. The fried rice was separated in another container from the veggies and the shrimp. The veggies and shrimp had 0 seasoning on them and the shrimp looked like it was defrosted shrimp and thats it. NOTHING added.

Ive only ever gotten delivery or takeout from here, but I LOVE it. Ive enjoyed everything Ive ordered here and Ive eaten here numerous times. They literally have the best Crab Rangoon! Sometimes, I just order a couple of those and eat that since its so good! I highly recommend this place!

The group was on the hunt for something other than the traditional burgers, home cooking and Mexican food so we selected one of the first places we ate as a family when we moved to North Texas, Panda Chef. The restaurant is located in a strip mall and has plenty of parking. When you enter, you place the order and have to use QR Code which surfaces during the lockdowns. The boys really are conservative with their Chinese food and selected orange chicken, the smallest monkey is satisfied with his noodles, and I got the beef and vegetables. As a quick start we shared the egg rolls. The cashier was so friendly and funny. She made us feel comfortable in an empty restaurant. The egg rolls were very hot but chispy and good. The food arrived very fast and after praying to HIM, we enjoyed our meal. The orange chicken was not that sweet like other places. The beef and vegetables had a good taste yet the garlic sauce a bit bland. With all the plates, appetizers and customer service it was a good experience. A bit heavy on the price at $66 but warm and fresh tasting Chinese is always a plus.

Got a delivery order, they had no sauces for the crab rangoons, the fried rice wasn t fried rice, they forgot my spring rolls, but the orange chicken was good. Which is why I gave them 2 stars. I ve eaten here a handful of times but this was the worst experience I ve had.

The sesame chicken here is the best I ve had anywhere! It s crispy and never soggy with genuine flavor. I m not picky at all and like to try something different on the menu every time I order. I just wish their menu explained more in detail what I m getting so I can remember my top meals. Other than that minor flaw I still give them 5 stars because food and service is always great!

Ate dinner here not knowing I was about to have some of the best Chinese food to ever grace my stomach. I had the orange beef which had a fantastic sauce with just the right amount of heat. I also had the blue crab and cheese wontons which were hands down the best wontons I ve ever eaten. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. Highly recommend.

I don t like leaving 5 stars with the first order but the delivery was fast (to Garland) the food was still hot and the fried rice was soooo delicious. My son ordered the orange chicken and loved it. I will be ordering again . Again, the food was still piping hot upon delivery I am super impressed. Let me also mention the portions were very generous. Anything Lo Mein is excellent, we had ordered lo mein as a side dish yesterday. The crispy beef had good review but was overbreaded when we ordered it yesterday. Same with the orange beef. Too much cornstarch. There were even clumps of partially cooked cornstarch that crumbled apart when I bit into one particularly big piece. It was gross. Wish we could have rewinded time and ordered two house special lo mein. That dish is delicious. We went with that dish tonight and was not disappointed. I did pay a little more to add the baby corn and mushrooms, well worth it. The pork egg roll we also recommend. Good crunch, not too hard nor burnt. Sweet and sour dipping sauce was appreciated. Combining the two days together in one review that s two unappetizing entrees, and three impressive menu items, so a three star it is.

The food here is really good! We have had it several times and my wife, who is a vegetarian always gets the same thing. For some reason the lady taking the order refused to make the regular dish that my wife always orders because she said it probably wouldnt taste good! She just wanted to add tofu to her veggie lomein. Oh well, im sure one person wont affect the business, but we wont come back solely based on the attitude of the lady taking our order.

Love this place! Food is always fresh and delicious! I love the vegetable fried rice with tofu, the broccoli is always big pieces and has the perfect crunch to it. I work in Wylie and have tried several Chinese places around the area for lunches. They all tasted of the same bland salty average-at-best food. I got the Garlic Chicken with Hot & Sour soup and a egg roll at Panda Chef today. This place is great! The sauce was actually spicy and flavorful like garlic sauce should be. The Hot & Sour soup was a bit spicy and tangy like it should be. I did not call ahead for my carry out, but I was there only 5 or 6 minutes and the service was friendly. The portion size was good for the price. I will be going back.

1st time here for take out. Staff was really nice & helpful I saw a pic of a dish on a review called Singapore Noodles. I wanted the same type of rice noodles but with chicken. They made sure it was what I wanted, going so far as to bring it out for me to ok it before boxing it up to go. Delicious! We also tried Orange Chicken & Szechuan Chicken. All were cooked perfectly, hot & very fresh. Really yummy. Even after taking it home & eating 20 min later the Orange Chicken was crispy. Our kids loved it too. Our new go-to for take out!

Been ordering from here for several years, Id say in the last year the food quality went down. Not sure if they changed food suppliers or what. We usually order their apps, which taste good, but even there were noticing changes in the way those apps taste.Like the chicken sticks. To me it seems like theyre using lower quality ingredients and it reflects in the taste/appearance. This time we had family visiting and we ordered about $60 in take out, I tried their Chicken Teriyaki, it was the worst Chicken Teriyaki Ive ever had. it was thick cut grilled chicken breast served on some vegetables, rice and teriyaki is on the side. The chicken had a off taste and it was super dry and sauce just lacked any real flavor, both me and my dad had 3 bites and threw the rest away. The sweet and sour chicken was also fried but was real dry and lacked flavor. This has been the trend over the past year of ordering from here and now were just done. Its too bad because weve given this place 5 years of business. But because of this experience we will look at other options when ordering Chinese.

Tried it for the first time ordering about $60 in takeout. Some of the food was ok, but the browns rice was inedible. The staff was extremely friendly which makes me hate giving a low rating. Unfortunately, even though I live a couple miles away, we wont be going back. The orange chicken was the highlight, and on its own merit, I would give the orange chicken around a 3.5 of 5. The chicken teriyaki was disappointing, but the chicken fried rice was decent, but most places have better.

My sister and I had been driving a moving truck all day. We encountered 3 accidents on which we were in traffic for an hour each time. Drove 9 hours but only got 6 in distance. We finally stopped exhausted and starving. Order from Panda Chef through Grub hub. Well someone at Grubhub dropped the ball. We called Panda Chef and they were closed. However after explaing our predicament they kindly fixed our order and delivered it even though they had closed already. We were beyond blessed by their kindness. The food was abundant and delicious. You should definitely give it a try. People like them deserve 5 stars for kindness too.

Food was good, not great. It was very hot and fresh though. however, we went after the lunch crowd, we were the only two people in the restaurant for around 10 minutes and somebody else came in. The entire time we were there the dirty dishes from the lunch crowd covered over half the tables in the restaurant. And they were still there when we left. The womens bathroom did not have paper towels. Overall a poor experience.

This used to be our go to for Chinese food until this evening. We placed a $40 delivery order with a delivery time of 50 minutes. After an hour and a half I called to check the status and was told the driver was on his way... 15 more minutes go by.. No driver. Call the restaurant again (Note: I live less than 4 miles away from the restaurant) and while on the phone the delivery driver arrived. My husband declined it and told him to return it to the restaurant if no discount or refund could be issued. The delivery driver then mouthed You probably didnt need it anyway you fat f*** to my husband, walked off, and got in his White Toyota Tundra and sped off down my street. Following the incident, my husband went to the restaurant to discuss with the manager, whom was not there. Meanwhile, he shows up and mouths off to my husband again in front of his employer! There is absolutely NO customer service here. Will NOT be returning.

Absolutely the best Chinese stir fry with in a 15 mins. radius. Owner/chef is the real deal and a great guy and family man.

I have known Ming since he opened the shop. This family is a hard core Chinese restaurant family. They are not lazy and are pretty much there all the time. I highly recommend this restaurant but I recommend you experiment to find exactly what you like. If you have a dish you like but have never tried it here, try it. If its not what you envisioned try another. I like the Mongolian beef, super spicy and wife likes the flat noodles. Kiddos like either the sesame chicken or the sweet and sour chicken. Its really nice inside although I always do take out. Of course they serve plenty of food. I get at least two meals out of it.

I d give it .25 star if I could the only thing that was good was the wonton soup which I m pretty sure is store bought the rest is unbearable. I ve eaten here twice their hot and sour soup isn t spicy at all and it s excessively sour like drinking a warhead candy. The sesame chicken isn t sweet it is also sour like if it was like juiced like no tomorrow. The lo mein has terrible plasticy tasting seasoning

Food normally decent. Do not expect any kind of customer service. If they make a mistake its your fault nothing will be done about it. Ordered chicken fried rice got shrimp fried rice for delivery. Called lady said repeated your order 10% off next order dont think there will be a next order. How these places stay in business when they run off customers is beyond me.

Ordered online. Waited 2 hours before I called them. I ordered again for delivery and they had a min. of $20 to place an order. No problem there but I ordered low-mein noodles to fulfill the minimum order requirements. What I got was very dry and NO Flavor spaghetti noodles. Will never order from them again.

I used to order from Fortune House all the time, but I had Panda Chef at the recommendation from a friend on Facebook and will be ordering from Panda from now on!! Their food is extremely tasty, decently priced, and is delivered promptly. I had the jalapeno chicken and it was INCREDIBLE. Highly recommended!!

New to the area and in the mood for Chinese. Its always a little worrying to try a new Chinese place but Panda Chef was a good choice! Overall Im completely happy with our order and will definitely be ordering from them again! The portions are huge! Ill get 3 meals out of my Sweet and Sour Chicken. The Sweet and Sour sauce is that really rich red type - my favorite, and they gave a big bowl of it. Chicken was good quality and well cooked. Hot and Sour soup was perfect! Good flavor and not too spicy. My husband got Egg Drop Soup and Broccoli Beef and really enjoyed it too. Also, they put all appropriate silverwear in the bag - thats important sometimes! Only a few minor complaints: delivery was slow. Time quoted was 45min-1hour. Food arrived at 1hr and 15min. The rice and sauce were not very warm. The rest was good though. Also, the Crab Wontons are made with huge chunks of onion. I wasnt a fan of that. (Who puts onions in a Crab Wonton??) Overall great food, great portion size, great prices! We will probably just pick up next time to avoid late delivery.
